- This edible cookie dough recipe is keto approved, low carb, and has no sugar added to it. You can make cookie dough fat bombs/bites from the dough just by refrigerating or freezing scoops of it too. Plus, from start to finish it takes 5 minutes to make!

KETO COOKIE DOUGH MACROS
(Recipe makes 2 servings)
320 Calories
12g Protien
10g Carbs
(6g fiber)
4g NET CARBS
25g Fat
NOTE*
The Macros DO NOT include the "carbs" from Swerve. Swerve has 0 calories, so it should be tracked as 0 carbs. The FDA makes food companies list "sugar alcohols" as carbs, but that doesn't mean they should be tracked as such. That's why it's ALWAYS important to look at the calories of sweeteners and determine the true carb count FROM THE CALORIES!
INGREDIENTS
Heaping ¾ Cup (90g) Kirkland's Blanched Almond Flour
3 Tbsps (30g) Confectioners Swerve
2 Tbsps (14g) KETO Chocolate Chips
3 Tbsps (40g) Egg Beaters
1 Tsp PURE Vanilla Extract
Pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all of the ingredients to a medium-sized bowl
*Note: For BEST results use a food scale, and weigh out the ingredients to the gram
Mix until combined
Refrigerate for up to a few days if needed

Hey Joe, I noticed that you are keeping your almond flour in the refrigerator. Mine is on the counter, does it go bad fast? Yikes! I have my flaxseed meal in the freezer because I heard it goes bad fast. Now I’m wondering if I should put the coconut flour in the freezer too. Hmmm.
Maybe I just have an iron stomach but I've been eating regular raw eggs my entire life. Like when my mom made cakes or cookies and I'd lick the spoons.

Instead of egg beaters I did almond milk and a teaspoon on peanut butter..omg! And here I thought you could not beat the brownie batter..yum!

I didnt have any Egg Beaters and was worried about eating it not cooked, even tho is suppose to be safe, so i tried what one person in the comment said to do, and that was use butter instead, but she didn't put how to use it. I melted 3 tbsp of salted butter, and while it was still warm, i also added 1 tbsp of peanut butter and i used 3 tbsp of Erythitol (i didn't have Swerve ). It came out like a Reese's Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough! It was alittle gritty, because i used granulated Erythritol and didn't take the ime to grind it into powder, but it did its job to curb my craving...Ty for posting and giving me ideas to try. Im Type1 Diabetic and using some Keto recipes for my High Protein Low Carb diet to stay on track. Ive lost 86 pounds since May of this year :D
UPDATE:
I was low on butter so the second time i made this, i did blitz some Erythitol to make it a powder and i used 2 tbsp of heavy cream to make it alittle looser and it was till great :D
I did something similar. I added a little bit of almond milk and butter and used the brown sweetener from swerve. It was amazing. Im going to try it with peanut butter next time. That sounds good too. 👍
As long as there's no raw egg in it, it's ok to eat I suppose.

@@annannmare157 I think Swerve is made for baking, with some added oligosaccharides (other non-digestible carbs) to make it taste sweeter and dissolve easier. Pure erythritol doesn't dissolve as well as regular sugar. However, I would suggest you buy pure erythritol instead of Swerve - it's cheaper and you won't really have to change the recipes where Swerve is used. You might only want to add a little bit more pure erythritol when substituting for Swerve, because it's a little less sweet, but only when you feel something isn't sweat enough - for most recipes you won't taste a difference.
Erythritol has the added benefit of not fermenting in the large intestine, so won't cause bloating and other stomach problems other sweeteners can cause. :)

Nan Zingrone it will stay fresher for longer in the fridge. The brand I have actually says it on the bag. Not sure if others do

I've made cookies. Use ingredients he mentioned but 2 cups flour, 3/4 melted butter, 2/3 sweetner , 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tsp baking soda. Bake 325 12-15 min

I've done that!! I just roll up the keto cookie dough into little balls and mix them into my ice cream right after it churns, before I put the ice cream in the freezer
