    Make sure if u take zinc. It's not citrate or phosphate. Not all minerals are the same. Big box stores will never sell you the right kind of calcium, magnesium or zinc. Dyor

      @@Helliox Look up "The copper revolution" in a search engine for a whole lot more information. There's a website and books on it. Let's just say, there's a lot of benefits of copper and it is being quite under emphasized as a critical mineral. But it gets displaced when paired with zinc as they work on the same pathways.

      @@Hellioxik this is 10 months old and u may already know now but it’s recommended to take 1mg of copper per 10mg of zinc you supplement. as zinc supplementation can cause copper deficiency. i take 30mg zinc glycinate and 2mg copper glycinate

      You get that in the red meat you will eat. Vitamin D must be covered with K2 which comes in the meat you’ll eat too. You get plenty of vitamin d in the day anyway

      Glycinate if you have any kind of heart palpitations is recommended. For sleep you can take threonate. Just don’t take magnesium oxide unless you want to ass piss

    No zinc??? I feel like adequat levels of zinc is harder to get from food when you have an active lifestyle but vitamins are abundant in a whole foods diet. Plus zinc is pretty closely related to testosterone when it is low 😬
    Either way, solid list regardless.

    Multi is overrated. Never take ones from drug stores. Go to a health food and get them. But multi is only to be taken if you’re newbie in health and nutrition.
    If you have health issues you really need to tailor certain vitamins to your needs.

    I would put pine pollen near the top of the list. I way overdid it though. I became a lot stronger. It caused a personality change where it made me a dick and I thought every guy around me was a pussy. I had a hard time sleeping because it worked like viagra all night. I had to lower the dose quite a bit.

    Studies this stuff ... But is not a scientist , doctor or nutritionist . It's one thing to promote these things BUT do your own research and a lot of it . Eg ... Zinc is important , but it competes with copper and copper is EXTREMELY important to overall health , lesson ... Don't take zinc everyday .
