I love seeing Lawrence in the videos. He’s so dapper!
Laurence always looks so stylin ❤😎 and I'm totally jealous of how flawless his skin is.
All these Hong Kong egg tarts are making me crave it so much
Hi guys! Here's our next video from Hong Kong! Today we're taking you to some highly-recommended food places in the Central district of Hong Kong. Enjoy and hope to see you guys for our livestream this weekend at 1PM Sunday Japan time/9PM PST US time. Time for me to sleep. Good night!
Okay, so you guys have changed the time, right? Will this be permanent? This makes it easier for people in America on the east coast since this will be midnight rather than 1:00 am.
Best ask during the live feed or through email on the About page.
Lawrence looks spectacular in red! I love tarts but I like the filling much more than the crust because I'm not big on pie crust of any kind unless something is wrapped in it thinly.
Hi everyone, that was our all day eating. Well almost. Stay tuned for the "to be continued" !
Thanks Heather, Chinese New Year's red !
for sure,looking really forward,peace

Omg....I can't wait to see the rest of the snake soup episode....this was a great Vlog
I'm feeling like Veruca Salt from "Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory." "I want an egg tart NOW!" LOL!! OMG! Seriously, everything looked delicious, except for those slithery snakes!!!! I'm so glad that you boys got the chance to eat amazing food and spend quality time together! That's what best friends do!
hehehe!
it's 6:18am right now and now I'm hungry for noodles! lol

Egg tarts are my kryptonite :) love them so much.

Thanks for the video. Awesome !!
Thanks for sharing more of your trip with us! The noodles looked quite good.
Chinese medicinal teas can take some getting used to. I had to drink it for years. At some of the shops, they give you haw flakes to enjoy after consuming your tea.
Love these hk vids!!!!
I wish I'd seen your videos before I went there. So much food I missed!
looks all really nice and its really cheap, thought stuff would be more expensive.
thanks for the video,so interesting
I'm sorry that Laurence's favorite egg tart shop is closing! It is good that there is another store available, but he will miss visiting his favorite shop, I'm sure. I'm glad you got to try it while you were there, Shinichi. That won ton noodle soup looked absolutely amazing! Thanks for another great video! I hope you're all enjoying your weekend.
Thanks for this
Those egg tarts look like the egg custards we have here in england. Very tasty, ours are deeper filled and look more wobbly though.
I used to get fresh warm flaky egg tarts in S.F. Chinatown so good.
Hahaha, great cliffhanger!
I haven't ate so I'm getting hungry lol everything looks good and making my mouth water
tell your friend next time when he has food on his face ❤❤ i love these videos btw i love how delicious yall make the food look.
About 5 US Dollar a bowl of delicious noodles? Wow, here in Switzerland you can get a glass of Coca Cola for 5 US € *sigh *
Oh and Laurence do have so much style, really happy to see him in this video ^^
i just hold my breath when drinking those bitter drinks😂
Like to try the herbal tea yeh everything that tastes bad is always good for you!!!!
If you like those egg tarts you should try the portuguese ones, you would love it. we usually eat it with a little bit of cinamon
Wow! I just watched this video and felt so nostalgic about HK. I agree with Laurence's choice about the egg tarts and I'm happy you also get to try the one from Tai Cheong bakery~ You guys have great taste :) I hope you can visit HK again next time and bring Satoshi with you XD
Welcome to hong konggg!!
Great footage! Thumbs Up! WOW..look at those snakes!!! LOL...LOL....
8:34 the sauce is sweet fermented black bean sauce
Welcome to Hong Kong, guys! Hope you enjoy your stay here. Think you guys will visit Lantau Island too?
You should head up to the New Territories, there's noodles and stuff in my district :P
part 2 plzz
I thought he burnt his tongue from the drink. Not from bitterness.
The More Bitter the Better. It's Better with Butter. 😂😂😂
You feel better after drinking that bitter tea because you're DONE! LOL
My grandmother used to make me drink those bitter teas every week for my health. YUK.
Great video guys. I do have a question about the herbal drinks and western travelers. I know there is a general warning about westerners not drinking certain things due to issue with water contaminants / minerals and the like. Would these drink be ill advised for western travelers to try or due to the boiling of the water would they be ok? Of course drinking "mystery herbs" is in of itself taking a risk, but I was curious since the drinks sounded interesting.
i wanna join your food exploration
What?! No green that day Laurence? Hong Kong looks like an amazing place. I've really enjoyed these videos from your trip.
Laurence is the best dressed Asia man I ever seen!
I am a flaky egg tart fan as well... good choice of Honolulu cafe..! and Sinichi is from hawaii too..!! haha
Is diz luksith?
the more i see laurence the more i like him. he is a very good friend.
i have to fix the mistake i seen in this video because it is a pet peeve of mine. snakes are not poisonous they can be venomous but never poisonous. if it was poisonous you could not eat it. i have 17 snakes as pets so i am not sure i could watch you eat one. i see nothing wrong with people eating them as long as everything is done with respect to the animal. the same way i feel about all animals.
Kimberly Binion reptiles are good stir fried
sgtmayhem that may be true but i will never try it. i would want to take them home as pets
Im from Hong Kong but have 10 years didn't eat a egg tart lol
I don't like this new update ....but I love your videos keep up the good work !!!!😜💛
laurence is so handsome in those glasses!
snake soup!! :S
So I am going to go out on a limb here and say that $8 is in Hong Kong currency and not American. Please tell me that I am right.
Yes, it's is Hong Kong Dollar. We call our money 'dollars' too.
There are more than 20 different dollar currencies in the world apparently.
Laurence have the most beautiful skin. What is he using?
Lulu Tyson egg tarts😂
Lulu Tyson that a was the first thought that popped in my head. The jealousy I feel is so real.
Thanks. Guess must be the egg tarts!!! But after the snake soup…… stay tuned!
Its actually a filter some youtubers use in their videos to smooth out their skin.
JessicaFaerie Lester is you a stupid? 😂😂
All day everyday my soft drink of choice is American green tea. :-). The egg Tarts and this drink a very expensive to my mind! $8 for one little egg tart? That's expensive. Are Hong Kong dollars different than American dollars does anyone know? I know how to exchange in but it seems like these are in almost American dollars but it can't be these are too expensive. I Hong Kong dollars different than American dollars does anyone know? I know how to exchange yen but it seems like these are in almost American dollars but it can't be as these are too expensive.
8 HK is approximately $1US
If you can watch this and not have a crush on Laurence then.....you're weird!!
first. try roast goose
buen video, saludos desde puebla ,te invito a pasar a mi canal, inscrito
Wow, pretty expensive for plain wonton noodles..10 CAD?! And 7 CAD for a small bowl of wonton soup..
Snake!!!!! 👀
oh no don't eat the snake....well nevermind it's too late anyway ;)
All you ate in Hong Kong is egg tarts. lol
I know. Couldn't help it. They were so good! I gotta go back for more!
TabiEats u gotta try Portugal egg tarts!!!!
We also have them in the UK too but we put nutmeg or cinnamon on top of them. Egg tarts are glorious. Id love to try the Portuguese or HK version.
astroboy3507 I'm going to Lisbon in a month! Portuguese eggs tarts definitely on the list!
Oops!
Sinichi I find if you hold your nose when drinking something that tastes awful, it'll be easier to drink! 😉😵
$8 ?! WTF?!
In Hong Kong money, which is about a a dollar in the US.
it´s $8 HK
It's NOT worth it. Hong Kong prices, from what I have seen via this video are outrageous. Love Lawrence, but the prices are ridiculous.
How can people be so self-centred that they assume the currency is USD? There are lots of other countries in the world and this channel is not US-based. Anyway... great video! My only criticism is that sometimes the camera is too close to your faces and it feels kinda uncomfortable.
Knowing how sick you got, I don't want to see the snake soup!
How come you are not shaving your facial hair? Is it November where you live? Lol
8 for one not worth it
Christian DC Hong Kong dollars, you idiot.
Omg snakes?!!! Ew
you don't have to zoom in his face and mouth! just be normal
no good! judging by the colour of the noodles, they are over cooked! must have a bad texture then!!
those restaurant in central area are always busy! and the food quality is missing at all time! wonder why everyone goes to central only but not other places!
thanks for your review anyway!! Love HK
Ugh im sorry but i dont like Laurence i prefer satochi or vin.
