"What's your name, sweetie?"
"... Silence."
"That's a nice name."

+The Caller What is the music of life?
Thanks!
🤔let me think😂
John Johnson Silence, my friend
What idiot just leaves their child in a cart? That's almost as stupid as leaving your child in a hot car.
+124Nightwing IKR
I, IRONICALLY, HAVE BEEN LEFT IN BOTH
That's why you roll the shopping cart windows down, duh :)
Welcome To The Matrix My parents actually consider me the favorite because I'm the only kid who refuses to be a drop out
Welcome To The Matrix I know, it's sad.
When he said “they were attacked by the railroad tracks” i thought for a few solid seconds how the hell could a railroad track attack someone
lol
I like you. Your brain works the same way mine does.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
railroad tracks can be heartless bastards!
Your stories give off the atmosphere of being in a large, dark, concrete, empty room in the middle of no where.
Nowhere
Briana Navarro nowhere
Briana Navarro DONKEY TEEF
Bruh that how I feel after ever one of his videos
Briana Navarro You are sooo right Briana; especially on the parts where it sounds like he's in an empty room--and his voice "echoes." :) goose bumps!
I know this is a magical idea. But shopping carts have wheels, so that you can you know push them around the store.
Ikr XD I was confused at that
Yeah, that whole story stopped making sense.
its not that unusual to see shopping carts unattended in supermarkets and stores. people tend to just leave them there and say 'be right back' when they wanna quickly grab something. ive been left alone with the shopping cart before while my mom goes to grab things. now i wasnt as young as the OP was, but it wasnt that long ago when people felt comfortable leaving their kids for a few minutes in the shopping cart while they went to grab things, especially if they had a lot of stuff in the cart and didnt feel like pushing it. particularly if its in an area they know or a store they frequent and the OP did mention his parents had friends who would appear in the store a lot so it was probably a store they felt safe to leave their kid unattended in. reckless but definitely not unrealistic.
Exactly, how hard is it for them to walk down the aisle with their kid in the cart. Or here is a bright idea have 1 of the parents stay with the kid, while the other grabs whatever they need done the aisle. I have 2 kids and do the grocery shopping alone with them, I've never had a problem with them going down the aisles with me. The parents in that story were just fucking clueless, prob thought something like a kidnapping would never happen in their town.
@@Anakaraya No, it's just plain stupid and OP is lying. The story claims they left the cart up front while they went in two different directions getting ALL their groceries. I've got to call bull on that. A thing or two would have been more believable but people choosing to put all their groceries (while also leaving a 7yo unattended) in their arms instead of the convenience of a cart is not. Then, after the incident, they not only don't bring him up and down the aisles but leave a 7yo home alone? Bull.
Mum: why the hell do you always sleep with your door locked?
Me: murderers
Also why I have always had a knack for picking the safest beds in hotels...on the bottom floor you go near the door (unless it's a room that opens to the outside then you go to the one farthest from the window and door) and any floor above where someone could scale the building so most likely the 2nd or 3rd floor, you take the bed closest to the window. However, you still put someone else in between you and the window...so that if some murderer did scale the side of the building and come in, then the first person they'd see would not be me. My family always gets pissed when I choose a bed after they already put their stuff on it XD but if i'm safer in that bed, I'm going to sleep in it.
Existence is pain
He's already in the room with ya.

That creepy janitor has a universal key. He will get u. One night. He is coming.

Haha! Thanks! There are great channels on UA-cam! I recommend you get around! Yes you will! I have recorded Monday's already ;)
Check out horrorstudio1 they make some unorthdox scary story videos.
I keep looking through these hoping I haven't watched it yet but I've seen so many UGH THE STRUGGLE

Same here
o
Re listen to them then nigga, i've listened to all these like 80 times cause they still scare me but just much less now
Me too. I'm like, "Wait, I've seen this. Darn it."
Second story wins the most idiotic parents award 2015
No, it wins dumbest story written by a ten year old award.
@@marchionessamoretto7326 It's dumb because it isn't even credible. Even the stupidest of parents wouldn't put their kid in a cart, leave it at the front of the store unattended choosing to pile up their arms with groceries instead of using the cart to hold them. Then when the incident happeens they leave the kid home alone when they go grocery shopping? They'd be more worried to do that, not less, after a scare like that. It's not even believable.
I'd agree if there wasnt a child who was killed via oven. The babysitters put the child there and then ran away but didnt get far. Tragic

what bout top 15?
The coach knew about the Dead Fred game and about how potentially dangerous it was and decided to scare them to get them to stop playing.
That’s a scenario that hadn’t occurred to me. I hope you’re right.
I knew a kid who actually played the Dead Fred. He laid in the road to try to get cars to stop. Several cars stopped. One didn't.
That’s what I though immediately after the story ended. I really hope that he knew about the game and just did that to mess with the kids. Cause if it’s the latter, big fucking OOF!
Or Drunk and thought he hit an animal.
In a town of less than 200 people, there's no such thing as anonymity. Everybody knows everybody's business. Coach probably knew what those kids had for breakfast, as well as about their "game".
Currently Having a Lazy Masquerade marathon

Me three
Me too XD

The parents of the kid in the second story are awful to leave their kid alone for so long.
mack cummy seriously!!
I didn't quite catch how long ago this was but that used to be normal. In the 50's women would park their babies outside supermarkets while shopping. Babies got left in prams outside the house all the time for sun and fresh air. My mum used to send me to the toy aisle while she shopped in the early 90's.
It says he was seven years old. He wasn't a baby or anything.
@@cornhole3way694 so? 7 is still very young wtf. If you have to be 12 to be alone in a car then pretty sure 7 is considered too young.
@@cornhole3way694 Doesn’t excuse anything does it?
Story #1 took place in Lexington, KY at the University of Kentucky’s Reynolds building. All geographic details are completely accurate, and the railroad killer (Ángel Maturino Reséndiz) really did attack a young couple there in 1997.
Holy shit! And I thought that story was fake
Asking people for rides wasn't his MO. So whoever told story 1 just wanted to be involved, somehow.
I wasn't expecting to hear about the Villisca axe murder story here! I have watched all episodes out so far of Ghost Adventures, and in one the investigate this particular house. That episode is hella crazy! And even more amazing to see that this story has more in to it!
Bedtime Stories covered it as well in one of their videos.
+Lazy Masquerade you, sir, have the best voice for reading horror stories, for some reason, a voice like yours suits the creepy atmos created by the music and pictures, stay scary.
Into TheWoods oops, didnt mean to put the + in, :P
Into TheWoods Thanks matey :)
Into TheWoods I strongly agree
Into TheWoods That's a good name!.. So who came up with it first? You or the musical/film? XD
GabyS there's a film? i came up with it as woods is my name :P
With number one really seems like the guy could have saved lives by calling the police to report a suspicious person....
Snakie Exactky! I just don't understand why this is something that is being left out. Why not tell someone so people can be on alert. Let's help save lives!
THESE ARENT REAL. Lol
She was a she.
It was way too well written to be real
@@justjess-zl3pm I'm sure lots of them are and lots aren't, but it's not all fake just bc nothing interesting ever happens to you lol. I have several stories I could write down and send in, and I probably will eventually
Hmmm... 7yo left in a cart alone, often. For long periods of time. Sounds like bad parenting. "Never took me shopping with them again." They didnt take you with them to begin with. They locked you in a cart so you couldn't get out and left you so they didnt have to deal with you. That story just disgusts me.
Agree completely
Amen
Seriously! It's like they were hoping the kid got taken.
I like it. This kid needed a good scare. Great parents.
I mean, that wasn’t uncommon a long time ago. But the world is just so shitty now you can’t just leave a kid in a cart anymore.
You and Mr. Nightmare are 2 of my favorite Story telling UA-camrs....... Keep up the good work!
All the stories on this Episode sent chills down my spine. There are people that lack conscience, slightly drunk or sober. Doesn't matter in what condition but the faculty of mind is sinister.
When I trod on a mouse without looking I was in an emotional breakdown, or witness a school kid knocked by a car It disturbs me to the brain and I cry to never sleep for days. That means one thing, thank god I am normal even if I am a bit weird at times.
The fourth story really struck a nerve for me. When I was a toddler and on holiday with my parents I got into the hotel elevator with a group of older kids who thought it would be funny to hit every button and run out leaving me trapped in there, really messed me up. If I ever got a hold of them now I'd bury the fuckers alive for what they did.
They aren't real Hun.
Number #4 is seriously concerning... actual murderers who are Children in terms of the term 'Child Murderer', very Michael Myers-esque!
I've listened to A LOT of these stories from you and others who upload them. You are BY FAR the best for telling these stories. I have run out of your video's to watch and wish you would upload more!!! Keep up the great work man, I really enjoy these!! Great voice for it and great delivery as well, thanks for the hours of entertainment!
Chase CIA Thanks a lot, glad to hear it ^^
I've listened to all of these stories for hours and hours -- I've got "Uncle Buck" and "A Slice of Pie" to poor 6 year old Erin who was killed in her sleeping bag by Mr.Toots memorized!
I've yet to find any other storyteller that is of Lazy's caliber.
He is my favorite too
I don't understand why that ten year old tried to fucking drown a four year old ._.
***** For the fun
***** or there sick
omg
***** some serial killers advance from animals earlier then others.
._.
Gee, who would've guessed leaving a child unattended in a shopping cart was a bad idea!? DURRRR XB
Dude if I was that kid in the cart being taken away and seen my dad, I'd have been like, "HEY DAD, THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU LEAVE YOUR CHILD ALONE IN A CART! STILL THINK IT'S A SMART IDEA?!"
I don’t understand why one parent could’ve stayed with the kid at home or hung out with the kid in the grocery store while the other shopped
Lmao idk why but as sad as that would be, it made me chuckle. Seriously though, thats some screwed up parents
Why would you leave your child along for an hour in a friggin cart?
cuz carts were old school babysitters cuz they resemble a crib
right
Weird I had just watched a documentary on tv about the woman who survived the serial killer in the first story, it was so sad :(
Same, I watched that a couple months ago
Do you remember what it was called?☺️

It turns the Railroad Killer was a real guy named Angel Maturino Resendiz.
Well if you look up, it says TRUE scary stories. Lol. And he included the picture of the guy.
I got a scary story
its almost my school break\(^o^)/
The story about him happened in 1997 at the University of Kentucky
I was thinking that the story did not support Angel's MO, and the couple that were attacked were both killed. With a screwdriver, I believe.
And an illegal immigrant too, go figure.
Story 2.
Talk about bad parenting.
I love the way you say " Number 2" always tickles me.
Awesome tales as always. Keep up the great work
heh... poo
#5 OMG!! The Villisca Axe Murders.. Whoa!! That so crazy!
my own horror story: one day I was falling asleep and my foot came out of the blanket
As soon as you said "Villisca" I instantly knew what you were talking about, I'm interested in haunted places like the Villisca Axe Murder House so that's how I knew
the first story is teaching an incredibly valuable lesson ppl. if a man approaches you limping or claiming they’re injured and need help, do not remain alone with them. if you really believe they’re being honest, call them ambulance from a safe distance. bad ppl will take advantage of our innate instinct to help each other, esp women. pls stay safe.

Listening to your channel makes work pass by quickly. Absolutely love it!!
Wahoo uploaded 10 secs ago!!
Please do more on hotels, hostels, and backpacking!!
I love traveling and relate to them so well XD
Having quite the imagination helps make the stories even more interesting, but at the same time... Terrify the living shit out of me.
You should do creepy Pizza delivery stories!
Yeah he should
He does there's not many of them tho
Yeah 😊
Mr. NIGHTMARE has done a few, go check them out!
No it's just plain Night he has a video explaining why it's like that now
Lazy Masquerade, thank you for helping making people aware that Monsters, do not always look like messy, sharp toothed, smelly creatures. But, normal human beings. Your voice, is that of velvet~
Hey guys! I just wanted to tell you all how much I enjoy your stories AND, of course, the way you tell them! You have an amazing gift/talent. The way you are able to captivate your listeners makes listening to your stories almost addictive lol when I'm listening, I just close my eyes and I'm able to see these stories play out like a movie in my mind. My son n I love watching scary movies. I've now got him hooked listening to you! Keep up the great work and never change who you are!
Hmmmm. . . I can use stories of grisly murder to motivate my kids. . . Hmmmmm. . .
LordBitememan It would probably be better by motivating them with REAL grisly murder. I get my kids to work harder by showing them dead bodies and letting them sniff them! :D
FreyaFluffBall no
It was a joke... chill... xD
Same! But it was a big problem when the dead bodies started to move, and say stuff....
Ooh! You might want to let your kids handle that!
Just give em a knife and let them do the rest! :D
Wish me luck guys...
I'm going full screen.

These are the BEST. Your voice also makes it that much better, I never get tired of it unlike many other narrators.
You're hands down the best narrator on UA-cam. Keep up the great work!
I'd join the Lazy Legion but I can't be bothered. Too much work.

Plot twist: His great grandmother’s father is the one who killed them, and thus made his wife keep their daughter from attending.
scary
its unlikely though cuz there were several unsolved axe murders with the exact same m.o. they were not far from each other either and the same year...
You've quickly become one of my favorite channels! Keep up the awesome work!
You are definitely my new favorite. I can't wait to listen to more of your videos. The narration is enjoyable to say the least and very thoughtfully written, I quite enjoyed it.
Number 5 gave me chills......I'm a history buff and being a history lover we know alot about unsolved mysteries and murders...We may never know who killed the Moore family and the two girls
TheFoxSays Well, I can't quite remember where I heard this but recent evidence pointed to a foreign guy who did work for the family and he'd been living in their attic without them knowing.
I've visited the house it happened in. a lot of my friend a and Iowa kids know very well about it.
What if someone from the stories that someone thought was bad actually commented in the comment section saying i was just there to say hi, or something :P
SmashBandiFruit This sounds like a confession to me ;)
XD
As always, great video! love listening to them to get my scary fill for the day! Keep them coming!

I'm the worst with getting scared, any scary story will scare me and to listen to your videos, I have to flip my tablet over so I don't see the pictures but something about these true stories I like, and I think you should keep on doing these for a long time.
These stories make my hour bus ride to work worth it 😂

Lazy Masquerade is one of those channels that I automatically hit like as the video starts. You do a great job, man. Keep it up.
Hell yea you are one of my favorite narrators you just make it the creepiest it can possibly.
Rip fred
I hate to judge parents, because I'm not one myself, but WHY did they think the needed to leave the cart unattended while they shopped? I think we've all left our carts, with child in it or not, for a second or two to grab something down an aisle or in the next aisle, but to regularly leave your cart unattended while you go and grab armfuls of groceries and bring them back to your cart?? Even without the context of leaving a child unattended, that sounds like dumbassery. Don't they realize carts have wheels? WTF
I've got a similar story to the first one. My friend and I went to the hospital to visit his sister and her newborn boy. Upon leaving, literally right outside of the doors stood a guy mid-20s that had a hospital gown and iv tubes sticking from his arms and chest.
He looked and was acting like he was doped up on drugs, as he walked up to us asking us to give him a ride to his friend's house. Normally we would ignore some guy like this but it was the middle of the day, we felt safe and decided to entertain him a bit and ask him questions such as "Why do you look like that?", "Why do you need a ride when there's a phone literally 30 feet away at the front desk?", "Why don't you give us your friend's number?"
He claimed that he hit his head and was admitted to the hospital but they kicked him out when he didn't have insurance. This started getting hilarious because his ruse was so incredibly stupid. We kept punching holes in his story because he obviously wanted to rob us or bring us to a bad section of town when we got in the car, but we made it completely obvious that his story and act really sucked. I mean, his face and speech was acting like he was on drugs, but you could just tell he was faking it. He said he had a head injury but there was no bandages on his head (we didn't tell him this cuz we didn't want to improve his game) and he couldn't remember his friend's number but knew exactly where they lived, and the fact that the hospital kicked him out but kept his clothes while forcing him to keep the iv tubes in his arms and chest AND his hospital gown. It was a really bad plan.
In the end, we walked away and watched him from the car. He lingered around and ignored people as they walked by. This was a safe area and I know he wasn't going to do anything with the hospital cameras 10 feet away. We didn't bother to call anyone on him because first of all, no one was going to fall for his story, and secondly he was right in front of the hospital so at some point security was going to kick his *** and get the cops on him.
my friend told me to watch your videos [i kinda got into this kinda of stuff] straight away i loved your voice which sounds awesome for creepy stories love it :) keep it up thnx for uploading
That 10 year old is messed up
i experienced a frighting experience a while ago it all happened when i lived in my old house i lived with my dad and i was an only child so during the summer the time when i was making friends was out on my block. I meant another kid that what a lot older than me, i think he was about 14 i was 12 at the time and i was really scared kid who was scared by noises in the house. so when i was out on the block that kid mentioned his name was josh. i started playing with him because i found highly relatable he lived with his dad he was an only child. one day i weird man pulled up in in a truck. he asked if he could come in i denied and he left. josh played the same video games and liked riding bikes. josh would often call to play so i would come and play. josh really liked me then i maid a mistake by giving me emailaddress. it stared out as normal texts. then it got unsettling like how are you, are your doors locked, be safe, is your dad okay, those type of of texts. one day he invited me inside his house. my dad worked nights so he said it was okay. as soon as i walked in i was greeted by a nasty smell and coffee stains on walls. and a familiar face that struck terror it was that guy who pulled up to my house with that truck. i realized this kid was freaking creep. i sprinted the hell out out fucking hell hole a fast i can i reported them
and found out that 13 other bodies were in that house and in josh had pictures of me on the walls of his room meaning that he set up cameras inside my house he took pictures of me while i was sleeping, in the bathroom, and stuff.
Jake Faisal Don't try so hard. that was retarded.
Jake Faisal ah that never happened, did it?
Jake Faisal this sounds like the creepypasta "Penpal" even the friend's name is josh.
You are amazing, Lazy M.!!!! Keep them coming! A story is no good without a great story teller and by golly you are it :-)
Cool artwork on these vids Anthony, I like how much of the art isnt directly tied to the story. I was listening to a disrurbing story while a creepy image stared at me from the screen, totally unrelated to the story but it actually gave me the chills! I thought "Damn, that image is actually freaking me out." Thats rare with me, a horror buff for decades. Keep up the excellent work!
I know for a fact that in about 20 years where 15-25 year olds will be fathers serial killers will become extinct the reason being the creepypastas and possibly real stories like these.I don't know about you but if I have a kid instead of doing long speeches of why you shouldn't go out at night and without supervision when you are young I'll just show them these kind of videos.I believe stories like these have already saved lives. For example look at story #1.
georgemanize I think you're a tad too optimistic about humankind's capacity for stupidity.
+georgemanize +jokerswild00 Well that's a bit far fetched but these stories do increase the awareness of people. For example, I wake up at 5am and go to my bus at 6am for school; in theSpring smmer the sun is already up but since it's Fall right now it's still pretty dark. Before I watched these I used to mindlessly walk outside in the dark like if nothing would happen. Now that I watch these I'm more aware of my surroundings and always wear my glasses so I can see people from a distance
"We are the only two who know."
Not anymore
You sir get me paranoid when I'm home alone or at night Good job your voice goes with it as well
Man I listened to every one of these tonight. I love these please keep them coming. :)
