Great product! Beats anything on the market, unless you have the funds to have a custom cabinet built and a electric lift installed. Customer support fantastic. Everyone who comes to our home are just amazed with all the standard features this device has. When they see it operate up close and the ease it changes position(balanced like a garage door)and how affordable it is, they're sold. sticks so far out from the wall and looks corny. bought it, installed it, now im taking it down cause its an eye sore.

You indicate if your TV is smaller than 44" that the MM540 isn't ideal but you never explain why. Would you mind explaining why you don't recommend using the mount for TVs smaller than 44"?
Tv isnt heavy enough to pull the mount down
What's the mantel depth clearance? I have a 22inch mantel.
How much does it cost
Does lowering affect the sound of an attached soundbar? Especially the bass response?
uhh where do you put all the media controller stuff, sound bar anthing?
