Y'all these workouts really make a difference, I lost a couple pounds and for once my weight has actually been the exact same for at least a week now, when I've been struggling with suddenly gaining and losing weight for a year Every day I pick my favourites from these videos and do them until I either run out of time or get too tired and making small changes to my eating habits. I'm at 110lbs my goal is to slim my legs a bit and get abs, my stomach is already sore lol but it's the best kind of soreness when you know it's paying off and you're having fun Edit: b r o the legend herself liked my comment 😂 Also, update: it's been a week and I noticed today that my abdomen is firm, and I ate quite a bit today but didn't bloat like I usually do

I ever tried using 1 video for a week (plank work out), but then i got neck & back pain (i must be doing it wrong 😅). I always end my session with emi's full stretching. I'll show you the link later. Wow I'm impressed, all the moves worked my core, arms, and legs. It's only 3-4 minutes which is great for someone like me who is super out of shape. Soon I'll be able to do longer videos because of this.

I seriously reccomend this video to anyone who wants an ab workout while listening to one of their favorite songs. I can feel the burn everytime I do this workout and it makes the song seem longer which I really like because I can enjoy it more. I have been doing this 3 times a day for 2 days now and I can start to see a bit of a difference. With me doing this many times I can possibly get abs with doing this 3 times a day for anywhere from a week to a week and a half if I keep up with it everyday. Idk if it will be that or longer, but it is still an amazing workout if you are trying to get abs and burn off some belly fat

You may try some ankle rotations and heel raise walk this helped me strengthen my ankles maybe yours as well. Just try and let me know if it works
