I've caught these guys in some really weird isolated inland places. I couldn't figure out how they could've got there. So did some research. Turns out that these shrimp eggs survive bird's digestive tracts. So a bird can eat a shrimp with eggs, then shit in a dam 20kms away, and the eggs will still hatch.
The sort of vids I would love to see you do are more around my local area of Brisbane. We got Norman Creek which the salt water ends at Stones Corner then the fresh water starts. The fresh goes for tens of miles but I fish around the Greenslopes part of it. Then just over at Coorparoo you have the run off pond which they have made into a nice area. Full of Tilapia but I am certain I have seen other exotics. However, short of video's like that, just keep up with what you are doing. Good enough for me to have bindge watched everything you got and wanted more. Doing real good. You seem like a straight up fella, not like some other idiots that think they have to behave like over excited 2 year olds.. Just keep being real and do what you do.
Great vid, I’d like to know how to build a home eco native tank and how to identify the rainbows the nuances of species evades me, which are the invasive pests. That’s heaps of content I’d like you to share. Cheers mate
You must fuck up a new set of kicks every time you make a video man. Haha. I know the thought process, I do it myself. Its like ''Yeah I got some good shoes on but I'll just make sure I dont get them wet.'' Next thing your up to your balls in mud. My wife knows this and I am checked every time Im heading out to net.
Beauts! I was fortunate to find Caridina Mariae in a small swamp area here in South China. I'll go back and make a video there soon!
All good... Just keep going... Show the spots and the scenery... It's great
