I've ordered my first ever air fryer and it should arrive on Wednesday. I've been watching your videos all day in preparation! I'm really grateful that you made this channel and appreciate all the work you've put into your videos, hello from England!
Excellent tutorial. I just love the way you explain things so fully. And you even managed to show close-up camera shots of the awkward positions inside the air fryer. Thank you so much. This video helped me not only learn about the food and its taste etc, but about the gadget also - all so very useful and so clearly explained.
This is so awesome, you totally deserve more subs for this alone (second time I’ve watched this as I now have a new bigger AFO with rotisserie function), sending love from the UK 🇬🇧❤️
Hello from Ireland! After sitting on the fence for over a year, I had a catchup with girlfriends last Friday night and every one of them was raving about theirs. I did a bit more research (yes, I'm so fussy!) and finally ordered an airfryer oven with rotisserie function - it arrives in 2 days. I thought I'd look at a few instruction videos before it arrived and came across yours. I'm so impressed with how you described everything and covered ALL my questions. Thank you so much! I CAN'T WAIT to use my new appliance. Merry Christmas from across the Atlantic 🎄🎁☘️
The roast looks delicious. Great explanation and demonstration of the rotisserie setup and function. I think if you were to use a Surgeon's knot when trussing a chicken or a roast it would simplify the process. Thanks for the video.
Hi Heather, I come from the UK and recently invested in a HYSapientia® 24L Air Fryer Oven because of the cost of living crisis. I really like your easy paced presentation and your valuable tips. I am planning to do a full chicken rotisserie and your tips in how to tie and use the rotisserie forks are going to be very useful. I never thought of using the fetch rack to hoist out the rotisserie or the rolling cage, another great handy tip.
I have started to season my pork roast after I have tied and spitted the roast. Doing it before you rub off the seasoning while wrestling with it to tie and spit.
I clean my air fryer thoroughly after each adventure, but pro tip--that top will wipe clean with some #DawnPowerwash and a #MrClean magic eraser. I should show you the inside of my air fryer. It looks brand new still ;)
@@AdventuresinEverydayCooking I have just looked at the UA-cam video`s about Mr Clean but none of them show them working in an oven. The top (outer) is easy to clean, so I am not concerned about that, it is mainly the inner top where the heating elements are that I find difficult. I will persevere and get it right with practice. Thank you.
Rotisserie directions: Cover pork with oil and your choice of seasoning. Install pork on the spit/rod and make sure the clamp tines are firm into your meat so your meat doesn't move. Roast on 400°F for 20m per pound or 375°F for 25m per pound. Or until internal temp is at least 145°F (for medium) or 165°F (for well done). Allow to rest 15m before slicing.

Hello Ki Ji! :) You are going to have so much fun!! If you have any questions, feel free to ask!
Ki, how long should a 2.8 lbs roast take to cook roughly?

This was so very very helpful! Thank you!
Great post, the rotisserie function explanation really helped and the kitchen twine - never knew what that was called. Thanks
I'm so glad it helped!
Great video with fabulous demos and presentation.
I admire your enthusiasm.
Roast looks gorgeous.

Oooooh! Enjoy your new Air Fryer Oven!!!
I have started to season my pork roast after I have tied and spitted the roast. Doing it before you rub off the seasoning while wrestling with it to tie and spit.
Oh that is a great idea!
Hell what a great instruction i was not nowing this and i was close to send my airfrayer out of the window Tank you
THANK YOU. struggled with this
You're welcome! :)
Very good information! Have you any experience cooking at high altitude? We live @ 7,000 feet
I am doing my first pork roast tomorrow in mine, but I am using the basket
Oooooh and how did it go???
Fantastic !
Still one of my fav ways to do pork roasts.
What internal temperature did you cook it to?
I read it in the above description
Oh good! I was hoping I actually remembered to put it in! Happy New Year!
What part of the pork did you use please🙏🏼
I think that was the Pork Shoulder :) But you could use a rump or picnic roast.
The meat ios really good but the Air Fryer Oven ends up with a layer of burnt cooking juices on the inner top and it is really hard to clean.

My air fryer rotisserie button only turns the rotisserie on and off. It is not a cooking function. What function should I use? Roast, broil etc
I would use Roast, then rotisserie function. Hope you had a great Christmas and I'm wishing you a happy new year!!
Did you know dental floss works well too! For chicken too!
I found that out recently, but what is funny, I only use mint dental floss and the thought of that turned my tummy LOL.
@@AdventuresinEverydayCooking My experience is dental floss tends to break so I personally prefer to use the kitchen or baker's twine.
An air fryer is a convection oven........
It is indeed! Isn't marketing amazing?
Would have been nice if you had told your viewers ... what cut of meat and it's weight (size) ... that you used. 🐖
She did in the descriptions.... (More)
