I installed a rough country dual exhaust on my 2020 f150 and it sounds unbelievably good. Not obnoxiously loud and sounds just like a mustang. Won’t break the bank either at around $500-600 bucks. I am extremely happy with it and highly recommended it.
5 good sounding exhausts. I went with the MBRP side exit without res. It's been 5 years and I have 0 complaints. I get compliments all the time about the sound.
not an exact measure of sound quality though to my liking will consider MBPR has deep tone and racy as well, Corsa sounds very healthy and excellent tone, thanks for the video and the gas you used to help others decide.
That borla sounds absolutely incredible. Getting ready to order one for a 2020 f150 I purchased last week. It was between that and flowmasters outlaw, which is what I have on mustang. But I just can't get over how good that borla sounds. So I'm going borla this time.
In about 81i was 18 or so and I took the exhaust off my 70 roadrunner to replace a muffler and i drove around a minute with the straight headers around the neighborhood, was awesome but Dad wasn't too pleased with me 👍
I went with Kooks for two reasons. 1. The sound and build quality are awesome. T304 stainless just like the Corsa. 2. They were one of the only ones beside Magnaflow that was building a cat back for a regular cab short bed. Overall I've been very happy with the system. Good video!
The borla has that loud crack noise when you start the car but it has no droning at cruising speeds which is amazing but as soon as you want insane deep Loud noise you just have to blip the throttle
I recently put a K&N exhaust system on my 2019 F150 combo with the K&N cold air intake. Truck sounds like a Beast. I catch ppl all the time braking neck trying to figure out where that sound is coming from. Around $800 for intake and exhaust. I’d say 4-5 on the loudness.

@@ProfessorMikee I just installed the Rough Country Cat Back exhaust on my 2018 F150 and absolutely love it. $569.00 + shipping ($589.00). This system no longer offers the straight back pipes (under your rear bumper). They exit on each side behind the rear tire.
I put on a MBPR resonator and a single flowmaster super ten out the back sounds awesome without breaking the bank. I get compliments all the time. For extra sound I have a open cold air intake and tuner sounds like a mustang.
These are definitely all loud options. I had a flowmaster force 2 on my 5.0 and recently had to cut it off and put my stock system back on. Now I’m stuck with the boring stock system again because I’m afraid to get another kit that’s advertised as mild but is too loud. I wonder why more kits don’t allow you to keep the stock resonator then get rid of it later if it’s still not loud enough? Ford should really just offer a slightly turned up factory sport v8 muffler but maybe that’s contradictory to them trying to sell the eco boost that sounds like a lawn mower.
My dads 2017 Ford at 80k already needs valves put in and it's in the shop for a new rear end today. My 2002 Tahoe with 240k is all original running great.
Which ones require permanent removal of the spare tire. I ordered a magna-flow dually system for a grand and to my chagrin only found the tire removal necessary after muffler already installed. Kept the muffler and went with a y pipe to run only one pipe to right rear side. Only the video of install showed requirement to permanently remove tire.
I bought a 2017 F-150 Ecoboost and absolutely hated the truck. I was going to buy a 2021 F-150 V8 5.0L on a trade, but when I found out they added the cylinder shutdown crap I absolutely said no at that point. So, a year ago I got a 2021 Tundra TRD Pro double cab and thank God I did. It is the best truck I have ever owned, and the dual exhaust on that truck is the greatest sound in the whole world.

The 21 mustang gt is getting one 1st and unfortunately it takes 3-4 months to recieve one from whipple and I'm only at week 9. I've already been here once before and never had one problem,which is why I'm not only doing it again,I'm doing two. Best wishes with your foreign owned manufacturers truck. There's been 2 of those in my family,not owned by me and neither has held up like my fords.
I've always liked the Flowmasters since my Mustang days, always a cool sound. Nice truck at the end, always liked the STX and black always looks the best when clean.

Nice video. The second exhaust system you showed from the clip from my channel is actually the Flowmaster Outlaw cat back system, not the Flowmaster American Thunder cat back system. The American Thunder exhaust is a little quieter than the Outlaw exhaust.
The greatest sound about the 5.0 is the off throttle rattle. Sooo good in the morning when you live next to a school and everyones sdropping their kids and you just roll slowly trying not to get your foot off the gas so i dont rattle like crazy in front of everyone. But of course you have to let the trottle go at some point cause of the speed limits and when you release that trottle you can see all the head of the people turning around to see what just made this crazy sound. Yea its a 2020 ford
Finally paid off my truck and was pretty excited about moding it. Then i took a 9hr road trip in buddy f150 with Flomasters and had to scratch exhaust mods of my list. It was an absolutely miserable experience. Like, i wanna hear it when i rev but don't want to deafen myself in cruse control on the high way. What do you recommend?
I have Borla Attak on my 2019 and love it. cold starts are like a shotgun blast (inside garage) But it cruises real nice around highway speeds. 2k rpm @80mph. no drone. But it screams when you on ramp to freeway or hit the gas around town. So for me it is the perfect amount of manners and absolute beast!

Wtf where is the flowmaster outlaw extreme? Mine screams even with cats still on....and its a clean finish, meaning you see no exhaust as it dumps before the rear axle.
The only problem with the rest, is you have to be able to live with that sound all the time. Quite loud inside and the drone. If it isn’t quiet enough, the sound level will become long in the tooth very quickly.

I had a Stainless Works LMF 3" catback system on my 16 Mustang, and it sounded absolutely incredible, I got tons of compliments on it, but the drone was so loud I had to rent a car to go on road trips. I decided I'm keeping my 2020 F150 all stock so its nice and quiet.
They all have the same sound,but some just louder.I still like magnaflow.Only 60 bucks 2 chamber muffler on my dodge ram 04 4.7.Sounds fkn great.No cats.Cold air and tuned.But all stock.

Nicely done. Dual exhaust is a must on a V8, but like you I don't want to wake up the neighbors by simply driving down the road.

Just installed the Borla Atak. Surprisingly quieter at idle and cruising than my Flowmaster that it replaced, but man does it scream under WOT!

What ever system you go with make sure you keep the resonators and the cats on so that you don’t get that horrendous drone while driving

It does sometimes, Iv swapped the oil from 5w-20 to 5w-30, seems to be a little better
