    Way to get in a full body resistance workout without needing dumbbells. And get the heart rate up. Thanks for the cues on posture too.

    Great workout! Question: what is the advantage to doing intervals?

      HIIT workouts/interval workouts get the heart rate up, allow it to go down slightly, then back up...meaning it is a great cardiovascular endurance workout, gets the metabolism working, and keeps it working over time! Great to switch it up as well, and FUN!

      That is different for everyone, depending on intensity done by the participant(heart rate), weight, height, age, etc. Some people will wear smart watches or exercise bands to get more detailed information for you personally. I hope this helps!

      @@SeniorFitnessWithMeredith keep doing it as it makes me breathe-otherwise I would be shallow or fast breathing and leaning forward in slumped over bad posture.
