There is so many more race tracks that are just missing. Monza, Misano, Interlagos, Fuji, Paul Ricard, Magny-Cours, Brands Hatch, Donnington, Zandvoort, Outlon Park, Assen, Hockenheimring, Hungaroring and the list goes on. I'm lvl 120 and it feels like I'm driving same tracks over and over again :/
@@ukmen16 absolutely. I hope once they eventually add all those tracks back to forza, they add some new tracks located outside of europe/north america too.
There is no reason to keep striking if you've already cracked a nut. If they included every track on your list, you would still be saying "I'm lvl 120, and it feels like I'm driving the same tracks..." Rotating new tracks in and out gives us a reason to continue to pick it up in the future.
I would cry with joy if they actually put fujimi kaido in this game. I literally played nothing but that track on fm4. I clocked over 700 hours in that game too. (It was the first console and game i bought with my own money. Forza 4 was the only game i had for a majority of the system's lifetime as well.)
Hopefully they add the ability to paint/designs inside of career mode. It’s super annoying to have to completely back out of career mode then go through several menus, select my car, apply my changes, then jump back into career mode.

Forza motorsports improvements 1. The new hood and rear bumper Forza aero needs to be applied to all cars in the game 2. All Cars need wheel spacers, especially if they have a widebody 3. Lexus LFA exhaust tip missing bug and other similar bugs 4. Need showcase style events like in Forza motorsport six like the Bondurant autocross, factory spec racing, endurance racing, high speed chase, moments in motorsports, top Gear stig, track they shootout, passing challenge, race driver experience, top Gear showcase 5. Needs more story mode races that fit into the builders cup, taking a vantage of the different car divisions currently featured in the game that aren’t already featured as a part of the builders cup already(I don’t wanna be forced to play multiplayer or use FreePlay to drive my favourite cars because they’re not featured in the story mode) 6. More race tracks like the Bernese alps, circuit de Prague, Rio de Janeiro top Gear circuits full NurembergRing? 7. Audio improvements or general overhaul, race cars need to be louder, better audio quality, more accurate engine sounds, more sound echoing off the surrounding landscape and buildings 8. Overall improvement of Visual quality of custom liveries plus less grainy photo of the livery 9. And stop adding new car brands into the game until we can fill out the card list with the missing cars from each brand currently featured in the game(Lexus LFA - Nürburgring, every generation Mitsubishi Evo, and Subaru wrs sti, plus the waggon versions of each car the evo and sti for example) that way the developers don’t have to spend a lot of money getting new licensing deals for brands they don’t already have in the game they can just spend their money sending the developers out to certain companies to scan the cars that are missing. 10. The ability to start and rev your engine in the view, car section where you can walk around the end get in your car and open the hood and trunk 11. Left right camera shuffle, when in cockpit driving mode I also have a list of over 500 cars that deserve to be in this game but aren’t because the developers are lazy and rather spend money on acquiring new brands and licensing agreements or just miss managing their funds internally then to actually send the developers out to scan cars from the brands already featured in the game
Saying things like "FM is terrible with a wheel" without further explaning, is disingenious! FM is actually great with a wheel, but you need to fiddle with the settings a little. Turn10 put the choice in the player's hand and gave us plenty of extensive settings to play with for our wheels. There's plenty of videos on YT for the best settings you can get for your specific wheel, and once you got the right settings, it works really great
For me, I love the grind of FM8. For once I actually enjoy driving cars rather than just collecting them in my garage like I do with FH five. However, I understand most the community does not like that so lighting it up a bit is fair. I would also love to drive the Toyota WEC car along with all the other hyper cars as well.
Yeah, I don’t mind it either. Forces me to learn how to tune. While seeing a noticeably better vehicle as I progress also. The AI however is trash and is like playing bumper cars at times.
@@darkstar2480 I absolutely agree, they always brake on the apex and then you end up with the penalty because of it. I also noticed in tuning that the standard PSI levels for the Front and rear are 40 and 32 which is extremely high

Factory setting feels crappy on a wheel. This is why they leave you with more tweak setting than the 3 biggest racing games combined. It is bad reporting to say otherwise. At best you could say that it can be complicated for those not interested in finding your perfect wheel feeling, rather than Forza guessing a setting and praying everyone likes that specific one. Its unrealistic so where should Forza put their interest in ?
I did the firmware update on the Logitech G Pro, set the manufacturers recommended settings on the wheel, then made minor adjustments in-game. FFB is accurate and communicative. On par with ACC. They figure that if you are a sim racer, you understand that tuning and tweaking is part of the game.
@@electus1not even close to Acc, come on. I have spent more time fiddling with FM ffb settings than anyone I know and while I have got it feeling pretty good, it's not close to the ACC tyre model. They sold an unfinished game at full price. That's what happened. And lied on so many things, I don't know how people still believe anything they say at face value.
This game needs more tracks for sure, but what it desperately needs is to fix the stupid "applying upgrades" loading screen that forces you to reboot the game and lose race progression, this makes the game nearly unplayable. The AI suck besides 1st and 2nd place getting an 8 second headscarf. Wheels actually feel amazing on this game, but you have to play with Settings for hours, after getting my wheel Settings correct I can say this may be the best wheel experience I've ever had, especially in a Forza game. Also Fujimi Kaido would ve perfectly released alongside a drift mode update, along side the addition of Formula Drift cars. Bonus points if you can see Hakone circuit and hotel from Fujimi Kaidos peak.
Driving the XY or XA around with Monaro’s, Chargers and others of the era was brilliant in Forza 7, I’m really pissed they left it out and a few of the icons as well. No XY or XR in it, I’m hoping they get added.
I think the FFB and wheel are excellent on the FM8. Better than FM7 and all the Forza Horizons. Better FFB than F1 23. Not as good as iRacing or Assetto Corsa.
I let my AI drive my 1115 HP Carrera 911 s. It couldn't keep it on the track until I set the brakes at 61% front and 118% pressure. To be fair the car is stupid fast.
I always liked Forza over gran turismo for the customization. I feel like they've gone away from that a bit. I would like to see more bodykits with actual licensing so they can name the kits like they used to. Other customization would be nice too. Being able to change headlight colors and stuff like that would be cool.
Forza Motorsport 4 was the peak, I love all the callback content to that game. It had the my favorite career mode layout. You could race any category you had a car for and there would often be multiple options for the same car. Ever since my driver level was reset then came back the game has been mostly good, like it feels bad after that. Still want so many things added!!
As a Sim the AI needs work that raving to win is actually a challenge rather than just bumping ang whizzing past. Real punishment for bumping and causing crashes. Also better damage and destruction where you can actually be out of the race for destroying your car.
They need to copy gt with features. We need a weather radar. Last night I had a race on silverstone where it rained in practice. Was dry start of the race but you couldn’t tell. It then rained in the race… stopped again. Then rained again 😂
A few things - do something in graphics department so it won’t look like project cars 3 -add Daytona and Long Beach circuit - Add more newer Gen Honda’s like the 10/11 Gen civic si and 10th Gen Accord sport/touring. - Add a dyno garage similar to like forzavista. -
I think Instead of Radar(which would be awesome to have) Forza should do an Spotter(audio). Think this if done well, would be more immersive. I’m a dirt rally/WRC player so hearing CALLOUT’s from the copilot constantly 😂 doesn’t really bother me.
It’s looking good, has been since early access. But the driver rating system needs to start kicking in. I can’t finish a race without getting punted and it’s absolutely absurd
Bugatti Bolide on Interlagos would be a fun drive! But I think T10 should focus on solving bugs and making the game look better before working towards new stuff.
I primarily play iRacing so I prefer in car as I use a wheel. Not having a spotter or anything to tell me what’s around me is an issue especially with everyone playing bumper cars
Honestly i haven't played forza in a long time but picked this one up and i think it play grate on a wheel. Only thing i found is a bug in mapping your clutch pedal and it wont work unless your wheel pops up as a config option
I would like to see more vintage muscle car's and I don't mean Chevrolet or Ford Mustang's. More Plymouth, Dodge, Chrysler, Mercury, AMC, Oldsmobile, Pontiac, Buick, Studebaker in the game. I know it won't happen, but it's my opinion.
As someone who mainly plays single player I would love to see more added to the Builders Cup. The featured series are really nice as well. Maybe T10 could run more than one simultaneously? Would definitely keep me busy for a while. Lol. I'm not too picky on what content they release. Glad they are adding tracks back for free. I am hoping some of the cars from FM7 are added back free as well. This would keep content flowing while saving the more desirable new stuff for paid dlc. Overall the game is not bad. The last update seemed to fix some of the visual bugs I had. I've only noticed a bit of washing but I'm hoping that will be patched next update. Overall not bad. I'm remaining cautiously optimistic.
I want them to add some new tracks, they are missing 1 big noticeable one for Aussie players especially - Mt Panorama @ Bathurst Also could add the Bend in South Aus, and Phillips Island considering it has Suzuki which is also a motorbike course
Looks like this people didn't udjust their wheel. And what wheel did you use to test the game? I think they asked suggestions to GT players that don't have a compatible wheel and don't know how to tune their car.
Using a Moza R12, and have dialled in my settings - will go into it in a future video. FM8 on a wheel has okay foundations, but I think needs some fine-tuning to be better!
@@topsplitgg But first find a nice RWD or FWD car and go do some sideways or some fast driving on track or twisty roads. In this way you can feel what the wheel transmit you. I'm tired of people comparing "SIMs" that have nothing to do with real cars. Comparing a game to. another is not useful.
If you buy the car pass after several cars have already been released will you still get them. Or does car pass become less valuable as time goes on because the already released cars are not given to late purchasers?
My number one fix is about custom liveries not working in single race. It also fails to work in multi-player at times. My favorite part of the Forza series is seeing all the custom paint jobs and liveries while I race. It's a real treat. There are some really amazing ones out there. They work fine in career mode, but let's face it, career mode is pretty lame. We should also be able to make our own series. that would be fun in multiplayer and single player. Leveling up cars should also take half the time they do now in my opinion.
We need much more tours and events in BC.. especially with actual race cars like GT en Endurance cars. Im not hating normal road cars but im missing the variety.
I loved the open lobby track day thing on fm7. I just want them to add that back and an e60 m5. But also them not adding it mad me play actual online races which was more fun then I expected as I never played it in 7 cuz I figured it’ll be like gta races
I know absolutely nothing about game development. With that being said, the issue of AI awareness/competitiveness baffles me. I can't imagine how they could be programmed to accurately react to our unpredictability. I'd love to see a massive improvement, but I feel I can't rightly voice my opinion without offering any kind of solution. Back with FM4, I used to create a private lobby, manually select which cars for the AI to use, and set them on about a one minute roll off delay. Coupled with about 10 or 15 laps on Nordschleife, it provided a good bit of entertainment. I miss those days.
In terms of cars obviously more gt3 and gt4 cars. As well as the gen 2 v8 Supercars and lm hypercars. As for tracks I can think of maybe 5 at the top of my head. Bathurst of course being the main one, Road Atlanta, possibly Taylem Bend in South Australia, Paul Ricard in France and Misano in Italy.
They need to rework some of the cars. Rimac has no concept one, meanwhile it has two versions nevera. Clear the old stats and apply it's current true stats.
Wheel is great as far as FFB goes. The issue is with the in car cameras. On a single screen you barely get a mirror in the helmet cam, there is no mirror for the driver cam without the wheel in view. The only one with a virtual mirror is the hood camera. This combined with a bad radar makes it tough. The other issue for wheel is that being hit in a corner is more punishing… and with the current penalty system you are getting pummeled most of the race.
@@electus1 I have messed around with it, but it is a pretty big compromise. On the driver cam you don’t get a mirror no matter how far back the Fov is.
This is the best sim on a wheel you can play that isn’t a dedicated racing game (iracing/ACC). I own every sim. If you’re having issues with a sim wheel it’s because you don’t know how to tune the in game settings.
Keep tweaking the penalties until more accurate. Tracks tracks tracks..... and radar. I'm sure quality updates in between major updates will fix some of the annoying stuff? Drives very well for me and far better than anything from 5, 6 and 7. The Skidding boys can go play Horizon surely? Good job so far. Oh and paints are awful (go check GT to see how that bit is done right) however it's no big as I'm racing more than anything
Abarth.....500e abarth and 595...where the he'll are abarth? They were in 7 and the 595 was a great little track weapon once tuned...also online open track day would be awesome! Especially given FM7 had this and was a great aay to meet players and learn the tracks, braking zones etc and tune each car to suit...
@@yrrr4871 Yes, the bug is still prevalent. I have 6 level 50 cars trying, and after Turn 10 said "buy a new one and try again" I have another dozen or so close to 30 lol. Says I have finished 6 events in builder's cup, but shows only 2 events completed. 3rd is an endless crash loop no matter what I try - even going back and starting again ...
I like what they tried to do. Building a car step by step and forcing players to make careful decisions to the build because the points get doled out slowly makes a ton of sense. Just didn't hit right in practice. You end up just doing the same mods to ever car at every step. The road feel is better on the wheel that fm7 but only 75% of the time, the other 25% makes no sense. Spinning out for no reason. feeling like you are going 20mph only to see you are going 70 isn't great. Its bones are good but this isn't worth $70+ yet. It would be nice to have more rewards for completing races and tours.
I'm confused about the wheel thing. For me, gt7 on a wheel is terrible. Ffb is dulled and recovering from even the slightest bit of oversteer is very difficult or nearly impossible. I've actually enjoyed fm8 more with a wheel than I ever did gt7. Is it due to a difference in wheels?
I’ve had absolutely no problem with my wheel. AI is iffy though. I’ve had them run me off the track but they don’t have the magic speed problem that they used to.
Proximity radar is IMO the #1 needed addition.
It's in settings bub
and fools will still drive you off the track just because its fun
We need a radar screw the proximity markers it never worked properly
The XSS thing to render a radar AND 124766 blades of grass and two trees will make the thing crash for sure.
A radar just like the one in ACC is much needed in my opinion

Honestly i haven't played forza in a long time but picked this one up and i think it play grate on a wheel. Only thing i found is a bug in mapping your clutch pedal and it wont work unless your wheel pops up as a config option
I would like to see more vintage muscle car's and I don't mean Chevrolet or Ford Mustang's. More Plymouth, Dodge, Chrysler, Mercury, AMC, Oldsmobile, Pontiac, Buick, Studebaker in the game. I know it won't happen, but it's my opinion.
We can dream!
I want them to add some new tracks, they are missing 1 big noticeable one for Aussie players especially - Mt Panorama @ Bathurst
Also could add the Bend in South Aus, and Phillips Island considering it has Suzuki which is also a motorbike course
Its great on a wheel too, just saying. Just need to dial in settings which ppl dont do and say its bad lol
I wouldn't jump on the hate wagon just for views, it wont help in the long run cause no-one will trust your opinion
I would like to see Private multilayer which also includes Ai instead of just your mates on the grid..
Widescreen support needs a massive leg up. Kinda ruins the immersion in the lobby when its cut-off to 16:9 instead of the usual widescreen ratio
Racesuit & helmet livery editor needs to be added, it went down a storm in GT7.
Liveries are a bit hit and miss for sure - definitely some bugs with them they need to fix!
Bathurst!
We need much more tours and events in BC.. especially with actual race cars like GT en Endurance cars. Im not hating normal road cars but im missing the variety.
I hope they add open trackday races in multiplayer so you can use any class or car
Motorsport 7 had that
This made me so mad I can’t choose my cars I want wtf
Ffb is pretty great once you have the settings dialled in. I’m using t500
0:10 Joooo A very German car
I'd like to see the return of the 3 tracks in FM4 which all combined to form a 4th bigger track, I can't remember what they were called.
Qualifying and tyre wear multipliers for provate MP... Oh... And a proper proximity RADAR
Have you changed your FOV?
@@electus1 I have messed around with it, but it is a pretty big compromise. On the driver cam you don’t get a mirror no matter how far back the Fov is.
That's odd. I wish I could share my screenshot, but I see my mirrors.
@@electus1 in the interior view without the steering wheel?
The game doesn’t feel terrible on a wheel at all once the settings are properly sorted.
Car radar or simply output more useful telemetry data so we can use simhub radar and many other useful stuff❤
Spotter should be the number 1 as well as better GPU utilisation for FPS on Pc.
I hope we get both versions of daytona. The full speedway and its road course
I didn’t even notice it was missing
I hate the radar system since have to actively LOOK AWAY from the road to see it. All you need is an adjustable virtual rear view mirror
TrackIR support would be amazing
Please lord let them add the 2023 Le Mans set. I want the 499 sooooooo bad
I wish they’d bring back playground games like infection and all that on a big open track like they used to have
Abarth.....500e abarth and 595...where the he'll are abarth? They were in 7 and the 595 was a great little track weapon once tuned...also online open track day would be awesome! Especially given FM7 had this and was a great aay to meet players and learn the tracks, braking zones etc and tune each car to suit...
I still am wanting the alps fictional racetrack from all the past motorsports fr
It would be nice if they fixed the career save bug.
With a proximity radar and/or spotter, multiplayer will be amazing.
They did fix the career save bug in the recent update
@@yrrr4871 Nope.
@@alexbrewer3675Did you update the game?
@@yrrr4871 Yes, the bug is still prevalent.
I have 6 level 50 cars trying, and after Turn 10 said "buy a new one and try again" I have another dozen or so close to 30 lol.
Says I have finished 6 events in builder's cup, but shows only 2 events completed.
3rd is an endless crash loop no matter what I try - even going back and starting again ...
proximity marker in front of you.......uh...ill be nice and say nothing.
I want Bathurst back and the great Aussie icon cars too, even if they don’t change them as they looked great anyway.
Really hope Bathurst is the unnamed track coming in December!
@@topsplitgg oh good, fingers crossed.
Hope the EG civic & the Chaser comes 😢😢 Gt7 got the edge w/ the EG atm
Just drive the EK9
Pretty much agree 100%
FM desperately needs a major overhaul of the Livery/Vinyl editor, like what GT7 has.
We 100000% need Bathurst in the game especially with the v8 super cars we have
Its been awhile since Monaco was in a forza game and i miss it dearly.
To be honest the car leveling system isn’t bad to me. I’ve played cod for all my life, so the level grind is what’s expected from me.
To clarify, I use a t150 pro. It's kinda old and stuff but still works perfectly fine. It's entirely possible I'm using the wrong settings on gt7.
I hope they fix issues with Sim. It’s so close to being amazing on my sim. I have 3 4k monitors and it’s so choppy with a 4070 custom PC I built
They need to add bots to private lobbies. I mean sometimes i only have 1 or 2 people online. It would make it more fun with more cars to race against
I’ve had absolutely no problem with my wheel. AI is iffy though. I’ve had them run me off the track but they don’t have the magic speed problem that they used to.
I want to Drive on the Hockenheimring, it's my favorit track. Brands Hatch would be cool too
Need VR support. It is necessary!!!
Was about to put the exact same thing, Microsoft flight sim managed it on pc version so there's no excuse for turn 10 not to do the same.
They should add Mosport (CTMP) from Canada as a track
I'm looking forward to more bug fixes to stop it from locking up and crashing. (10/23/2023)
They need to fix the private multiplayer, there’s no practice/qualifying, and the leaderboard is broken, my racing league had it rough
If they would start to add everything community asks for, I would apologize T10 for being harsh
