- The Web might be wide, but the stairs of the Sanctum are narrow, and every step upward is fraught with danger. When the Fortis Legion make their stance clear (with swords, not words), the Newly Dead are forced to rely on their wits, steel, and some… unconventional allies.
As secrets come to light and battles rage, the party faces hard choices and even harder foes. With each roll of the dice, they move closer to uncovering truths that could define who they are-and what they’re fighting for.
Will the Newly Dead survive The Sanctum?

From a fan in the states I just need to tell you how much I needed the laugh that intro gave me, in light of all this *broadly gesturing at this fresh Hell*
That revisionist history, Harry... #NeverForgetJusticeRock
Rock Justice!
In an internet-world that seems to default to blaming DMs for anything that happens, or otherwise not noticing they exist, I just wanted to mention that I really like Harry as a DM. I like the way he DM, the frequency of rolling and how genuinely free it manages to feel, but I also really like the world he built and the narrative he designed. Top class.
Agreed!
That emotional rollercoaster called "Episode 22" just made it into the Guinness Book of World Records for having both the funniest bit of improv during the first 2 minutes and the saddest, and most beautifully described ending!
Seriously. Harry should win multiple awards for that storytelling at the end.
I'll always remember you Brian.
the tonal whiplash from that start to how the episode ends is perfection
Thats how we get ya' - Hollie
Took the first 1 minute and 50 seconds to turn me into a laughing mess. This is definitely my favourite D&D show
EDIT: AND it took the last 1 minute and 50 seconds to turn me into a CRYING MESS 😂
Any time Ben has to cover his face because he's laughing is when I'll lose it too 😂
I watched it three times! Just glorious nonsense.
EDIT: yep, blubbery mess here too at the end. Exquisite stuff.
I am so proud. Holly is moving around with situational awareness, like a veteran, and Doug is all in on the nuances of his kit. Fun to watch you guys get good, as rapidly as your characters do.
Also, that intro was hilarious.
That was great, wasn't it? They're seasoned now! Very impressive! Doug, Doug, Doug!
Adventuring party: "Wizard, why haven't you cast FIREBALL on that cluster of enemies yet?"
Wizard: *just finished practicing some legit necromancy on a fallen foe* "Don't worry about me, I'm just over here... MAKING FRIENDS."
As funny as that whole exchange was, it also did bother a part of me, a bit. Ever since he got lvl 3 spells, he has been throwing fireball at single enemies. He actually had an opportunity there to finally slam 4 enemies, and he missed it. (Granted, half of them were resistant, but it was still the best moment he has yet had to fireball.)
I already said it on Discord, but I wanted to leave a comment here as well for the algorithm. Wow, this episode was absolutely incredible. I'm not good with words, but I want to say that the roleplay was outstanding. Everyone did such a good job. The work that Harry put into this is unbelievable, all the planning that went into this. The chemistry between all of you is so good. It feels like you've known each other for so long. Love the cast and the characters. I'm happy that I'm finally up to date again. The Action Surge broke my heart. Sending a virtual hug to Ben. Can't wait for the next episode. Mark did such a fantastic job with the minis again wow wow wow.
It has been an absolute delight watching the players, characters, and story of this show blossom across these 22 episodes. Truly a treasure of storytelling that can only happen in this medium. Watching the players fumble as new characters through this crumbling world. Each striving to find meaning in life beyond the constant struggle for survival. All learning to work together and growing every step as they trek through this beautifully woven tapestry of storytelling. All the moments of discontinuity between the characters, the mistakes of new players that blend beautifully into the narrative of the story as a whole; coming to terms with their capability and developing their relationships and proficiency in lock step both in and out of game is the true beauty of this medium.
I can't express enough how much I've enjoyed you all. I admit i was a bit miffed at certain "misplays" early on. However, seeing you guys play not shackled by some prescribed path of optimal action economy, but as characters with rich personality driving the decisions you make while also honing your individual styles as well as your team play, has changed my view a great deal on the subject. Guess that's what happens when players can so masterfully embody and bring to life their characters. Suppose i shouldn't be surprised that top tier actors can bring these figures rarely even seen with the eye except as tiny little figures, but always experienced larger than life in the minds and hearts of those of us you've created a home for them in. Keep on shining, growing, and above all being absolute gems of creativity and humanity. It has been quite a road, and one am grateful to bear witness to your traveling of it. To seeing many more days of your continued journey. Cheers!
Thank you all.
I feel like I say this every time, but this one really is an entry into the pantheon of all-time greatest Actual Play episodes. Just incredible work from all involved!
Damn Harry! You had us from tears of laughter in the first 30 seconds to tears of sadness in the last. Well done!
An absolute triumph of an episode! So much lore, emotion, action and too many feelings!
Loved it!
..and thank you for your incredible work! ❤️ - Hollie
@ Today it was just a passenger next to you six!
Well we’re on this ride together ❤️ - Hollie
@ 💖💖
Oh man. What an episode. No words for that ending, I need to go stare at the ceiling for a while.
Phenomenal job ❤
DOUG! - what a roller coaster this episode was to begin with the silliness dialed up to 11 to end on such a heavy lore drop, and the deck of many friends was used twice.
Honestly, can't tell you how brilliant this episode was.
This was the best version of each character we have seen.
Also, out of nowhere, it had me thinking about my mum who passed away in lockdown.
This game is beautiful, thank you so much for what you guys are doing 🙏
It's not the size of the Doug in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the Doug.
Words to live by - Hollie
The pure Amount of detail and thought that went into this particular part of the Story was pure GOLD. BRAVO TO HARRY. AND THE WAY EVERYONE GENUINELY REACTED TO EVERYTHING INCLUDING DOUG MADE IT ALL SO MUCH MORE WHOLESOME. And that Intro was Legitimately the funniest thing I have ever watched. Love you guys, Cant wait to be Decked out with Natural Six Merch
The intro was a shot of pure joy that I sorely needed. The last encounter and then the ending narration from Harry - simply brilliant. Tears of laughter and tears of compassion in the same episode 🥲 ❤
The most awesome episode of the series, in my opinion. From the most unhinged start to the most emotional end, this was great! Also, as requested: DOUG!
Between Doug, all the brilliant ideas throughout & the making up of numbers, another incredible episode!
The cards drawn this ep were insane. Incredible art & shifting of the events. Recognised Abu’s dulcet tone immediately.
Amazing storytelling Harry, definitely one of the best episodes like you'd wish all the fantasy movies would be. Amazingly done to you all. I'm so proud of you all
Something to keep im mind: Holding an action. When you have someone stunned/hypnotic gazed the entire party (except maybe Radion) can hold their actions then all attack at once. You dont have to wait or break the hypnosis using a single attack
One of the best episodes so far. You did all great job during the combats, yes, even Brian (better him to take the legendary action damage than one of you). And the end was so very emotional, it was really beautiful to see your reactions to these relevations.
And I loved that Harry was wearing the merch shirt.
Thank you for this episode and wish you all a very lovely day.
That was so amazing! The ending had the whole cast tearful and I just loved every part of this whole episode 😭 ❤️ 💖
That intro had me in tears
edit: DOUG
edit edit: god damn Harry. That was some serious ass story telling there at the end! Hory shet!
I don't even know what to say about this episode without profanity or spoilers but it was amazing. Well done!
Oh my. Cant wait for the action surge for this episode. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish
Yeah, this one has a lot to unpack! - Hollie
@NaturalSix definitely. I was laughing and crying with you all. It was a proper emotional rollercoaster
As long as you enjoyed the ride, it’s all worth it ❤️ - Hollie
What a masterpiece of an episode! I was costantly on the edge of my seat waiting for what would happen next biting my nails! I loved every bit of it and I'm still recovering from all the emotions. Can't wait to hear everybody's thoughts on it next week!
Doug! My favourite episode so far, from hilarious start to heartbreaking end. Action Surge is going to be interesting this time!
Wow, what an episode! You weren't kidding when you said in the promotions that it was your best one yet! Everything that was revealed at the end of the episode, and they haven't even !
Wow wow wow! What a phenomenal episode in every sense. Great job to you all
Incredible episode! Had me laughing and crying! 3hrs 47mins of combat? Yes please x
I love this episode so much, I want to give both the characters and cast of Natural Six a hug.
You can really tell since the mouse episodes they've found the groove and characters. 1 hr 08 in and already sad about the episode ending at some point.
What an absolutely hilarious opening 😂
Aaaaaand LAST TIME you went of the rails quickly?!?!?! 🤣
Fan-FUCKIN-Tastic episode with Biiiiiig Doug energy ❤
We do stan the big-Doug energy - Hollie
Ah man, _one day_ the gang will take full advantage of a Hyptonic Gaze that landed... 😅
Everyone just needs to reposition then hold their action to attack.
The "minimum" effect is meant to be a full round of attacks by the whole party before the enemy can get its next turn (like when a Banishment spell is about to drop). :p
Next time then!
That was beautiful. Comedy and pathos perfectly balanced. And Doug, god damn!
What an incredible episode! I loved the episode 0 callback at the end there
Aah yes, the infamous "Nameless Island"... yeah yeah yeah, we all remember that one, Harry. 😉
The spoon and the soap moment.. OUCH right in the feels.
I sat down with a cup of tea and nearly choked on it twice before the opening credits 😂
As I always say, the show was amazing, as usual. The cast is all fantastic and even funnier than usual this episode.
Oh, and MiB was almost 30yrs ago
So much combat this episode, it has been great. Rp is nice to watch but combat is where it's at, especially with how well the players use the mechanics now
In an episode with SO many great moments, I do want to take a moment to say how much I love the moment where I (the character not the me) acknowledged Parvas' identity after struggling to understand them at the beginning of the campaign. It's such a small moment in an otherwise packed episode but I just really liked it, I has come so far :D
That contested check was cool. I feel like that's what should have happened with the last double draw.
I'm glad you guys came up with a solution to the card cancellation problem.
Loved this episode and love the voice clip from Sabanzu Mar ❤️🔥
Also for I’s Crit on Segavax? (Spelling might be wrong) remember you double the dice from Sneak Attack on a crit too so possibly pushed that into the 40/50’s of damage 😉 I is the best boy ❤️🔥
So glad I'm finally caught up with the entire series so far 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 always looking forward to the next upload!
Doug! Great work using your class features.
And good gravy, what an ending. So not only did the Web kill Kelniss's adopted family but also a Spinner is responsible for killing his parents.
And there goes my theory that Radien was from the Feywild. Unless Radien spent time between the two regions.
My assumption is that Raidion is from the Feywild, but that the Deck itself, or at least Rebulast, is from the Shadowfell, and so she assumed he was too.
@williamjones5334 You may very well be right. I was already thinking Jaxxy Flaxseed the Tabaxi Taxi was from the Feywild.
Ok I loved this Intro so much I had to replay it 5 times 😂🎉😂😂😂
Guys, I think Harry has been voicing Alex this whole time? Does he do the voice for I in the English dub or something?
Uncanny.
DOUG! The new rules lawyer.
Hollie literally slayed
Her power gamer was showing and I'm here for it!
Jesus but that ENDING!
DOUG! This was an absolutely fantastic episode
That intro 😂 and that ending!!!! 🥲Both reasons why I love N6! Also DOUG!!!! 😎
That intro was brilliant.
The ending was brilliant. Actually had me crying
DOUG!! 🙌🏼 But excellent GMing from Harry (and tasty antics from the gang 😆🧟♂️) as usual 👏🏼 thrilling episode!
What to say other than phenomenal episode - this is the best one yet. Holy DOUG
Doug! Doug! Doug! Glad to see Hank going berserk in this one! Fun episode right from the intro.
Oh my gods! You guys SLAY me! You all win D&D!
Ho-ly shit. That was an emotional ride. Fantastic job all of y’all that’s just yea. Wow. Should have planned the finish for a better spot than the commute home.
Slight Foreshadowing. Harry, "I'm surprised you guys are using the long rest cream so frequently."
This was such an awesome episode.
Ellowen is _cleaning house_ once more!
Is she still using weapon mastery, e.g. vex? She isn't talking about it, but maybe she's rolling it?
I am, and I don’t. I think we talked about it previously that people kinda understand that I’ve moved over so I haven’t been calling it out as much as not to annoy people- Hollie
God, I really needed this today. Thank you. ❤
I found your channel a few months ago and I have to say that I'm sad to be all caught up because now I have to wait for the next episode!
Ahhhh I’m sorry BUT we are also super happy you found us and that you’re enjoying that show :D - Hollie
If I had a nickel for every time Abubaker Salim drastically changed the narrative in the latest DND episodes of live-play streams, I'd have two nickels. Which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice
(CR reference, Abu gave CR an item they just used too)
So many nat 20s. Especially from Alex. Needs to remember that sneak attack dice should be doubled on a crit too. So many extra 3d6 damage rolls that should have been made.
I asked for miniatures, I got miniatures 😂
Best. Episode. Ever!
This was epic 🤩
On the description at the end of last episode I, not the kobold, imagined that the room was much larger.
Ever since that barkeep in Veil 'discovered' your identities I've been thinking your characters should change names again, because you did give him the current ones as well and he might have told them to people along with the fact you tried to sell him spoons.
Maybe, but how much is one random barkeep's word going to spread, compared to the face of an Antiqua/god appearing in the sky to everyone? Is he going to blab at all, given Dolly's threat? Will he remember the fake names, or will that memory be overridden by "holy crap, I met the god-killers"? If none of the party thinks about it, will Harry?
Note that with Silvery Barbs not only do you give an enemy disadvantage, but also you can give an ally advantage, which Dolly didn't do the 4ish times she casted it
I wonder if she's (mis)interpreting it as only granting advantage if the second roll is lower? But yeah, it's an important aspect of the spell to remember!
@@williamjones5334Yeah, it's a guaranteed Sneak Attack for I with doubling the chance of his huge Rogue Crit damage too, for example.
That can turn a fight around.
The intro totally baffled me, followed by a brilliant battle
Finally managed to catch up and now im both excited to be up to date but also sad i have to wait
"Filthy" is a real DnD term. It's when you add your "dirty" ability check total with a roll you get from the Guidance cantrip
I am on the verge of tears
The intro sent me! 🤣
What a start, we're in for a good one here, settle on in DND BABY
Omg amazing as always now I can't wait for the next EP
1 minute in, it's a strong start 😂😂
DOUG!!! But can we also shout out the party, great combat moves.
Oh my god Abu 😂
I love Harry's weird intro bits haha
They are iconic - Hollie
Damn what a rollercoaster
off to a great start :D
"the intro can't possibly get more chaotic" we said, incorrectly
That was a really good one!
I got to say I like when they use the minis during the combat l.
......oh and DOUG!!!!!!!
Ah yes, the nameless island 😂😂
Doug just doing a doug
so much combat
the starts of these are getting more unhinged each week.
DOUG DOUG DOUG 🎉🎉🎉
Doug was amazing😊
Doug?! (Haven't watched the ep yet but this seems to be the comment to write)
Edit: DOUG! DOUG! DOUG!
That Ben intro was better than usual today. Has he been taking speech therapy lessons? LOL. Only teasing, Ben, because you're all joking around with the intro this week. Love your work, really.
Best intro
The gang is back. D n d baby
5:14 honestly, I like that idea. You visit "The Nameless Isle" in Divinity Original Sin 2, just pretend you were inspired by Larian!
I'm Hank Fieri, and you're watching Dungeons, Dragons, and Die(s).
