Thank you once again for the educational video TC. We have decided to import a 3.5 V6 Vellfire through BSI which will save us a huge amount of money rather than buying one from a UK importer, that way it will leave me with money to replace the head unit for the UK market.
I have the exact same model interior on my 2008 Alphard. Not sure if you know but your 3rd row seat centre headrest may be stored in the zip pocket in the RH rear seat. Thanks for the tips on this and the 2nd row removal videos, they have been really helpful.
Helpful video, thanks. Our Alphard is almost identical but the centre row seats have even bigger 'Captain's Chair' surrounds, a foldable table between them, and there are handles in place to allow the sideways movement on demand. Problem is, they're bigger, so getting into the back row is more difficult. Did your Alphard come with the big TV - ours is much smaller - and window screens? Thanks again.
Thanks for your kind words. Bigger Captain's Chair than mine would be..... Executive Lounge or Royal Lounge. I do have the foldable table as well but that was not shown in this video. I am super jealous that your seats came with the handles for the sideway movement. I checked and found a 2nd hand unit that cost a bomb just for that handle. The big TV was added on cause my original has burned marks on it. Windows screens was also an add on.
@@jccy6727 my advice, get something around 12 inches maximum. 17 inch is just too big. My front passenger always knock her head on the corner of the screen when she turns around. And its very heavy so going thru uneven roads, there is some noises.
this video is awesome like your others. Thanks!! I get mine in a week I cant wait. Have you ever looked at taking the inner arms off the middle seats so the bed is double and not 2 singles pleaase?
i have actually thought of converting this into a 8 seater (bench seats in the mid row). Even got the seats from a 2020 Alphard. But decided against it since it involves drilling into the floor pan for the 8 seater rails.
Hi my friend I really enjoyed your video as I am thinking about getting a 2014 alphard hybrid, However, I need to know the complete length of the floor space available, when the front seats are in the most forward position, and middle row seats have been pushed all the way to hit the back of the front seats, then what have you got left in length?? What would be the total length on the floor space then if that was to happen??.. could I get,say a big object 6ft long in the car?? That is the big question nobody seems to have demonstrated on here.. Thank you my friend💙😊
The mid row seats are limited to the track so with your front seats half way back, the mid row seats can still be pushed to the max forward. If you are putting something wide, you will have around 65 to 66 inches. If its something that is smaller like a pole or anything below 10 inches in width, you got 73 inches ( by sliding the item below the mid row seats) If you utilize the 8 inches between the mid row seats, you have around 90 inches length Height wise, you have just slightly under 4 feet at 46 inches vertical. Hope this helps. All that said, I did manage to transport a few 10 feet log by flattening all my seats and putting the logs on the seats. (Sort of making the seats as flat as possible and covering it with some used rags to protect the leather) Pretty versatile van and you just gotta get creative on how to transport things.
@@TCsAnythingGoes thank you my friend, that was amazing information, I am 6-ft tall and thinking me and my wife could use it for a part-time camper, by having a double bed mattress on the floor when the rear seats are folded up,and the middle seats are pushed forward as far as possible.. Thank you once again for all the information my friend you have been very kind god bless you ,
@@TCsAnythingGoes thank you my dear friend that was exceedingly fantastic information which I need it badly.. I am definitely going to buy one of these great cars many big thanks again, God bless💛👊🏽👌🏽👍🏽😊
Do you know how to replace the bulb in the front map light? Does the clear lens come out or is it the entire console from the roof that needs to be removed? Thanks.
might be a bit tight but doable. I had 9 people ( 3 kids and 6 adults) along with 5 luggage before. Short distance it was bearable. Long distance might be a bit tiring.
I have a 2010 Alphard and the side panel to move the middle seats sideways doesn't exist, there's an a square indentation where your panel is, but it's just one big piece of plastic for the side of the chair
Just what Im looking for. Thanks for this.
Nice. I didn't know that. Now I can go car camping with this configuration
Bring a inflatable queen size mattress. I tried and it fits on the floor when you use the "I Need Space" configuration.

Thanks. I know that the center headrest can be stored in the zip pocket. But I just leave it there and use the pocket to store other things.
Nice video and Thanks for sharing 🙏🏻. May I know where you get the wood looking floor board from?

What brand and model is the 17inch TV? Can it be bought from Amazon?

Does anyone know the interior height? And if the rear or middle seats are removable or not?

@@stanbembridge1751 you are most welcome. just a simple favor that didn't take me long to get the info. Have a great day.

The clear lens comes out. Just need to pry it from the front. Pry slowly.
Thanks. I really appreciate your time to respond. I will try it tomorrow. 👍
I was able to very easily remove the clear lens and no damage was done. Thanks again.
Hey buddy just got a 2021 Alphard and I don’t know how to move the middle row captain chairs the way you did here
I am not sure if 2021 Alphard mid row can do the same. Add me up on Facebook and send me a photo of your seats. TC's Anythinggoes Channel
Oopsie
Should have watched this before i took out three seats to camp in it haha!
hahaha... whats important is that you had a blast camping in it.
Hi bro, can it take 7 pax with 5 medium size luggages?
might be a bit tight but doable.

Hi where can I get the flooring like you have? To cover the carpets
I wish I could answer you. The car came with that flooring and till now, I can't seem to find anything similar to it.
Thanks for another great vid. If you need a set of black step-mats, let me know. I have a set I don’t use
Thanks for your kind words and offer for the step mats. I will give it a pass for now but I really do appreciate the offer. Thanks again.
@@TCsAnythingGoes . OK. I’m looking out for more vids soon. Take care
