Brilliant! I'm doing this workout twice a week, slow 5K jogging three times a week, also now it's spring I'm adding in two 20K bike rides. Getting ready for summer!

I really enjoyed that. Sweaty AF. I have been doing BCTV consistently for a few weeks and today I managed to do this workout with 10kg in each hand. It wasn't pretty and my arms are shaking as I type this! thanks Joe.

Great workout. Been doing your workouts since the beginning of the pandemic and they’ve helped me keep the weight off and stay fit. I do these workouts at least 5-6 times a week. As a small business owner with a young family I can say 20 minutes at this intensity is ideal. Who doesn’t have 20 mins? I’ve noticed a lot of your workouts are 40 secs of work with 20 secs of rest. The 20 sec rest period tends to fluctuate with each workout. I’ve also noticed many of your workouts are very shoulder based which can lead to injury if not careful. I would like to see more low impact HIIT workouts if you have them.
Your channel is amazing, and I appreciate what you’re doing to keep people healthy.

Awesome Joe! Thank you! I love your dumbbell hiit workouts the most and use them 3-4 days a week. If you need some more ideas - I'd really appreciate some more 25 and 30 minute dumbbell workouts. Been loving your workouts regularly for over 8 years now!

The lunge/shoulder press was a tad cheeky! Great little Jan workout Joe. Using this as strength training to supplement Half Marathon training and it's ticking all the boxes!
