I caught that as well but wasn't going to mention it. Nolan, Millie, Paul and Timothy were all full siblings from her first marriage. "G" the youngest child was her son from her marriage to Adam Vander Ark. G was the only half sibling.
Mr. Roberts (Prosecuting Attorney) took down Vander Ark. Mr. Johnson (Defense Attorney) took down Paul. Mr. Johnson's line of questioning to Paul. If you've watched the entire trial. Mr. Johnson brought the Real Paul Ferguson to the forefront. Ferguson's mask began slipping off. Which in addition to researching Ferguson's history and just the cold hard facts being presented, Judge Kacel came to the right conclusion. Sentencing far exceeded my expectations because we're so used to seeing leniency. Well done Judge Kacel, Mr. Roberts, Mr.Johnson, The Norton Shores Police Department, The young woman who spoke with G. Everyone who helped Justice Prevail. Timothy won. PS: Any word on what became of those tomato plants and miniature cucumber plants?
@@SnowWhiteCherokee shame Paul wasn't also charged for the se**al abuse he did towards Timothy when he was a young boy. That's why CPS had been involved before.

I wish Timothy could have gotten away the same as Ruby Franke's son did. This case hurt me to the core. Thanks to the judge these two sadistic monsters will rot in jail for a long long time. Thank you Vinnie. 9
I agree I wish he had but it wasn't possible. They had alarms and cameras all over him. He was also mentally challenged. In the end he was too physically weak to stand without support. Paul enjoyed hurting Timothy. He deserves to rot in prison. Same as his horrible mother. RIP TIMOTHY THEY NEED TO GO AFTER TIMOTHY'S FATHER. HE GAVE HIM TO HIS KILLERS
Getting tired of some people saying Paul was less guilty than Vander Ark. He was just as guilty. They had him analyzed. Paul is not autistic like Timothy was.
43:16 This is a good moment. That shocked head jerk. Paul really thought he'd get off lighter. It seems to me that the torture wouldn't have happened but for Paul OR Shonda. Not without her direction and his facilitation.
This is one of the most horrible things that i have ever seen! I can not believe there are people like this living among us! I dont know if hell would even accept their rotten souls! That poor sweet boy!! 🙏
I'm grateful for the notice at the beginning about Viewer discretion. I got sick just by seeing and hearing how that little angel went through Hell in the hands of those evil beings. Calling that woman a monster is an insult to monsters, an insult to the most evil psychopaths in history. Why? Because most of those psychopaths didn't harm their own family (BTK came to mind), but these two killed their own flesh. I'm the mother of a mild autistic-now 26 y/old- and he grew up with all the love and care from me, my husband, and his twin brother. RIP dear angel. Now you're in the care of your Heavenly Father.

A mother?
Why this wickedness
Wtf? "Paul became a witness"??!! He is an accomplice and had as much of not more to do with why Timothy died... witness... witness my behind. ..
How can someone do this to their own child. That woman doesn't deserve to be called a mother. Rest in peace Timothy. 😢😢😢
I don't think he should have been charged with that, he was underage. I think there should be charges brought against the father for that. Why do that guy get away Scott free?
When I hear the text messages I feel sick.Disgusting monsters
I wish Timothy could have gotten away the same as Ruby Franke's son did. This case hurt me to the core. Thanks to the judge these two sadistic monsters will rot in jail for a long long time. Thank you Vinnie. 9
I agree I wish he had but it wasn't possible. They had alarms and cameras all over him. He was also mentally challenged. In the end he was too physically weak to stand without support. Just so very sad. But like Judge Matthew Kacel said - Timothy won. Because we know what they did it to him. Now she won't be working as an attorney poisoning our judicial system.
Paul enjoyed hurting Timothy. He deserves to rot in prison. Same as his horrible mother.
RIP TIMOTHY
THEY NEED TO GO AFTER TIMOTHY'S FATHER. HE GAVE HIM TO HIS KILLERS
i like that chained up look on paul. too bad he thought he could do that to a child.
Getting tired of some people saying Paul was less guilty than Vander Ark. He was just as guilty. They had him analyzed. Paul is not autistic like Timothy was.
Shandra is just the worlds biggest pos, so is paul as he could of not listened to her and he could of contacted someone like the police, etc
As heartbraking. I am in tears. What a heartless mother. 😢
I already can tell where this is going!!! I can’t watch this!!! I am just pray he gets justice for what his mother did to him!!!
I hope Gabriel can live a happy life.
He is living in amazing Life! My son and him are friends
He has an amazing, loving, large, and attentive family (his father's side)
@@lizzjay19 did you think he actually realized that Shanda was the bad person and not Tim ?
I can keep watching and listening to this 😢
43:16 This is a good moment. That shocked head jerk. Paul really thought he'd get off lighter. It seems to me that the torture wouldn't have happened but for Paul OR Shonda. Not without her direction and his facilitation.
This is by far the saddest thing i ever seen.
Definitely one of worst cases I've ever seen....that poor boy didn't stand a chance with no-one to protect him from his own family 😢
