I really feel the father should be charged for neglect or something. She was NOT suppose to have Timothy. I bet it wasn't because of the stroke that her husband left. @@teresagillmer9464I get your reasoning, but in a case as heinous as hers, life in prison will be far worse. The inmates won’t take kindly overall to someone who starved a child to death, she wants to be a victim and will spend forever being denied that reality. Putting her out of her misery is too quick, and too compassionate, to be used for such a person, that ends her self imposed suffering. She shouldn’t be allowed to skirt this.

She is an attorney. Not a licensed attorney anymore because she was convicted of crimes of moral turpitude, but she will always be an attorney. She went to college, went to law school, and passed the Bar Exam. That can't be stripped from her, unfortunately. She's obviously so enamored with her own intelligence that I wish there was a way she could be stripped of the education and accomplishments, but knowing that she'll forever be relegated to a jailhouse lawyer for all of the women in prison with her, and that she'll never be an attorney with a prestigious firm, garnering $500/hour, will have to be good enough.

Did you see about 0:0:34 she asks him for a pen and he basically throws it at her. Even she made a face, like she was shocked at how he tossed it across the table. She looked confused at why he did it like that.
Maybe bc instead of saying sorry to the court at sentencing, she just cared ONLY about fixing her educational backround. 😂 he's had it with her

Wow... the fact that she insists on the record reflecting she has a *juris doctorate* versus a bachelor's degree is all anyone needs to know about her ego of self-importance and why this "had" to go to trial vs just plead guilty. She's the type of person that'll have people refer to her a "doctor" out of a technicality, when she's not a doctor.

I feel that Shanda prevented any inquiry into Paul and Timothy as they were both home schooled. Their father was disabled after having a stroke, he was living with his mother to be cared for. Paull made lots of TickTock videos with Timothy and they were funny, loving and creative. Many of them included Sharna as well. These weren't mentioned during trial I hope they are during Paul's sentencing.
