      Add high dense calorie rich food like - Peanuts, chickpeas, soya chunks, 50 grams to 100 grams. It will definitely help you dear 🙂💪. You need 3500 calorie to gain 1 pound of weight. It's applicable to all people.

    I'm 5'10" and 130lbs. If I don't work out AND eat, I just stay skinnier than I would prefer. 10-20lb gain would help my confidence so much. Thanks for the tips, "bestie"

      💀everyone eats rice everyday. Rice is an every culture side dish. Don’t exclude everyone else just because you’re uneducated about other worldly dishes. Hispanic ppl-black ppl and white ppl all over the world have rice in everyday meals. Support everyone who don’t gain weight. Rice isn’t gonna make you gain anything on its own.       That's because if you don't convert your calories into muscle, your body burns those calories since we struggle with gaining weight. We don't produce much fat, so our bodies burn it instead of keep it

    Okay so here's a problem I have from this thumbnail how is it that the same foods that help you lose weight also help you gain weight even though it's healthy? Is it because it changes a person's metabolism gut for somebody that's obese or healthy changing their gut and giving them healthy options helps them lose weight it keeps them full helps them cut cravings but on the other hand people who need to gain weight if this is keeping them full cutting cravings how is this helping them gain weight there has to be a reason for this it has to be metabolism and gut health in my opinion I'm no expert I just know that metabolism and gut help is very crucial for either one!

    I've been drinking a recommended smoothie for 2 days now but whenever I have to drink it, it makes me wanna vomit.
    By the way the smoothie contains, 2 bananas, a cup of milk, 1tbsp of honey, 2 tbsp of peanut butter, and half a cup of oats.
    Is there a way to improve the taste?

    It makes no sense that pretty much all the foods that help you “gain” are still classified to help you lose. I’ve been drinking milk for a month like crazy. Like a few glasses a day and I swear I feel like im losing weight and im already underweight. And I’ve been eating red meat, whole grain bread and rice like every other day of my life and nothing seems to have helped me gain a pound.

    The rice one definitely doesn't work. For my whole life and everyone is else's here, (we're southern asian so rice is an everyday food 24/7) yet nothing changes at all.

      No. Rice will spike your blood sugar unless you eat it with lots of green vegetables. Lots of lab studies on that.

      No too much rice will spike your blood sugar. It will let you gain but.... make sure you eat rice with a lot of green leafy vegetables.

    I worked out for years thinking I was a hard gainer, but the reallity is I just had a lousy. I then tried the Agoge diet, and started seeing much faster and better results

    i have not had red meat in years/what else can i gain weight with?my doctor took me away from red meat cause of my heart//i had 4 heart attacks/ever since i had a covid needle part one and part two

    I gained weight before I was like 35.5 kg, 151 cm and 14 years old after like 3 months of eating a lot I'm now 38.5 kg

    I eat rice for my meals since im Asian, problem is that i play football daily atleast 60-100 mins (intense cardio) but i dont eat extra to supplement for it and im losing weight alot, low BMI

    I’m not underweight and I don’t have nutritional problems
    I just can’t gain weight don’t know why
    Maybe because I did sports from 8 to 15
    But I’m 22 now and I can’t gain weight easily 🙄 I look 17 and I would love to increase my weight

    We it is true that 3kg weight we can increase by eating rice for 1 year.. we asian would already become 100Ton

    Whole egg, milk, avocado and rice
    I ate it for a long time but I am still skinny and I feel like the more I eat I keep losing weight 😂🤣🤣

      You have to count calories, and figure out how many calories your body burns by default, wearing random high Valerie's foods doesn't do anything if you're body burns 3000 calories a day but your only reading 1600, use your common sense and figure out how many calories you audit need instead of reading things at random and going you're not gaining any weight

    Eat 4-6 small meals throughout the day every day. That is the key.
