I met Chris Cornell randomly at the mall one day. I freaked out, I didn't know what to do, but he was SOO nice and invited me to go on a walk with him. It was the best day of my life. We miss you, Chris. Rest in peace forever.

How cool is that?! I met a guy in Adelaide who says he met E.V in a pub and they played pool with Pearl Jam on the juke box. Eddie quietly listening to himself and grinning. “Sounds alright doesn’t it?” he says!
I would pay a grand to do that !! 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻

Well, if you keep calling it the last golden era of music, then you definitely won't hear music as good.
What you're doing here is 2 things:
      1. Discouraging people from trying to make music as you're telling them there's no way they could be good.
      2. Even if people ignore this statement (and other similar ones, of course I'm not blaming you specifically for anything) and do make music, you've already decided that it can't be good as we've already passed the LAST golden era... because of that, you're not likely to even give new music a chance, and even if you listen to it that mantra of 'music used to be better' would be so ingrained in your mind that you won't be able to enjoy it, even if otherwise you would have.
Of course, these guys deserve praise, but don't be so definitive and doom music- you're only ruining it for yourself.
*I'll say it again just to make sure it's clear: I'm not trying to attack or blame you. I've seen many comments like yours, and these are just my thoughts regarding this sentiment because I think it's a pity.

I saw Chris Cornel sing on an Atlanta radio station called 99x. I called in and won the live intimate up close concert tickets for a radio performance. I sat on the floor about 10’ away while he sang. It was amazing hearing his voice pass into my ears straight from his mouth. No electronics, warming up. Truly one of the best voices ever!

I was watching this and just started smiling because Chris is so happy here ...every video I watch I can feel his pain , that man had some deep dark pain we cant even begin to understand . I see it in his eyes , I see it in his entire presence and I feel it same as him when I see him. As crazy as it sounds its true. it was like he just said to me im happy all the time now like I was here. .. His smile , his voice , his hair just him.. Chris Cornell you were such a beautiful man inside and out . . I can't wait until I meet your beautiful soul at heavens gate after of course God's. If you're trying to imply they were murdered, then you're wrong. They took their lives. Yes, they thought human trafficking was bad, but so do most people... what, if I donate to an organization combatting climate change and die, does it mean I was murdered by executives from companies whose factories pollute the atmosphere? That's how ridiculous you sound.
I agree with you about them being good people and the world being worse without them though.

Brings tears to my eyes. I've always felt I was born in the wrong era. I listen to 90s music, wear 90s clothes, watch 80s and 90s movies, but was born in 2000s. I will never be able to see live shows of my favorite singers, see their concerts on MTV, and will never feel the anticipation of my favorite bands next album. This song is a work of art, and seems to almost be not of this world. Chris... you'll never be forgotten. Your legacy will live on for as long as I and people like me can help it. Thanks, brother.
