Seems like I found a new channel. Anybody using an air fryer most of the time, is my hero and I will subscribe. Thank you miss!
Michael, you made my day!!
Take the membrane off BEFORE cutting the racks of ribs in half. Also dipping your finger tips in salt or pepper gives you more traction in removing the membrane and doesn't leaves bits of paper towel stuck to the ribs. Rub your ribs with whatever seasoning you're using. If you want bigger flavor and even more tender ribs leave them in the fridge for up to two days and then re-rub them before air frying them
Jeff, you are a rockstar! Thank you!
Made a 1/2 rack on 1 tray for me and my hubby - they came out perfectly. Cooked on bottom rack, shortened cook time by 8 mins on first setting and changed the last setting to 3 mins instead of 5. Thank you for all your cooking videos ! You really help take the fear out of using this awesome air fryer!
Thanks for this video, Heather. I’m going to make this tonight. I even have the pig tickle!
You saved my dinner. Your instructions were a life saver.
Ohhhhhh my hubby will love this recipe! Now I just have to purchase the Pig Tickle 😉👍🏻 Because it sounds so awesome 🤩
Best ribs, thank you
You are welcome! Hope you had a great Christmas and I'm wishing you a happy new year!!
Can you do a beef brisket. I need a great recipe.
You are reading my mind! I literally bought a brisket yesterday!!!
Hello Heather:
New to your channel and I just bought an airfryer yesterday. I have two questions...1, have you done bread with your airfryer? 2, do you have any keto recipes?
I love your channel and I love your personality.
Lol hahaha I also love the way you say "WOW"... Keep up the good work.
Welcome John!!! I do have some Keto recipes, but I haven't labeled them as such. I may need to go through my recipes and tag them. If I do, I will tag you or reply again here with that tag. I may have time today lol. In any event, I try to stay grain free and sugar free whenever I can (sometimes for videos... I can't, but generally I do). And being that I am on the verge of a T1D/T2D/Hypoglycemia diagnosis, this would be helpful to me too! Again.. welcome!! Can't wait to share some more recipe with you!
You didn't mention how your ankle is feeling but I didn't notice you hobbling. Hope all is well. Wish I could get that pig tickle spice. Does it say what spices are in it?
Hey girl, I record videos a few videos ahead and so you may start seeing my hobble shortly ;) I do have an x-ray tomorrow to check the progress and get the final diagnosis. Hoping for a bad sprain not a stress fracture.

Yah... I switched to Stubbs.
YUMMMM. I've been waiting for this one! Thanks for being my guinea pig. 😅
My pleasure! :)
Is it true the black part is not good to eat?
What was the name of the place you got the pig tickle from? I can’t remember

Welcome to the community girl! I'm glad you are here for the adventure!
Does the meat actually fall off the bone?? I would think low and slow is the only way to do that
No, it wasn't falling off the bone, but it was very tender.
