For those saying they only did so many minutes and didn’t finish, I’m here to tell you that you should be proud of yourself for using your courage to start a workout. So you only did 7 minutes, that’s 7 minutes you weren’t riding the couch. Don’t overwhelm yourself and don’t beat yourself up! Take it day by day. You’re a warrior!!!!!
I've been doing these most of the week, having Wednesday and sunday off. When I started only managed 14 mins. Now I'm able to finish the workout with them. I'm loving them and feel so good for it.
I’m 69 years old (now 71) overweight and completely out of shape with asthma. I am so tired of making excuses and feel very depressed and ashamed of myself. Gonna start this today and do what I can. Wish me luck everyone.UPDATE: first I want to thank each and everyone of you for all the love and encouragement you guys have shown me over the past two months. As of today (June 9th) I’ve lost 10 pounds and it feels wonderful because I can actually work in the yard now and I haven’t done that in a long long time. I’m still doing the same work out, I’m doing it about four times a week - I went a little crazy and was doing it twice a day and I think I overdid it so now it’s four times a week. I’m in it for the long-haul - so please know I appreciate all the kind words you’ve given me. Thank you everyone. You guys have been my inspiration. Update 10/11/20. I feel great. I’ve lost 30 lbs and have a lot more energy. And I had a birthday ~ now I’m 70. Thanks for all the wonderful comments they have really motivated me. Blessings to all of you. Update 1/21/2021...everything is going great. I continue to lose weight and have lost 52 lbs...I’m so proud of myself and want to thank all of you for your continued support. It’s great, I can actually walk and exercise without hurting. All of you have been such a blessing to me. I’ll continue to update. 2/24/22 it’s been a while since my last update. I’m down 75lbs and feel great. I just want to thank everyone for all the support. I’m very proud of myself. Life is wonderful. Blessings to all of you. A quick update: Just had my physical…blood pressure is normal, cholesterol is 178. Life is good. ❤️ July 19,2022 Update: November 2024. I’m currently 145 lbs and feel better than I’ve felt in a long time. All I can say is Never give up. Believe in yourself. Anna
Sharonda Newton hi Sharonda...yes I did the workout but took it easy and when I got tired I just walked in place. Yesterday was day 2 . Good workout and instructor was awesome.
I was diagnosed with PCOS. I tried working out in my bedroom but my dad saw me. It was awkward so I stop. The next day as I entered our house the whole family are waiting for me so we can start our workout all together. Thank you for these. You motivated us.
@@ayzalfatema8362 just once. but 6 days a week. In the evening I walk 5km. So two workouts a day, but this being the main one in the morning. Just finished my morning exercise now (seeing this message). This builds muscle, which slows down weight loss. Kinda throws off some numbers
@@ayzalfatema8362 just once a day. 6 days a week. also walk 5km in the evening. It's true what they say. Muscle weighs more than fat. My weight loss has slowed down. (226 since last, only 4lbs in 2 weeks). But my endurance so much better. Started trying this one out: ua-cam.com/video/50kH47ZztHs/v-deo.html
Man I thought I was the only one. Legs, glutes ached 😂😂 I do this workout 3-4 days a week..last year I went from 257-239..sadly this year I gained it back 😢 not too much 248..so I started back last month and got dwn to 241 ..I got to keep it up I'm a 34 year old 5'4 woman and trying to get into the army.
@@syed9876 ive made it 10 mins into this cardio video and a full 15 mins of a resist band chest workout and i feel like i can see the afterlife. I hope i even did enough to show results.
The dude on the left is more motivational than the others. He just paces himself and pushes through it, despite the obvious increased demands he's making on his heart. This is way more motivational than seeing a group of sculpted fitness models effortlessly following suit. Thank you, dude on the left!
My partner was told he would not never be eligible for a kidney transplant because of his heart failure. The doctor recommended we try exercising 30min 5 times a week to strengthen his haert. We live in a remote native reserve with no cardio programs but I didn't give up and found your videos. Fast forward 3 months, my partner just completed his first workout post kidney transplant. He did excellent on the stress test and qualified for a transplant. We started off a few times a week, then worked up to exercising every single day for a month. Most days he just didn't feel like working out, but still did. Our first workout today felt like saying hi to an old friend. Thank you.
Im glad to hear your story. Don't give up, I believe this is a commitment for life, changing ones lifestyle for the better. I'm also a bit scared of working out due to health problems but I do not plan on letting that stopped me. I now can't wait for the summer to work out I'm the summer. But I plan to begin as soon as soon. I want to get fit. (: Best of luck to the both of you!!!
I love how you've involved people that don't look like they've spent the last 30 years working out for 10 hours a day. It really makes a difference in my opinion. Thanks!
At the 16 minute mark I started to feel myself give up. I could feel it in my body that I could do more, but in my mind I felt weak. I kept thinking, “I can’t do this”, I was on the verge of tears; then he said “it’s all in your mind the physical body can do so much, this is no longer about the body it’s about your mental.” It gave me the motivation I needed to finish I cursed a lot and almost cried so many times but I finished! I earned every bead of sweat today and I’m proud of myself.😄
I started with this exercise this morning, and to a lesser extent I experienced the same thing as you! I'm sad and mad at myself for becoming so overweight, I used to be such an active person with a pretty fit body. That I almost started crying during the second half. I was having it so hard to continue, that the only thing I could think about was stopping this and go lay down. Hearing those words about its all mental now, indeed gave me the strength to finish it. Now I'm proud of myself and still a bit on disbelief that I did all of it.. ❤
Yesterday I tried this but only made it until 8 minutes. Today I did it again and made it to 15. I know it's not much, but I'm kinda proud of myself for doing it again and improving a bit. After all it's about progress, not perfection :') Update: I made it until 30 minutes!! Not gonna lie, at some parts I had to pause the video and march for some seconds to recover my breath, but I finished it. To all the people who made 15, 5 or 3 minutes, that's amazing and you should be proud. I am overweight and I know it's not easy to stand up and take the decision to take control of your body, but you all got this. It doesn't matter if you make until 10 seconds and get tired, just go at your own pace and don't give up, I believe in you! ❤
Can we all just appreciate that he’s asking us to stop if we need to? And that we can take breaks and not pushing us? And that he’s admitting this is made to be hard.
That shows that he is a good coach, just like a good teacher in school you don't only have to know about the topic your teaching, but also be able to understand your students. Most people coming here are probably overweight and unhappy about it as it is. Their motivation and self esteem is already low, He does it just right, so EVERYONE can join in and at least do the first step into bettering their health.
absolutely. I love this video because they show so many variations. I started out doing the "easier" versions with Wade then worked my way up to the Angie version after a few weeks. Then I added 2lb dumbells and now I'm up to 5lb. It's never gotten old or boring because I can switch it up to go slower or really push myself. I never felt like I had to do "all or nothing" with his videos.
I'm uncoordinated and out of shape, so these encouraging words, plus the folks working out with him at different intensity levels really is helping to motivate me. I too can start towards a better me... It's *okay* if I need a quick breather... it's *okay* to stop for a drink. Thanks for this!
Yes I like thise exercise, together with custom keto diet ( check customketo4u.com ) it is the best combo for weight loss. I do both and lost 30lbs already - feel so much better now!
@@kklg9774 What benefits did you find when using weights while doing this? Did it make the cardio more intense? I can't see it as weight training...maybe I'm wrong. Thanks!
Starting Date: 20 November 2024 Height 155cm Starting Weight: 205lbs or 93kg Weight Progress: • *Before starting this workout* : 198.5 lbs or 90kg (4 December 2024). • Week 1: I didn't weigh myself, but definitely no change xD (11 Dec 2024) • Week 2: 195.7lbs/88.80kg (18 Dec 2024) • Week 3: 193.7lbs/87.85 kg (25 Dec 2024) Workout: 1 hour of walking, 12 minutes of Rebecca Louise's arm workout, (start 5 Dec) this workout. Diet: 1300-1500 calories a day (not perfect, some days I eat more) I started doing this workout after 2 weeks into my diet and workout routine. 5 Dec 2024: I tried this for the first time after my 1 hour walk. Phew it was great! I didn't do some movements perfectly, but it's alright. It's gonna take time! 11 Dec 2024: Done 1 week! I had one rest day on the 3rd day because I got my period and I felt weak lol. I don't think it does much to my weight so far. But I definitely feel better with my body 💪 18 Dec 2024: Week 2 done! I only do this workout 5 times this week. Also, no significant change in weight, cuz I dont do 100% clean diet probably. But definitely feel better in my body still, which is my no 1 priority. 25 Dec 2024: Week 3 done!! Yoohoooo!! Did it 6/7 days. Most movements have become easier than the first 2 weeks. Feeling goodddd.
If he was an instructor at my gym I'd go often. Really motivates you. In the past I've not bothered with the classes and just done the boring 10 mins on each bit of equipment thing.
I started this exercise a year after I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition and Kidney failure and lost 35kg from doing this 4 times a week and eating mainly soups and fish (Couldn't eat too many solid foods because of sickness) and gained strength and stamina. Back again 3 years later with all the weight back on and then some but excited to start again because I (1) know it works & (2) love seeing people who look like me exercising x
I got to the end and actually got a bit teary eyed because for once I actually finished a whole workout 😭 I’m so proud of myself, my journey starts now.
Last year I was almost 400 pounds, so I went on UA-cam an found this channel, I’m now down to 265 😪 Update: now at 235, don’t be so hard on yourself during this quarantine, I surely didn’t lol
That's the comment I needed to convince me to try. Today, I decided not to waste my time at home, and looked for beginner routines. Your comment gave me a boost to stick with my intention of starting tomorrow morning. Thank you!!
You should have recorded it but congratulations to your achievement. I am also kind of Obese weighing 95kgs for a 5'5 person. I'm gonna do this starting tomorrow.
*WEIGHT UPDATE!* *April 11: 330 pounds* (150kg+) *May 8 : 319 pounds* (145kg+) *June 5 : 309 pounds* (140.5kg) Dec 28 : 267 pounds* (121.4kg) I aim aiming to go below 200 pounds. Hopefully i can achieve my goal by 2021!! All the best to all of you. Changed my diet, cut out sugary drinks, consumed little to no fried stuff and also doing 16:8 intermittent fasting. Wish me luck guys! Also, do not underestimate walking!!! I'll update here on my next milestone :D
I had been doing this exercise for 3 months combining with other walking exercises, plus im cutting sugar. My weight dropped from 76kg to 63kg!!! Thanks for the video!!! I was stopped exercising as I was a bit slacked. But now I’m coming back again!!! Pls wish me all the best ahhahaha!!!🎉
This comment is more for me than anyone else. Something for me to look back on later. It is 25/10/2020. I am 27 years old, 24 stone and did this today for the first time. Got to about 19 mins before I felt like jelly. I will keep going, I will lose weight, I can do this! Update 02/11/2020 - Didn't completely commit to this right off the bat because my Mom had a stroke and as such I've had other priorities. BUT, somehow through dieting and whenever I can do this, I've lost 7 lbs. So for all of you out there who aren't sure, know that doing this whenever you can, as opposed to every single day can still be very effective. We can do this! Second Update 09/11/2020 - Since I've started, I've gone from 345 lbs to 327 lbs! I'm going to stop weighing myself weekly and instead wait until the end of the month for the next update. See you all then, let's keep going! Third Update 26/11/2020 - Not quite the end of the month, but nevermind eh? So, I've gone from 345 lbs to 327, and upon weighing myself today I've hit 323, only 4 lbs in two-ish weeks. It seems I've finally hit that inevitable slow down, but I'm not discouraged. Instead of focusing on it as simply a diet and exercise, I've come to incorporate it into my daily routine and now simply see it as the way I live my life. So for those who become upset when you hit the weight loss wall and only lose 2 lbs or so a week, don't be upset please. Yes you're not losing as much as before, but you're STILL losing weight. And 2 lbs a week is actually a very healthy amount to lose in a week. I was informed recently that to lose the amount I did so quickly was actually rather dangerous, so I'm pretty happy with a slower loss. In any case, keep going! I am here with you all the way! Merry Christmas! Fourth Update 26/12/2020 - Welp, I'm back for what will likely be the last update for the foreseeable future. I was 323, somehow gained 3lbs and went up to 326, but focused and went from 326 to 316lbs. 29lbs lost since I started this properly back on 01/11/2020. As said I likely wont be back for a bit as I want to get under 20 stone. So, when I hit that mark, I'll return. See you all then, and have a very good year!
@@mutonileila6735 I was just thinking today, I want to start SOMETHING! Your comment here has helped motivate me. Thank you! Gonna put this video on the TV and go for it now!
Omg finally some real overweight people to show the exercises. I am always sick of overly fit people trying to motivate me when it's their daily biscuit to be this fit. Love this! ANGIE IS A BEAST. She kept up with additional weights! I aspire to be Angie!

Started using these videos three days a week in Mid Summer along with walking and biking. It’s mid November and today marks my official 30 lbs down! Thank you for making these available to the public and helping us transform our lives.
For anyone that cares, I’ve lost 12lbs in a month doing this workout and a few others. I’m going to try and keep it up for the rest of this year. Keep going everyone you can do it 💜 Ps: I did this every other day while using five lb dumbbells to make it more challenging!
@@joycelyn7270 Hello! I would say about maybe 25% of it was my diet. I didn’t really give up let’s say for example sugar. I would just eat that in small amounts over time and also drinking a lot of water helped me as well. I found that if I gave up something completely then I would relapse and start overeating again. Also if I had a craving or hunger pangs after I just ate something, I would do an activity to take my mind off of it. It’s not easy but it gets better over time and it feels very awarding after!
@@rosesguks_7963 I didn’t do a diet I just took whatever I was eating and basically cut It in half or went by the serving size. Also while not ideal for everyone, I would track calories and use a food scale so I knew that I wasn’t overeating. Diets for me don’t tend to work in the long run because while I may lose a significant amount of weight, I’ll gain it back by eating “regularly” again.
I love how they have a big guy in this video. The whole time I was looking at him and thinking "come on dude we can do this". It's really encouraging to see other people struggle and succeed when you're trying to do shit like this.
Absolutely! I'm not nearly his size but I became so out of shape working from home during Covid after previously having a SERIOUSLY physical job and breaking my foot in the snow this winter T_T Every time the instructor talked about taking a break or hitting pause I looked at that guy and said fuck it, we've got this! This instructor is so positive, I am so grateful. (also fuck yeah King Crimson!)
I started doing this workout last year with a bad left knee. I did it for 2 months and WOW what results I had. I found I couldn’t do exactly everything but with your motivation I could put something else in to do. I was 312 pounds and age 55 years old. I lost 26 pounds in those 2months. Plus my body changed. I started to firm up. I had to quit because my knee gave out. Not doing your exercises but something else. I started it back up last week and already lost 8 pounds in that week. Thank you for taking in consideration that everyone is not skinny and making this easier for people like me to do.
7 years ago I was hit by an SUV by a drunk driver while on my motorcycle. I was going home from work. I was running a motorcycle accessories shop. I owned 9 motorcycles over 26 years of riding. I spent 9 days in a coma and suffered many broken bones in addition to brain trauma. This guy took my only passion that I have enjoyed since I was 8. I have gained 135 lbs since then. I am miserable and miss my old self. I found this today and did my first workout in over 7 years. Thank you so very much. Your personalble approach is perfect. I feel motivated for the first time in years. Thank you for being on here!!!!!
Hello kind Sir, it would be a lie to say I understand what you are going through, so I am going to be brutally honest with you: I can't relate with the suffering because I have never suffered so badly like you. However, I can definitely relate to the sad part you are going through because of your weight, and I would just like to appreciate you for what you are doing. I am extremely happy for you, from the bottom of my heart, that you decided to start on videos like this, and I wish you the very very very best in losing weight, Sir. I have a tremendous amount of respect for you, and I hope you lose weight with all my heart. Sorry for the long reply, I just want to motivate you. Good luck!
It took me over 2 hours to do this 30 minute workout but I did it and I'll be back again tomorrow. Hopefully I can get the time it takes down a little each day until I can finish without stopping!
That is actually what made me click on this. I come from a culture where women who are too skinny are considered unattractive. I just want to be healthy not skinny
It's motivating seeing videos of plus size doing the exercise cause so many videos they're super skinny and toned. I love how the instructor is also constantly reassuring about speed and that you can go at your own pace
Im quite chunky myself and just finished the video. Had to stop a few times but I'm proud of myself and I dont normally comment on videos but the comments make me feel comfortable to post this. Hope everyone is having and amazing day 😊
Im with you i had gained so much weight in less than a year i gotten pretty chunky and i just found this video today im on my first break so far its pretty good made me forget why i stopped working out
Right I tried going to a gym and just got made talked down for doing it at my pace... way to encourage people to loose weight. I like this way better I can do quick work outs throughout the day.
ALL I Do IS WIN exactly because everyone is on their own journey & no one starts off being able to keep up or have the weights so it’s just so much nicer to see real people.
I love how he encourages us to take a break whenever we need one. Most fitness coaches I’ve had have pushed me to tears while telling me that resting is for the weak and the quitters. Also, I love how they don’t use fit people in the background. It makes me feel a lot more comfortable and motivated.
I did this Workout for the first time today and it got me so sweaty! I had to stop 3 times for a 1 minute break but in the end, this Workout made me feel so good afterwards. Right now i weigh 67kg and i hope with this Channel i get to 59kg till the beginning of 2025!
Today was my 4th attempt doing this exercise. And I completed it YESS. 1st day: 12 min 2nd day: 14 min 3rd day: 10 min 4th day: Completed. I still sweat like a pig but I'm doing better and hope to do better everyday. ☺️

This is the video that got me started on my body transformation. On June 17, 2021 at 370 lbs, I did this workout. Now, 17 months later, I am almost 150 lbs lighter and in much better physical condition. Still have quite a ways to go, but I keep coming back to this video when I want to get motivated again. Thanks for posting all of these videos on UA-cam for free.
I’ve been gaining weight for more than 10kgs a year lately, and i must be honest i feel so disgusted by myself and about how big my body is (161cm, 72kgs). After doing lots of workouts i can barely do them more than 7 mins, and i finally found this video. I just came home from work and i was diagnosed with gerd few days ago. But here i am laying on the floor drenched in sweat after doing 11 mins of this workout. I am so happy, can’t wait to give you all the update! Edit : guys i just did it again but today i don’t have much energy i only did it for 4 mins :( Edit 2 : Hellooooo guysss i just got back on trackkkkk omgggg i’m so prouddd i just did 14 minutes of this workouttt, my legs shake so hardds and i got nauseous but i know it’s gonna be worth itttt!! Edit 3 : I did it yesterdayyyy and i must tell you how proud i am i did 16 minutes (i just ate super spicy food and my belly hurt so much lol but i kept pushing myself anyway
15:23 Guy on the left gave me inspiration because he took a few seconds to gather his strength and then he continued and it showed the real and raw of his vulnerable side. And it made me see that Im not alone in my struggle and that together, we can beat obesity if we continue to persevere! Good on you man, im proud of you ; lots of love from New Zealand
I agree. You should also check out lo-fi videos tho; the comment sections are very healing, positive and soothing. You can listen to the relaxing music while reading the encouraging comments and it will instantly lift up your mood :)
Day 1: I could only do 7 mins until I needed to stop to catch my breath! Then I continued until 13 mins. My goal next is to get to 13 mins without stopping!! Day 2: I made it to 14:28 without stopping!! Didn’t even realize it either! Next goal, get to 20 mins without stopping! See you tomorrow! Day 3: I DID IT! I did 20 mins all the way through, even though some exercises I had to march in place instead of finishing for the last few seconds. But that’s okay! Really proud of myself. LETS GET IT GUYS! YOU CAN DO THIS! Day 4: I took a rest day Day 5: I made it to 15 mins. Little bit of a set back but going to keep going tomorrow!! Never give up!

2 packs a day!! Well I guess this will get your lung capacity back hopefully. As soon as I started doing any workout. I could breath a hell of a lot better. Though I don't smoke. Still better than nothing, lungs can still heal.
So I started two weeks ago with these excercises... along with 30 minute cardio ( elliptic ) Start weight: 189 pounds ( 86 kg ) Two weeks later: 176 pounds (80 kg ) I honestly don't work out on weekends nor diet. Just cut off sugar and most carbs. Goal weight: 125 pounds (56 kg) Wish me luck!!!

This is first workout on UA-cam that I've seen with people that actually look like your target audience. Most workouts on here have thin, healthy people in the video. I really like this as it shows that anyone of any size can do this. Thank you 👏👍
I'm very glad they represent overweight people like me who want little to no impact during the exercise. I usually choose no impact because I get tired very easy. I'm very happy that I didn't get embarrassed.
Dropped off years back coz of painful joints...been off carbs, sugars for two weeks...doing keto...and my pains are no more...tried my joints this morning and couldn't believe how my body feels...and got back to Team BP for this beginner work out....cant believe i went through whole session... Thanks Team...feeling great so far so good
I have been doing this workout for the last 2 months with an average easy diet .... and I lost 10kg and feeling really good . the first month of this cardio was like hell I always lose my breath in the first 15 minutes. but after 2 months i got used to it and barely get tired after the full 30 min ..... I’m really glad I found this channel cuz it really helped a lot
I started this 2 weeks ago. Couldn’t even get past the first 7 min! Now, I’m up to 24 min without stopping :) No weight loss, but my pants fit better and my husband notices my booty 😉 Week 3: OMG I made it allll the way guys! No stopping, lots of water but I did it :) Week 5: I’ve now moved on to Cardio Starter and actually finished the whole thing the first day! Small changes each week, noticing my clothes fit me better and I actually look forward and plan my day around workouts :) Thanks for the wonderful comments! I’ve never been consistent this long. To everyone reading this, keep going don't stop no matter what. I'm 16 years old and I've been doing this for a month everyday and i'm seeing some real progress. If you can't finish the whole video it's okay just keep going and you'll get there.
Am 16 and I finished the whole video and just now am realizing that its in parts I feel really good thoo I just wanted something to keep my mind of this virus and it really helped I think am gonna do this everyday its very theraputic for me especially since I struggle with mental health issues so yeH this was my first experience but I encourage anyone to give it a go it doesnt matter if u finish the whole thing just go at your own pace and youll see a difference. I hope this helped someone or someone could relate to my experience but yeah am gonna go shower now byee 😂😊
Day 1 - 19 min Day 2- full session with some rest in mid Day 3 goal- No rest full session Day 4- goal completed😁 Next week goal - Same as Ange with some weights Wish me luck
For people who are fat or think that they are fat, many factors take place because of your weight. For instance, if you have a high metabolism then if you eat a lot you won't gain that much weight but if your metabolism is low then you'll gain weight more easily. Eat a balanced diet and try to avoid foods that contain a plethora amount of sugar and saturated fat. (No offence to fat ppl :)
Well done!! And that last sentence is the most important part that you are going to do it again I have just started and boy! Was I surprised at how hard that 30 mins was had to stop a few times felt dead at the end but also good coz I got up and tried and will do so again tomorrow!!
@@gabriellebaar3699 I did it again today and oh wow it was way harder the second time I felt sore in places I didn't know I could feel sore lol but I suppose it will get better every day after the pain starts wearing down how are all of you doing? 🙂
I gained 80 pounds getting clean and sober 😅 today is my first UA-cam workout at home and it was absolutely amazing...I'm coming back every day thanks guys 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Current weight:231lbs Starting date : April 22, 2020. This is my first day working out. I want to be healthier and to feel good in my body. Goal weight:180 lbs
i’m 19 and i’ve been overweight as long as i can remember. doing this workout was so difficult for me, but seeing everyone in the comments working so hard has really inspired me to keep going! good luck to all of you on your fitness journey and thank you all for the inspiration i needed to see today! 🔥🔥🔥
Good luck to you too bro! I was 262 when I started in February but I’ve done this workout and jogged a lot and I’m at 231 now! You got it man and keep on going!
you got this!! i’m 17 and i’ve always been the bigger kid, i found this first workout tough but i’m only on my third and it’s already slightly easier... you got this!
I was 84kg when i decide to lose weight and i came to this channel and start my weight lose journey.....now im 62kg and suddenly this video came infront of me and i again go back to my old memory.....i recommend this channel to all those who reads my comment because its the best weight lose channel i have ever experienced ❤❤❤❤
Beginners please read: I woke up one day and wanted a change(probably what your thinking when you clicked on the video). I found this video and barely could finish half of it. I kept consistent every day regardless what my mind told me, then on the 3rd day I finished it fully without a break. On the 3rd day, I had a break-through because I realized it was all mental. With a strict diet, a consistent workout, I dropped 25lbs in two weeks which gave me even more to continue because I seen change/progress. Current day, I can't wait to wake up and workout. My mourning workout is one 30 minute high intensity, 15-30 min run on the treadmill, one more 30 minute high intensity, then a hour of cardio at night. I now could care less about what the numbers says on a scale, I only continue because I truly love what it does for my health and best of all mental health. Don't give up, stay consistent, and know that it is all mental. Good luck on "YOUR" journey.
Thank you for your message. Greatly appreciated. I do have a question though to satisfy curiosity. How long ago was your first time attempting the exercises in the video (when you "barely could finish half of it")?
@@maestrosock9360 I think it was around 15 minutes or so and second attempt was about the same thing. I was severely out of shape and my muscles wasn’t use to it.
I remember doing this last March every day. I weighed 100kg. If your thinking there’s no chance getting fit: I done this everyday. Some days I failed, but 10 months later I’m 64kg and active and fit. I’m back to this video because I’m now self isolating so only activity I’ll get
I had such an intense emotional response to this video, I literally had to pause it after the first section because I was crying so hard. I've never seen people who look like me in a workout video or an instructor that emphasized that it was okay to pause the video, to take breaks, to listen to your body, to march through some of the workouts, to adapt it as is needed. It not only contrasted with what I've heard from personal trainers or workout videos before (push through the pain, I need to see X result), but it also broke through my own inner dialogue of not trying hard enough/not being enough. I really really appreciate Body Project and look forward to working out with you more. Thank you!
July 1st 2024 (93kg) Just tried this workout for the first time and I have never felt this understood while working out. Your pep talks reassured me that I was trying my best while simultaneously motivating me to go further. Your workout models who have a body shape similar to mine killing the exercises gives me hope that I too can achieve their stamina eventually. Promise to be back soon with a healthier number on the scale 💪🏻
I never leave comments in UA-cam, but I guess some might relate when I say, after 19 minutes of this for the first time had me broken down in tears.... not that I was was extremely hurting or tired, but rather a painful slap of reality that I was killing myself, I was lying and making excuses telling myself "so what if I am fat at 117 kg with a height of 5'2 as long as I'm happy that's what's important"... I just nonchalantly clicked on this video and just gave it a try. Never thought this would struck me really hard, sir thank you for this, I will show my appreciation by committing to start working out everyday using your program as part of my journey and I will share this video so you can inspire more people like me.
I started back in March & Team Body Project has changed my life in so many ways. I have osteoporosis & osteoarthritis so I LOVE that Daniel says "make it YOUR workout". I have to adapt some of the movements but it works. You can do it!!
i workout everyday and even completing this work out was a struggle for me. If you were able to finish this, especially for being inactive or lack of motivation, that is a SUCCESS!!! amazing job guys!
Thank you so much! I've been inactive for about 10 years. I was a competitive cheerleader in highschool, but once I graduated there wasn't anything to keep my active that I enjoyed. Fast forward and I'm 31 now just beginning to exercise again.
This man is so supportive it’s ridiculous and I love it. I’ve always hated workout videos because the people act like their expert workout is the easiest thing and you should be ashamed if you can’t do it, but this is made by real people for real people and I just....
This guy is absolutely incredible. He's a true trainer because he understands limits and helps us overcome them. First trainer to actually get me through a workout!
I've had a hard time last two years losing weight after my first son. It's been a struggle to find a workout that works for me. I used to be a runner I used to go to the gym daily and now I find it hard to have motivation to do much. This workout has given me a second chance. Very thankful for the motivation of this trainer.
Today is the day! With diet, intermittent fasting, some lifestyle changes and Body Project videos, as of today I have lost 100 pounds in the last 4-1/2 months! Thank you, Daniel, for keeping me motivated! The conflict continues, but today's battle is won!
Im proud of you its been a struggle for me its detrimental to my health I lose weight but I don't have the motivation or drive I'm stuck mentally I'm just stuck.
4/13/23 Day 1 weighing in at 300lbs & ready to change my life to become better. Seeing people on the screen that look like me completing this has really given me motivation. 1 SESSION COMPLETED.
I’m doing this workout for 20 days.. March 20th is when my ex broke up with me last year and I let myself go badly.. I want to be a better me! This year is my year and I’m taking back my lost days crying over him. I started yesterday and will finish this workout March 20th! LETS GO!
I did this workout today. And honestly broke up in tears when doing punches. I punched all my heartaches shouting “I am stronger than my pain”. This guy is so good at motivation.
Hey Wade, I just wanted to thank you as a 450 lb man myself. I didn't think there could be a workout I could do I thought I was too far gone but seeing you inspired me and I did my first day with you guys. so this is day one of my journey I am excited to see how far I can go. Thank you so much, man.
Starting Weight: 225 Goal Weight: 120 I’m 5’0 feet, so I have a lot of work to do. I just finished this workout. I got tired but I didn’t stop & I kept going till the end. I’m proud of myself. Let’s meet our goals everybody! ❤️ UPDATE: I’m now at 217.8 after 4 days!
You've got this love! Keep showing up, even if you have to press pause. I'm trying to remember that if I make a mistake, it's only a blip when compared to lifelong daily good habits. I'm on my journey too. Starting weight: 190 Goal range: 145/150 (5'4" female here) Currently at 186. Doing this not for the number on the scale (building muscle makes you gain weight too!), but to feel good in my body and to show myself love. You are worthy of feeling good whatever size you're at right now
Thanks everybody! I’m now at 217.8 but I’m going to weigh myself on Monday as my first official weigh in after a week! I’ll update! & good luck Stephanie! We can do this. ❤️
Omg I relate so fucking much to you. We are about the same weight and around exactly the same height. I hate how my body looks so much because of how small I am and the weight I put on myself the past few months. I'm the biggest I have ever been in my entire life and it really gets me down. I have no self confidence. I hope you achieve your goal weight. I'm aiming for somewhere around that weight too. Hope you have a great day and keep on hussling!
This may just be me, but for some reason it made me feel better because the instructor was getting tired too. Like, most of the exercise videos I watch, the person doing the exercises in the video is doing them perfectly and not even sweating or showing any discomfort at all, so when I’m struggling to keep up I feel really bad and I stop.
Was a fan of Pamela Reif's workouts but then she seemed too ethereal to not be heaving and sweating the entire time lol. Loved that the instructor here is just as human as me haha!
Being very unfit after many years of not exercising, my sister sent me this workout. It is helping me, and nowadays I feel so much better and energised. I just had to comment and say thank you, and also to mention that I noticed whenever Daniel says, "Enjoy matching...", or "Enjoy the stretch ...", every time he says "enjoy..." I enjoy whatever it is, no matter how tired I am. It tricks my brain or something 🤷🏾♀
im about the same weight too !! Ive been watching and working out to this video for about a week now, but hopefully I see some improvement in a month, you can do this !!
Started this yesterday. Day 1 - so hard. Only managed 10 minutes Day 2 - easier!!! But stopped at 20 mins. Really didn’t want to do it but pushed myself to Day 3 - finished it finally. Felt amazing Day 4 - finished it again - bit harder today but really feeling a difference in my mood Will update as I go on
Ok so I wanted to do this because I saw a lot of people commenting their experiences 💕 Height: 162 cm Weight: 67 Kg Day 1: the first day I discovered this exercise was really hard for me, since I'm asthmatic (and I also have hypothyroidism) it's difficult for me to not get dizzy or get pains in my chest or muscles when I do something like this, I managed to get to 15 min, couldn't do more Day 2: my muscles were really sore, I recommend you stretch whenever you can a few times a day, I made it to the end ! Felt really good Day 3: today was really easy! My muscles hurt like a lot but I've been stretching out so it wasn't that bad. Day 4: I was feeling bad today, I didn't wanna do anything but I pushed myself a little and convinced myself I should do it, so I did, kind of a hard day, but I made it to the end and also added another 7 min abs workout! I ended up really tired but I'm getting more sleep since I started so I went to bed earlier, which is great!! Day 5: today I rested because of my asthma ^^ Day 6: once again, everything is going well! It's not difficult anymore, my muscles are fine, I'm adding a few exercises more after this! (7 min each one) Day 7: I'm definitely seeing results, I feel like I gained a little bit more of strength and Im feeling better 😊 definitely try this! Day 8: Rested because of my asthma again Day 9: Rested Day 10: I exercised today 😊 my muscles are a little bit sore (I think that's because I added a short abs workout + legs and butt 😅) also changed my routine, I'm having dinner way earlier than before and I'm sleeping early too 😊 Day 11: everything is going fine! Exercises are not hard anymore Day 12: rested Day 13: I started doing the Low impact 30 minute workout beginner/intermediate video also from Body project, I felt like I leveled up and now I feel so happy about it 😊 made it to the end! I'm also doing 7 minute abs workout for belly fat from lucy wyndham-read, everything is ok Day 14: I was thinking about doing this one today but I pushed myself a little and went with the beginner/intermediate one once again 😅 Day 15: bad choice, my muscles are really sore 😅 I'm gonna rest today, whoever is reading this please keep it up, if I did it you can do it too, I'm struggling since I have many health issues but it's really worth it, you can do this, you really can💞 don't give up Day 16: chose begginer workout, everything's ok ! Day 17: I stayed at my friends for about 4 days and I haven't been able to exercise so I'm gonna skip a few days Day 21: beginner workout and some leg+butt workouts 👍🏻 completely fine Day 22: had to spend the day out but I managed to do 15 min of intermediate workout Day 23: I weighed myself, I've lost 3kg! And I've also lost about 1-2 cm of waist, arms and thighs. I'm really happy!!! I'll keep updating soon but even if it's not that big of a result, it really shows up! (I'll be updating in a few days again 💕💞)
im on day 7, im seeing progress already. With diet, i got 5 cm off my hip already! keep it up! i dont do this consecutively everyday (once in 2-3 days)
I get tired after 3 minutes and breathless by 8… this why I’m too ashamed to go to the gym… but hearing your nice comments about taking a rest and water breaks helped me a lot ❤ thank you… I’ll try to keep up
I started w this workout back in April! And at 1st I would have to stop and take breaks! Now I can go through the workout without taking breaks! I started at 185lbs! I’m 5”2 so that’s a lot of extra weight! I weigh in at 140lbs today! My goal is to lose another 10lbs ! Im so much happier with how I look feel , it’s an amazing feeling I did this all by myself! And im proud of ME💕
I'm 5'6 and 140 now and I can't even do it all the way I use to workout like crazy but haven't in 6 months not only did you lose alot of weight but you got physically stronger which is more important imo
So proud of you Maria I also am on a weight loss journey after having 4 kids. I’m 154 pounds now, would like to be 125… I know I can do it!! I just have get my mind set right.
Is it weird I got way more motivated by seeing the "fat" guy doing the workouts. And not seeing 3 "fit" people that could do over 100 pushups, 100 situps.Etc This made me really happy and made me kept going!
I cried when I watched this. I am handicapped with arthritis and bad disc's in my neck and back. He encourages you to do what you can, take a break when you can. He shows moves you can actually do and the people with him are like me. I can do this! Not all the way through yet but maybe one day I will make it.
I have let myself go so much. I came across this video today and only made it 12 minutes. I feel good about those minutes though and will continue doing this workout multiple times a week. I love and appreciate how encouraging you are and I can tell that you really do care about those you are helping. It means the world to me that you have others in the video that are my size. This is so motivating!!! Thank you so much! Starting weight 295lbs, 5’6, 34 years old
For those saying they only did so many minutes and didn’t finish, I’m here to tell you that you should be proud of yourself for using your courage to start a workout. So you only did 7 minutes, that’s 7 minutes you weren’t riding the couch. Don’t overwhelm yourself and don’t beat yourself up! Take it day by day. You’re a warrior!!!!!
Thank you🥺🥺🥺
So true. 1st time I did this work out I was done after 5. I can now get all the way through it. Took a couple weeks but I got there.
You're so sweet :33. Much love to you!!!
Thx so much but I did 26 minutes I can do more lol
I've been doing these most of the week, having Wednesday and sunday off. When I started only managed 14 mins. Now I'm able to finish the workout with them. I'm loving them and feel so good for it.
I’m 69 years old (now 71) overweight and completely out of shape with asthma. I am so tired of making excuses and feel very depressed and ashamed of myself. Gonna start this today and do what I can. Wish me luck everyone.UPDATE:
first I want to thank each and everyone of you for all the love and encouragement you guys have shown me over the past two months. ❤️ July 19,2022
Update: November 2024. I’m currently 145 lbs and feel better than I’ve felt in a long time. All I can say is Never give up. Believe in yourself. Anna

I like how he uses people who aren't fitness models. Makes it look more achievable like hey I'm around that size if they can so can I!
My kind of people. Initially I was not able to do even 15 mins , now after two weeks I can do full workout
This what exactly what we need. To show people it’s possible

Thank you.

I’m so proud and happy for you!!!
@@Joini50you got this bro dont let your mind manipulate you into thinking you can’t do it.
HOPE YOU ARE STILL GOING STRONG.
Yesterday I tried this but only made it until 8 minutes. Today I did it again and made it to 15. I know it's not much, but I'm kinda proud of myself for doing it again and improving a bit. After all it's about progress, not perfection :')
Update: I made it until 30 minutes!!
Their motivation and self esteem is already low,
He does it just right, so EVERYONE can join in and at least do the first step into bettering their health.

Height 155cm
Starting Weight: 205lbs or 93kg
Weight Progress:
• *Before starting this workout* : 198.5 lbs or 90kg (4 December 2024).
• Week 1: I didn't weigh myself, but definitely no change xD (11 Dec 2024)
• Week 2: 195.7lbs/88.80kg (18 Dec 2024)
• Week 3: 193.7lbs/87.85 kg (25 Dec 2024)
Workout: 1 hour of walking, 12 minutes of Rebecca Louise's arm workout, (start 5 Dec) this workout.
Diet: 1300-1500 calories a day (not perfect, some days I eat more)
I started doing this workout after 2 weeks into my diet and workout routine.
But I definitely feel better with my body 💪
18 Dec 2024: Week 2 done!

So awesome! This is my go to- and walking. ❤

See you all then, and have a very good year!
good for you, that is 19 minutes of positive mojo!

Ps: I did this every other day while using five lb dumbbells to make it more challenging!
Congrats! Would really like to know what you did. How much of it was diet? I have a harder time with food control rather than exercise.
@@aestheticsquidward60 may I know what kind of diet u did? :-((
@@rosesguks_7963 I didn’t do a diet I just took whatever I was eating and basically cut It in half or went by the serving size. Also while not ideal for everyone, I would track calories and use a food scale so I knew that I wasn’t overeating. Diets for me don’t tend to work in the long run because while I may lose a significant amount of weight, I’ll gain it back by eating “regularly” again.
I am starting with you. Let's go.
Right? Anytime he got water, I was like "oh ok, water break?" Haha
Exactly. All those videos with workout demigods just make me feel like shit about my form.
Don't forget about the fat little lady ! Good on both of them!
I haven't even done the first workout but that is why I am going to try it.

I love that there aren’t just “fit” people & that he is encouraging to go at your own pace 💙
You actually suppose to doit that way realistically
Right I tried going to a gym and just got made talked down for doing it at my pace... way to encourage people to loose weight. I like this way better I can do quick work outs throughout the day.
ALL I Do IS WIN exactly because everyone is on their own journey & no one starts off being able to keep up or have the weights so it’s just so much nicer to see real people.
I love that too.
Yes!!! Totally.

Do you think this video would ever be for sale? I can't imagine coming on UA-cam one day to just realize it was gone....
I love how he encourages us to take a break whenever we need one. Most fitness coaches I’ve had have pushed me to tears while telling me that resting is for the weak and the quitters. Also, I love how they don’t use fit people in the background. It makes me feel a lot more comfortable and motivated.

Dropped off years back coz of painful joints...been off carbs, sugars for two weeks...doing keto...and my pains are no more...tried my joints this morning and couldn't believe how my body feels...and got back to Team BP for this beginner work out....cant believe i went through whole session...
Thanks Team...feeling great so far so good
🙏
I have been doing this workout for the last 2 months with an average easy diet .... and I lost 10kg and feeling really good . the first month of this cardio was like hell I always lose my breath in the first 15 minutes. but after 2 months i got used to it and barely get tired after the full 30 min ..... I’m really glad I found this channel cuz it really helped a lot
Agree
Wow
Great!!What was your exercise routine ? How many time in a week? And what was your diet ?
do you exercise every day?
your words are really the way for us to have big energy
I started this 2 weeks ago. Couldn’t even get past the first 7 min! Now, I’m up to 24 min without stopping :) No weight loss, but my pants fit better and my husband notices my booty 😉
Week 3: OMG I made it allll the way guys! No stopping, lots of water but I did it :)
Week 5: I’ve now moved on to Cardio Starter and actually finished the whole thing the first day! Small changes each week, noticing my clothes fit me better and I actually look forward and plan my day around workouts :)
Thanks for the wonderful comments! I’ve never been consistent this long. Like ever. If I can do it, y’all bitches can do it too :)
Piilani Morris No weight loss because the fat your losing is being replaced by muscle. Good work 👍
I started today, and got to 17 minutes but also felt like I was going to pass out at that point! Go you! Hopefully I can get to 24 mins soon :)
JessaJess you can do it girly! I think ima stick with this for a while and then move to something intermediate :)
@@piilanimorris3980 i am 15 my girlfriend noticed i have six packs she said how did u get that i said from Jesus she almost killed me atleast she still loves me :)

The instructor is so motivating. Like I honestly almost started crying when he talked about doing this for yourself and nobody can take away what you did for yourself. As a person who struggles a lot in day to day life feeling like I have control and doing things to benefit myself really uplift my day. Thanks!
Same here! “Especially when he said we’re warriors”

Good luck. You got this.
You got this!!
I thought I could only do 5 min, I did 10, proud of myself, will try again tomorrow
Woo that's awesome! Thanks for sharing

I was 84kg when i decide to lose weight and i came to this channel and start my weight lose journey.....now im 62kg and suddenly this video came infront of me and i again go back to my old memory.....i recommend this channel to all those who reads my comment because its the best weight lose channel i have ever experienced ❤❤❤❤
how long did it take you?
Good job dude! Love your spirit ❤️
@@maestrosock9360 I think it was around 15 minutes or so and second attempt was about the same thing. I was severely out of shape and my muscles wasn’t use to it.
@@moose1164 Good info but I asked how long *ago* did you start this whole experience!
@@maestrosock9360 oh i started my journey 2 months ago.
I remember doing this last March every day. I weighed 100kg. If your thinking there’s no chance getting fit: I done this everyday. Some days I failed, but 10 months later I’m 64kg and active and fit. I’m back to this video because I’m now self isolating so only activity I’ll get
now this is giving me motivation. Stay blessed
Well done ,that's a huge achievement. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Good for you, well done.... I'm struggling to lose weight, even though I'm eating healthy. I've done my back so limited to working out which sucks.
Excellent Declan. Keep it going... you're inspiring those you may never see.
Good for you, that’s huge.
Thank you!
How has it been going so far? I am still looking for a good workout routine before I walk 45 minutes to the gym.
I agree! I actually almost cried myself! So inspiring
I say, together we can. We're all in it together.
Wow and they wonder what happened to our country.
Omg thought I was a weirdo for getting a bit teary lol

Just tried this workout for the first time and I have never felt this understood while working out.
We are in this together!
I'm replying so you know I've just started myself after few months of not doing work out. I've started last week btw. Good luck to you!
I am committing to 30 min workouts each day this is day two! lets do this!!!!!!!!!!

I can agree !
Agreed. I'm glad I found this channel. I like coach Kozak of Hasfit as well. Very encouraging but a bit different.
I've watched so many workout videos on here. Theres no one on here like him. I agree 👍

I just did ten minutes on my first day too, here's hoping it'll get easier!
Ok so I wanted to do this because I saw a lot of people commenting their experiences 💕
Height: 162 cm
Weight: 67 Kg
Day 1: the first day I discovered this exercise was really hard for me, since I'm asthmatic (and I also have hypothyroidism) it's difficult for me to not get dizzy or get pains in my chest or muscles when I do something like this, I managed to get to 15 min, couldn't do more
Day 2: my muscles were really sore, I recommend you stretch whenever you can a few times a day, I made it to the end ! Felt really good
Day 3: today was really easy!
Day 5: today I rested because of my asthma ^^
Day 6: once again, everything is going well! It's not difficult anymore, my muscles are fine, I'm adding a few exercises more after this! (7 min each one)
Day 7: I'm definitely seeing results, I feel like I gained a little bit more of strength and Im feeling better 😊 definitely try this!
Day 8: Rested because of my asthma again
Day 9: Rested
Day 10: I exercised today 😊 my muscles are a little bit sore (I think that's because I added a short abs workout + legs and butt 😅) also changed my routine, I'm having dinner way earlier than before and I'm sleeping early too 😊
Day 11: everything is going fine! Exercises are not hard anymore
Day 12: rested
Day 13: I started doing the Low impact 30 minute workout beginner/intermediate video also from Body project, I felt like I leveled up and now I feel so happy about it 😊 made it to the end! I'm also doing 7 minute abs workout for belly fat from lucy wyndham-read, everything is ok
Day 14: I was thinking about doing this one today but I pushed myself a little and went with the beginner/intermediate one once again 😅
Day 15: bad choice, my muscles are really sore 😅 I'm gonna rest today, whoever is reading this please keep it up, if I did it you can do it too, I'm struggling since I have many health issues but it's really worth it, you can do this, you really can💞 don't give up
Day 16: chose begginer workout, everything's ok !
Day 17: I stayed at my friends for about 4 days and I haven't been able to exercise so I'm gonna skip a few days
Day 21: beginner workout and some leg+butt workouts 👍🏻 completely fine
Day 22: had to spend the day out but I managed to do 15 min of intermediate workout
Day 23: I weighed myself, I've lost 3kg! And I've also lost about 1-2 cm of waist, arms and thighs. I'm really happy!!! I'll keep updating soon but even if it's not that big of a result, it really shows up!
(I'll be updating in a few days again 💕💞)
Im here for this
im on day 7, im seeing progress already. With diet, i got 5 cm off my hip already! keep it up! i dont do this consecutively everyday (once in 2-3 days)
@@addie1771 sooooo glad to hear that!!! Keep it up!
don't give up because this definitely works and it's really good for your health too 😊❤️

I'm 5'6 and 140 now and I can't even do it all the way I use to workout like crazy but haven't in 6 months not only did you lose alot of weight but you got physically stronger which is more important imo
I’m trying to loose 10-20lbs did you make and changes in your diet?
Yess. , I started keto also in April and drinking a gallon of water everyday! Im still on keto and love it !
How many times a day did u follow the video
So proud of you Maria I also am on a weight loss journey after having 4 kids. I’m 154 pounds now, would like to be 125… I know I can do it!! I just have get my mind set right.
Is it weird I got way more motivated by seeing the "fat" guy doing the workouts.
And not seeing 3 "fit" people that could do over 100 pushups, 100 situps.Etc This made me really happy and made me kept going!
I think it's more encouraging when you can see someone that looks like you actually being able to do the entire workout.
Same here! I’ve never finished a work out and I honestly am so proud I’ve always struggled with my weight and I’m super happy

YES!!! nothing more disheartening than a fit fit and firm 20 year old , saying " this is great just 100 more!"
...you're motivated because you smell bacon!
I cried when I watched this. I am handicapped with arthritis and bad disc's in my neck and back. He encourages you to do what you can, take a break when you can. He shows moves you can actually do and the people with him are like me. I can do this! Not all the way through yet but maybe one day I will make it.
Keep pushing u strong af 💪💪
you will make it!
he said that
"body can only do so much, Your mind is your power" or something like that
You've already done the hardest step: the first one.
Keep up champ!
Not maybe, you will. He says it, your personal best
Hell yeah, keep it up,God bless!
