Unlike other cars the 992 doesn’t have fake sound coming through the speakers 🔊 the sound symposer is just an intake tube that amplifies real intake sound through a tube that runs into the cabin
I’ve put 5,500 miles on my 992 C4S since Oct 15. I have winter snow/ice tires and have had the chance to drive on snow/ice. This car is phenomenal. One point on WET MODE...the car hears water in the front wheel well microphones, and only recommends you engage in WET MODE. It does not put it in that mode automatically. But in that mode, with water or melting snow slop, it changes the driving characteristics a lot; and for the better.

It's very interesting that you have to navigate around the steering wheel to see all the driver cluster screens😂.
But it's a very good all round car, very sporty and fast when u want it to be, practical and reliable as well.

The 911 definitely isn't as loud anymore but it does look nice
sam harler Strange, some people talk about it being a bit loud inside. I’ve now go 6,500 miles on mine and I love it just the way it is. How could I change it to improve it?

A better comparison is the 8 series to the Bentley GT. both GT cars, both close to 2 tonnes.

All new cars will be quiet its called all the new regulations people moan about how loud the exhausts are just wait till cars are all electric there will be no exhaust notes so pretty pointless about moaning about exhaust sound when everything’s going electric 😀
Speed King998877 this is not a “quiet” car. Many people testing almost complain about the noise. I’ve driven mine for 5 months now and I think it’s perfect.
