Couple of things you may not know. With those CAV fuel filters there are two diff size square section o-rings. Larger one should have a stripe on it, yellow, blue or white. This one always goes in the top housing. Second there is a plastic gauze filter hidden in the end of the injector pump where the fuel enters the pump. Little bit fiddly to fo but can be changed in place.
in my experience you check fuel flow by cracking a line at an injector and if the injector pump needs to be taken apart take it to a professional fuel injection service.

The CAV injector pumps dont have diaphrams .
It’s a 13 gallon tank 13 point something and there’s a filter on your on off cock that goes into the tank the shut off valve

Definitely was a dirty fuel line, once we checked and cleared the path for the fuel she worked like a charm
