I will be purchasing a ZT mower this coming spring. Comfort is VERY important to me. I have a question about the Ferris 400s (or other Ferris zero turns) if in addition to the standard Ferris suspension system - for even more comfort can an additional high quality suspension seat be purchased (as an option)??

Does anyone notice the arms rest on the chairs being too low? These people riding these never touch them because their arms are suspended. I have notice this with other mowers to not just the Ferris. I did go look at a 2100z on Sunday and that mower was amazing. Air ride seat and yes my arms touched the arm rest and were very comfortable holding the levers while resting. I only have one acre so it's hard to justify that model but holly smokes that thing is nice.

Good comment on the seat arm rest.. Really, if you ask me, the arm rests on the seat should be height adjustable so that each user can adjust the arm rest so that their arms can rest on them while mowing. Isn't that the whole purpose of the arm rest?? It is MUCH more relaxing and less straining on the arms if you can rest your arms on the arm rest while mower.

Hi, i noticed there is a small amount of oil that keeps collecting around both of the rear wheel rims on my new Ferris 400s. I clean it off but reappears after each use. Just wondering if this is normal or is it something i should get checked? Cheers.

@@kenboxx265 it seems to of sorted itself out, i put more hours on it and now oil levels seem to be sitting steady and no more signs of oil Leak's.
