@@wolfboy20 they rebuilt the engine from the ground up, improving physics and improving the graphical aspects of the game. They also needed to laser scan each and every track due to random bumps and stuff they would find when testing. @valkeitos yeah, I dont think im gonna join them to prove a point in the youtube comment section, but if you want to keep telling yourself forza motorsports a worth it game then have fun! With your half ass game
The lack of qualifying, wear rate settings, or just general pit strategy in anything outside of featured multiplayer is probably issue #1 you didnt mention.
What gets me with the game is just the complete lack of content. I know they will add to it in the coming months but it’s just a bit of a slap in the face to people who have played through this series of games since the very first one. I’ll be sticking to GT7 for a while I think
Another issue needed to be fixed is multiplayer tuning. Sometimes after tuning a car I’ll be thrown into a infinite loading screen (soft lock) causing me to do a restart
This was spot on. I think the bugs are priority #1, but the broken matchmaking is high up there as well. I also feel like it is strange that there isn’t really much of a reason to play multiplayer other than the fun of it.
For me they should have looked at GT7, the career wasn't the best but they had loads of other stuff to do as well like licences and circuit experiences etc. It's a shame as the driving physics in forza are great, just no real meat on the bones
You’re a bit off with the car leveling. The worst part about it is still that most cars have to be VERY high level in order to have fully competitive builds. So what if you have every part unlocked at level 25 if you still need to hit level 40-45 to have enough car points to install all the parts needed to have a fully competitive build?
That’s a good point - they should really have changed the rate at which you earn Car Points alongside the changes to the levels required to unlock parts!
I agree with you on everything here but one thing needs to be added. You have the best conditions for short or long endurance races. Especially due to the weather/day & night system and the tire, fuel wear. In career mode as well as in multiplayer, there are only races that last up to 10 or 15 minutes. There is so much potential to add more strategy to the races. E.g. 40 minutes LeMans Multiclass race with random weather day, night, day and mandatory pit stop. A flag system would also enhance the whole thing. However, I believe that Turn 10 will not disappoint us. It just needs some time
As you rightly say, the career lacks variety. The fact alone that there aren't even any events for racing cars is a real embarrassment for a game with motorsport in its name. On top of that, there's no sense of progression in the career as it is now, as you need a new car for every championship.
To be honest, the thing that disappoints me most is that there aren't enough new racecars and there's not as much focus on motorsport series as there should be.
I agree with majority of these points except the report system, make it to easy to report and you'll have trolls reporting just for the laughs or a sore looser reporting for revenge.
I think they should really look into re-adding the multiplayer open track day, drift and drag hoppers. Really miss being able to drive with others casually, without competition and having to set up a race and still have limited laps.
Last night was such a waste of 45 minutes. I got into a race day and completed the event. Next race I sat through practice and qualifying only for it to get stuck on the intermission screen. I restarted the game and got stuck again. Final restart and I got into a lobby with 1 other racer who spent the whole first lap wrecking me.
Multiplayer is locked to 60fps because their physics engine make cars faster and easier to drive the more frames you have, so to promote fair play in a cross play environment, they had to limit fps to console standards
@@benn87 It also doesn't have a penalty system or any feature to make people respect races. It's a different beast, a pure arcade race where no one is really worried if MP races are fair
Ffb is definetly not a moza problem. It feels shit with the fanatec dd2 and the csl dd. Only peoples who say its great who never tried a good sim before
I'm in the same boat. Game is very buggy, constant FPS drops around the back end of tracks even if I'm the only one back there (and it does mess me up in my braking zones), etc. BUT I keep playing the multiplayer because it's fun and accessible to the average person.
Comprehensive, detailed, and really well produced video. I agree the driving itself and multiplayer are both excellent, which bodes well for the rest of the game being refined over time.
They need much more classes and divisions for multiplayer. You should be able to race any open class whenever you want and then make the featured series cycle on a time basis. The only open lobby rn is d class and no one is trying to play that. The touring and gt series are great but we need more series like that that will be around without being time sensitive (prototypes, supercar/hypercar series, jdm). As far as skill rating it doesn’t seem to do anything. I have a 4991 rating (I am very quick in all honesty) but I have zero competition 9/10 races and the one I do it’s just me and one other guy miles ahead of everyone. Idk i realize I am at a higher level than most players but I would like to be matched with players at least somewhat closer to my skill level it feels very easy most lobbies not in a good way. Otherwise I honestly haven’t really been in a lobby with rammers. everyone seems to race very cleanly and it’s very nice to see after all these years.
Appreciate the long comment! We have Rivals events for every car class - we should defo have more multiplayer hoppers. Having just a D class hopper right now is really a let down!
Enjoyed the vid and yes it has some major issues which hopefully like you stated will be fixed in time, still enjoying the game atm. Unfortunately cannot afford a ps5 too so hope like with GT7, Forza will be updated and fixed over the next few months
I’ve got an R12 and tried every FFB setting from Moza users and UA-camrs and they all feel terrible, controller is just vastly superior in forza Motorsport
Nicely done, but one issue not included... the Penalty System. Primarily in Multiplayer. The penalty should outweigh any benefit from ones actions, regardless if intentional or not. If you knock another driver off the track, the Sportsman thing to do is wait for that driver. If you do, any penalty should be negligible since you have already self-imposed, but if you don't, the penalty cost should be equal or greater than the time loss you created. Example, you are side-by-side with another car and slam them into a wall.. they fall 3 seconds behind at recovery... than the penalty should be 3 seconds or more, as a base. Adjust for conditions, such as rain, turn and any subsequent reaction (such as the domino effect at turn #1). The system should be able to identify areas where it's more egregious, like straights and inside after the apex in a turn. Add multipliers to key areas, prone to be bad sports and not poor driver ability.
The only other issue is one often overlooked. Many of the bugs (loading times and lock) are, largely, due to people with less than optimal PC's. Yours may be great, but the way it all works, all PCs sync the data, if one does not process the data efficiently (bottle-necked LAN, slow processor, low PC RAM, etc...) it slows the syncing. When that happens, rendering is low priority, as the system is trying hard to keep it all together without Netcode rubber banding. Keeping in mind, this is Console and PC based and that included older consoles and zero PC specs checks. This is why most of the "issues" popped up around the same time it was added to X-Box Game Pass. Yes, there was issues before that and on Single-Player, too. But, oddly enough, the majority were from PC users, something that is difficult to actually test and modify, since PCs are not static builds and the game does not have ability to shut down other processes running, that drastically affect performance. This is why, literally, all games go through this process... check any new release forum, and you will hear the same arguments, such as "released too soon", when they could wait 30 years to release and they still wouldn't be able to accurately project how it would work on YOUR system, when they do not have your specs... best they can do it give you the info on what it runs best on and leave it to folks to work it out, themselves.
Get wheel settings from someone who races irl and who knows what the wheel is supposed to feel like. HokiHoshi has good settings. Apart from that the biggest issue by far is AI awareness. AI drivers will just plow into you like you're not even there, or randomly slam on the brakes for no reason and slow to a crawl, often when they're right in front of you.
they should have toned down the car list by alot. and focused on adding proper race cars and having more race car spec series in MP. i genuinely dont think i will drive 90 percent of the car list.
FH5 feels pretty good on my wheel without almost any settings tweaks. With settings tweaks it has moments of feeling really good. I've spent a good couple of straight hours of testing on track messing with wheel feedback and absolutely nothing is giving the feedback needed to know when the wheel is oversteering and the rear breaks loose to counteract it.
I’m pissed because I can’t progress in career mode with a game breaking bug that they said the fixed. To be able to save your progression you have to upgrade your car at the end of the race….. 9 times out of 10 when applying updates it hangs and you have to close down the game and restart it, then you have to do the same damn race again only to do the same thing again. Others are experiencing the same bug in the forums but I’m not hearing about it on UA-cam.
Honestly the carpg system is just not enjoyable at all to me. I enjoy rpgs greatly, but this system on cars just feels so out of place. I usually like building up a lot of cars and just seeing what I enjoy the most, this game makes that feel like a chore more than something to do for fun. I get it's just not for me and that's fine, but the time I put in and felt wasted the first couple days on release will probably keep me away from this.
I'm not even booting it up. I might come back to it if tire model is fixed (sudden ramp of loss of grip both with wear and peak grip situations) and _the abysmal new progression system gets reverted_
Forza aero needs to be massively reworked. Wheels need adjustable offset. Not spacers... offset adjustement so staggered fitment is a thing and also we can make our cars fitment more aligned with the guards. More cars need the models reworked as they are still not right. How many more forza titles will it take for the devs to listen and fix the S15? Rivals could do with Car specific leader boards as most people are picking the singular fastest cars such as MX5's for E and D Class and the formula Mazda for A Class. Window vinyls for petes sakes, we have been asking for this for the last 10 years turn10! More bodykit and aero options would be awesome. The ability to have of modify splitters and canards would be awesome. More modern race cars and Time Attack cars from the World Time Attack stage would be great as well. More track layouts at the locations we have because at the moment you can see there are other layouts avaliable but we just don't have them. The ability to add AI to private multiplayer races. I could go on. There are so many quality of life things that need to be fixed and added to make this a truely competitive sim racing title.
One thing that needs to be fixed is when going online into a Spec event, let’s say Forza GT, your car will automatically be reconfigured to be balanced and I’ve lost my tunes for my cars because of it
I played only the first cup noticed that the AI is frustrating and since then stuck to MP where are tons of rammers despite me having a S Saftey rating. They really need to ghost quicker and more often.
I have a CSL DD 8nm and it feels pretty bad. FFB is not intuitive at all and most cars feel very floaty even though the FFB is very strong. And almost every car feels super twitchy no matter how I tune the car. Doesn't feel close to other racing titles. I understand it's an arcade title and not a full blown sim, but racing on a wheel feels way too inaccurate for me. It's like the grip just falls off the edge instead of a gradual feeling of loss of grip like in other titles.
Trust me its not just monza wheels that feel strange on this game, ive got a thrustmaster wheel and it feels unnatural on that aswell even after changing all the settings
Check your assists and also check some wheel settings guides to improve your wheel feel. Personally I'm now just fixing up and fine tuning the settings a bit.
@valkeitos I did, I tried about 5 different setups recommended for my wheel, plus watched videos on what each setting does and tried to set something up myself for atleast 2+ hours with different settings and assists lol don't get me wrong this forza is ALOT more enjoyable on a wheel than previous games but after playing another sim then coming back to forza, the understeer and lack of feeling in the front tires is very apparent, you can make it feel better with the settings but seems impossible to make it actually feel "natural"
@@gkcin242 ive tried multiple set-ups to get the best feel out of the wheel and i really dont think it matters too much when the game at its core needs improving massively, why on earth do most of the cars I've tried all understeer, even at 30mph! to point where i end up quitting. Of course the PC version still runs like crap.
@@gkcin242 i suggest increasing the pneumatic trail scale and reducing the mechanical trail scale if you want more detail. I did the opposite before and my game lost all the great feeling while getting the understeer and no tyre feel/sense of limit. Also try mess around with the load sensitivity. That way you can feel all the camber and load changes qhen cornering or going over hilks, etc.
This is spot on. I love forza but I'm taking a break due to the same grinding leveling car thing plus I'd like to see the option to skip the practice in the pre race menu rather than the pause menu and, I'd rather see cars be maxed at level 20 or so. For now I'm going back to gt7
Amazing video! Keep it up! I've had to completely stop playing the career mode because I've wasted hours re-doing the same races because the game freezes on loading screens and wipes my progress. Every update I give it a shot to make a little progress saved and the lose it all again to the same issue. I love the game, and I have the same opinion as the opening redditor. I'll keep coming back but staying off Career until it's been fixed. I have also noticed an issue with the Class races in multiplayer, where after i complete 20-30 minutes of practice/ qualifying, the game crashes completely once I hit the starting grid. (XBSX)
The stupidest thing about the report function is that both on PC and Xbox, The xbox menu has the ability to capture your last 30 seconds of gameplay. They could literally just use that as a report function. To quickly go into the menus after an accident. Click on report. And it saves the last 30s from when the report button was hit. Give tracking reports on the website and give the chance to add detail. Really easily implemented feature that should have been the standard for the platform for years now.
1. Cars have 0 grip, 2. Tire wear is not consistent, in acc I can feel like I have control of the car more Forza feels like I'm fighting the car not to oversteer than racing. Even when I spin or get hit I can quickly get my car facing the right direction. In Forza once you get hit you get disconnected to the car. 3. Penalty system is the worst I've seen in a racing game 3. The cars are undrivable off track which is related to the penalty system. You get penalised for trying to dodge other cars, it's better to ram into them and take the penalty as you will lose more time off track. Penalties in this game don't mean anything.
Have they fixed the crashing and losing ur progress issues in the career mode ? Iv uninstalld the games untill thats fixed.. was driving me mad ha.. on xbox x
The worst part about the game is how poorly it handles. Currently only suffering through the last 10 level 50 cars to get the last achievement, then i'm done with the game. It doesn't feel fun or engaging to play when there's a massive amount of input lag. I don't know if it's yet another bug, or intentional to make the cars "feel heavy", but it kills the experience. Wheel to wheel battling is 100% impossible when you can't make the slightest steering adjustment without crashing to the other car or sending yourself off the track
I would just like my progress to be saved in the tours. I have gotten a car to lvl 50 in the opening tour and it still keeps resetting to say I have two more races to complete. Not to mention that if I dare to try and upgrade anything between races I run the risk of locking up the game. Plus the performance on PC is stunningly poor. I had high hopes for Forza, I love racing games, but to launch a game in this state just shows that either GamePass as a concept is broken, or Microsofts push to make sure games are released each quarter is never going to see them catch Playstation in the quality stakes.
As someone who is just completing the career mode first before going online, the thing that annoys me most is the blurry/pixelated designs, and the fact that 21 AI cars are terrible, 1 is ok, and 1 is good. Every single race.
I'm also on a 3070ti paired with a 5800X3D and 32gb of ram. Do you still have that issue with the game where you start losing fps after one race? After one, I can't break 60fps it seems, after longer, 20. It feels like some kind of weird memory leak
I am currently getting that issue with the graphics settings shown in this video, yes - super frustrating! The game also doesn’t give me the option to set DLSS settings most of the time either 🙈
@@topsplitgg update dropped, still had FPS all over the place and a post race crash, first race I loaded up. Done with this game until more significant updates are made.
It's a very short career. I finished it in a week. I wish there was much more because I don't like multiplayer. I thought there would be many different single player activities like FH5.
Turn10 has promised us a completely new career mode. Instead, we got more of the same compared to the predecessors. And somehow they have managed to make the career even more boring, monotonous and with less content...
About the handling, the whole "physics built from the ground up" (yeah, right...) feel off. About high downforce cars, they should have way more grip, but be way harder to save. As should be with all the other cars, in fact. I think this is the issue with Forza's physics, the cars have low grip (specially in the rear), and are way too easy to save. Also, some dreadfuly bad attention to details (C8 Z06 without a renderized engine, 812 Superfast with V8 sound and without RWS, the Mercedes Sauber C8 sounding like a 4 cil, hybrid prototypes like the 919 without a proper electric engine simulation, with the game putting a center diff and treating them like a normal AWD car instead), the list go on and on. I would also love to see random mechanical faiures based on your upgrades and how you drive the car, brake temperatures, engine temperatures, diff temperatures, transmission temperatures and so on. Also, tire temp needs a desperate adjustment. It takes no effort to build temperature and is nigh impossible to overheat the tires over a stint. Finally, it is mind blowing how tuning, assists and upgrades have BARELY changed since the first game. Give us MORE adjustability regarding suspension settings (fast and slow dampening, bump stops and so on), the possibility of changing diff, ABS, TC and power modes on the fly. Yeah, there are bugs, the campaign is lackluster, and so is the track list, but I am sure this will be fixed later on. The things I listed previously on the other hand, I am sure WILL NOT.
I did a race in Touring Cars and I was invisible to the entire lobby, I won the race and the car that came second was so confused! This game is a dumpster fire 🔥
My experience begs to differ, the bugs and glitches I can mostly take, but not the completely incapable players. My Safety and skill rating got obliterated thanks to people ramming me, and I receive the penalty, which after 5 races being nothing but getting rammed and getting penalties like the one at 12:38, made me uninstall it for good. Other Issues is the fact that most cars are close to a decade old, Most of the GT3 cars in the game aren't even in use any more, nothing wrong with having older but still capable cars, but nothing but outdated cars is just terrible.
I found this really disappointing... FM8 isn't *locked* to 60fps multiplayer. I had my monitor set to 120hz and was at 60fps in multi. When I set my monitor to 144hz I now get 72fps. So yeah go out and buy a 240hz monitor and you'll probably be able to play multi at 120fps
I wish there was more hoppers options like in previous games. Sometimes I'd just want to test out a certain car I've built up and tuned and I want to see how it does online but ohh wait it's just one or two hoppers at a time. I've been looking forward to b class hoppers for a while and haven't seen it yet. I made a beast of an s class car last night getting 62nd in the world on spa with rivals. I was like oohhhh I wanna see what this thing does online but just d class races for a while lol
This game is a mess. And I keep booting it up. And driving 1 single multiplayer race because after that the game server gets fucked and I need to restart it to drive another race. The poor technical state of FM is just shocking.
Yeah agreed, it becomes very obvious at Spa's chicane, the bus stop at Watkins Glen and many others. You'd think they'd programme the AI to drive around stationary cars after a while!
After learning that there is reverse dirty air to force close racing I just stopped playing. It’s like rubberbanding in an Arcade. Don’t call your game a SIM racer and just say it’s a Simcade.
The bugs and progress reset was enough to make me stop playing the game. You soon get bored of doing the same race 3 times in a row. Plus the handling needs sorting on a wheel
Well this game will not sinc in with the server it tells me it failed to sinc in with the servers after I load up the game n it gets to the main menu screen so now after 2 weeks I can't play Forza online anymore
The game has not yet indexed properly with the skill rating and safety rating. Probably in time will. I don't know why people take skill so serious. I would much prefer safety rating being the only criteria. Skill is skill. You're telling me that Schumacher shouldnt have been part of his era just because he was too good? I don't mind having people gapping me in every race. Let them be good. I will happily finish on 15th rather than qualifying on 2nd and being rammed into the wall used as a braking method by lad behind me who didn't practice the track and used his car much. I'm alright personally, it's just a relaxing game for me but would have been nice to play alongside peeps that respect their competition and not looking to step up the ladder in a dirty way.
I think you forgot to mention the most infuriating problem in the game right now. The collision/penalty AI is completely broken, its not even funny and kills the game for me. Without such a penalty system the game would even be better than it is right now. You at least wouldn't get punished when someone griefs you. Because nothing sucks harder than fighting for p1, someone obviously intentionly ramming you of the road hard, and them getting free P1 without penalty, and you getting 4 second penalty for collision and off track, safety rating hit, and losing 12 positions in a 7 lap race.
Yeah agree, the penalties are a joke - especially as Turn 10 talked a lot about how much better they would be. I hope that with the data gathered so far they can make it far more realistic and fair 👍
I'm disappointed that the Gordon murray t50 is a spotlight car, because spotlight Cars in Forza motorsport are limited time only which sucks! I want t10 to add The t50 to autoshow or something!
I have put Forza down. The game is good but needs work. EA WRC has my attention at the minute. Also I have a game breaking bug with the RX7 Savannah in builders cup retro tuners series. Clothe car is invisible, even in the show room. If you load in a race with it you get infinite load screen. I have put so much time getting this particular car to level 50. Forza when I raised a ticket basically said “Just buy and other (at rank 0)

How in the world did you have the patience to run through the entire career?
Someone had to take one for the team! 😅
I did but it's my first motorsport game so I needed all the practice I could get before going online.
I completed the first tour and thought to myself “well that was boring as fuck”, I switched to multiplayer and will never touch single player again

It's a shame as the driving physics in forza are great, just no real meat on the bones
Really hoping that T10 will balance the cars in the Touring Spec series. The Golf/Audi’s are light years better then most of the other cars.
It just needs some time
I really hope we can edit race length for the Builders’ Cup too - the game is calling out for some endurance races!
@@topsplitgg The multiclass timed race system is kinda broken. You have to reload the track in event setup for it to work
As you rightly say, the career lacks variety. The fact alone that there aren't even any events for racing cars is a real embarrassment for a game with motorsport in its name. On top of that, there's no sense of progression in the career as it is now, as you need a new car for every championship.
The lack of racecars & racecar-focused events is probably the biggest kicker for me. Adding them in the Car Pass isn’t the way either!
To be honest, the thing that disappoints me most is that there aren't enough new racecars and there's not as much focus on motorsport series as there should be.
Wish we could fill out a field with AI in a private lobby. Say you invite only one friend to a race, it gets boring quick - especially a long race.
There is not enough storage in UA-cam to host a video covering all the issues...
I REALLY hope they add track days back soon!
Ouch… yeah, they really need to fix all the bugs 🙈
Multiplayer is locked to 60fps because their physics engine make cars faster and easier to drive the more frames you have, so to promote fair play in a cross play environment, they had to limit fps to console standards
I've heard that Forza Horizon has the same problem. But the developers don't seem to care. The MP doesn't have a frame rate limit.
@@benn87 It also doesn't have a penalty system or any feature to make people respect races. It's a different beast, a pure arcade race where no one is really worried if MP races are fair
@@dancovich Because its a slighty more simmy nfs
Glad you enjoyed it, thank you - and yes, let’s hope we’ll see plenty of improvements over time!
Certainly hope so! T10 say that FM8 will be a “platform”… at least that should mean they’ll be supporting it for the next few years!
I’ve got an R12 and tried every FFB setting from Moza users and UA-camrs and they all feel terrible, controller is just vastly superior in forza Motorsport
Damn… if you find anything that works, let me know!
Loving the new gt7 spec ll update
Multi-player sucks, bring back private lobbies that are publicly searchable and joinable.
AI drivers will just plow into you like you're not even there, or randomly slam on the brakes for no reason and slow to a crawl, often when they're right in front of you.
set the ai to the highest difficulty fixes that issue for me or even at 6 or 7
Great vid , great info. Let’s hope they sort it as I love the broken game too
Fingers crossed! Thank you!
they should have toned down the car list by alot. and focused on adding proper race cars and having more race car spec series in MP. i genuinely dont think i will drive 90 percent of the car list.
Really hope we’ll see more racecars too!
Wasn't the AI bugging out after rewind a problem in the older games as well?
FH5 feels pretty good on my wheel without almost any settings tweaks. With settings tweaks it has moments of feeling really good.
I've spent a good couple of straight hours of testing on track messing with wheel feedback and absolutely nothing is giving the feedback needed to know when the wheel is oversteering and the rear breaks loose to counteract it.
Now go try Assetto, GT7 or iRacing and come back. It's a numb muddy mess.
@@jordanjoestar8839acc also
FH5 felt absolutely awful until i watched HokiHoshi's video on the wheel settings
@@jordanjoestar8839 asseto felt horrible to me. Always had no control on the cars that i used no matter what settings i changed.
It’s a strange mix of genres, that’s for sure! I’d be super surprised if we see any more major changes to the CarPG system though - but let’s see!
I'm not even booting it up. I might come back to it if tire model is fixed (sudden ramp of loss of grip both with wear and peak grip situations) and _the abysmal new progression system gets reverted_
As a single player only player I wish I could make the builders cup races longer or make custom championship series or something along those lines
These are both a must!
Good add would be cxp tied to driver level. Ex: driver level 150 gets 150% bonus to cxp gain...
damn a couple cars got abducted by aliens LOL
Rather play the ai than half the nobs online.
Not having the Bugatti Circuit at Le Mans, especially when you can see that part of it has its graphics rendered, is a crime 💀
One thing that needs to be fixed is when going online into a Spec event, let’s say Forza GT, your car will automatically be reconfigured to be balanced and I’ve lost my tunes for my cars because of it
Oh man… yeah, that certainly needs to be fixed!
I played only the first cup noticed that the AI is frustrating and since then stuck to MP where are tons of rammers despite me having a S Saftey rating. They really need to ghost quicker and more often.
Better ghosting and a Safety Rating system that actually means something would be great!
B class lobies are the cleanest. most people in s class lobies grinded their safety rating using assists which can drive the car for you.
Having to go into the practice session in order to skip it is a really bizarre design decision - hope they change that for sure!
The game seriosly is 3 weeks old and you already need a break 😂😂😂
Amazing video! Keep it up! I've had to completely stop playing the career mode because I've wasted hours re-doing the same races because the game freezes on loading screens and wipes my progress. Every update I give it a shot to make a little progress saved and the lose it all again to the same issue. I love the game, and I have the same opinion as the opening redditor. I'll keep coming back but staying off Career until it's been fixed. I have also noticed an issue with the Class races in multiplayer, where after i complete 20-30 minutes of practice/ qualifying, the game crashes completely once I hit the starting grid. (XBSX)
Thank you! I must’ve been really lucky not to encounter the progress wiping glitch - glad to hear you’re enjoying Forza so far nonetheless!
Under 15 minutes? This is part one of a 50-part series, right? I will die before everything wrong with FM gets fixed.
I have had this replay camera view and have it recorded too. Very very strange
629 subs? Legit thought I was gonna see a couple mil subs. Amazing work, can't wait to see the channel grow.
Thank you so much, you’re very kind!
1. Cars have 0 grip,
2. Tire wear is not consistent, in acc I can feel like I have control of the car more Forza feels like I'm fighting the car not to oversteer than racing. Even when I spin or get hit I can quickly get my car facing the right direction. In Forza once you get hit you get disconnected to the car.
3. Penalty system is the worst I've seen in a racing game
Iv uninstalld the games untill thats fixed.. was driving me mad ha.. on xbox x
A proper license plate system for all cars. and a selection of exhaust tips.
Great video, i appreciate the work and thought in this. I have tried to reach out to turn 10 to improve things.
Thanks for the kind words! It looks like they are at least listening to the community, so fingers-crossed we get the fixes we need 🤞
As someone who is just completing the career mode first before going online, the thing that annoys me most is the blurry/pixelated designs, and the fact that 21 AI cars are terrible, 1 is ok, and 1 is good. Every single race.
The Drivatar AI certainly needs to be made better. If you select Level 6 (for example), they should ALL be Level 6!
Still playing, but the car lvling, xp, and cxp system needs work. A lot of work. You hit on almost if not everything else.
0:23 "Its clear that the game was released before it was ready"
Just like almost every other game nowadays xD
I can't even play it right now... i keep getting locked in menus and the game keeps crashing...
More multiplayer options. More classes. More tracks, I love the touring car and gt racing but wow. Get more cars in there.
@@topsplitgg yeah, I'm waiting for that next update before I start playing again. At the very least, I've never lost any data!
Let’s hope they add some more - and quick!
We want to bring back SPLIT SCREEN for local couch races with friends!
Split screen is a must!
There needs to be damage lobbies and more long races in multiplayer.
I did a race in Touring Cars and I was invisible to the entire lobby, I won the race and the car that came second was so confused! This game is a dumpster fire 🔥
multiplayer replays dont even work
My experience begs to differ, the bugs and glitches I can mostly take, but not the completely incapable players.
I really hope they fix the Safety Rating matchmaking so we can get some clean lobbies! Fingers crossed they’ll add modern GT3 machinery soon too!
You make a good point!
Did he mention how the track is constantly loading and unloading the track during a race? Because it is and it is killing the framerate/pacing
The proximity arrows are orange!
Can confirm the driver ratings don't mean anything, my rating is 4100 and I'm not very good.
Also I want New York back and Fujimi Kaido touge track. There were so many fantasy tracks they made that were actually good
Fujimi Kaido would be awesome!
I hope Update 2 brings a wider selection of permanent hoppers!
g29 and road feel scale doesnt seem like it does anything
i really wish they would make using a wheel on this game actually fun, it genuinely feels like im driving a wobbly jelly with slicks.
Really hope they improve the wheel feel for sure!
controller sucks compared to wheel lol
You can also use your cars in Rivals... It aint much but its something
This game neeeeeeds to Fix Multiplayer FPS CAP.
It does that stupid textures not loading on my series X. At the exact same spot.
This game is a mess. And I keep booting it up. And driving 1 single multiplayer race because after that the game server gets fucked and I need to restart it to drive another race.
The poor technical state of FM is just shocking.
I think the AI follows the suggested racing line, which is really not good on all of the corners you mentioned
I think Turn 10 trying to market the game as a proper sim is half the trouble. It's for sure not a sim-like experience!
I have to run my 4060i on medium setting otherwise it looks awful. That said it does run at around 80 to 120fps including in multi player.
The bugs and progress reset was enough to make me stop playing the game. You soon get bored of doing the same race 3 times in a row. Plus the handling needs sorting on a wheel
I don't mind that it's messy, but as long as they fix it, rather than make a Forza 8 in 5 years, i.e. skipping this entry without fixing
Fix the achievements as well: Influencer and its tuning equivalent. 🤬
With gt7 adding sophy ai, t10 need to up they're game
"It's clear the game was released before it was ready" ... you don't say!
Race tyres should be available from the get go. Otherwise ut racing ai with much better tyres until u reach the right level.
