2006 Alphard, do you have a link to the rooftop TV system? We're currently using a cigarette lighter socket powered TV and a headrest mount - which works but this might be slicker.

Question I have 2010 vellfire. Original Japanese Toyota front head unit. Can I replace it with example like kenwood alpine or pioneer front DVD and have it working with stock Toyota rear roof screen and rear camera?/thanks

No, when you change the front screen you loose everything else.
