Love this series on f150 5.0. Like your offset series, I’m feeling the Borla “s type” mid section as I already have the dual rear exit. The blackout package comes with the stx fx4 5.0 package for 2024. Between this, wheels and tires (18x9 +1 with 305/65r18 wildpeaks) I’d like to add the fox 2.5dsc front and rear shocks and a quality UCA, and some eccentric camber bolts. Sound deadening and amp/speaker upgrades to come.
@ not that loud. It’s really tamed, I’m not sure if the xtreme name suits it. If had Corsa Extreme on an older Cadillac Escalade with the 6.0 and that one sound it far better. However I do recommend. It’s subtle
It's such a classic option too - you really can't go wrong with an ATAK system if you want something loud with minimal drone while you're cruising. -Zach
Great video!! I have a 2013 stx 5.0L single cab 6.5 bed. Which exhaust do you recommend? I'd prefer with a deep sound instead of being loud. ( I don't want to wake up my neighbors when I leave at 4:30am every day lol) Thank you!
Something like a Mangaflow or Borla Touring would be nice! Both will be deeper from the factory with an increase in volume. Neither will have drone or loud volumes though. -Zach

I did the Borla ATAK......fantastic sound. I drove from Ft Lauderdale to Tallahassee and the drone in the cabin was no big deal....hardly any at all
Borla is the best for no-drone systems regardless of how aggressive you want your exhaust to be! -Zach

Saw out muffler, replace with straight pipe, beautiful
I’m running a flowmaster outlaw series 10 race muffler on my 2012 5.0 xlt and it’s really nice.
Flowmasters and V8's are a classic combo - it's pretty hard to beat! -Zach

I went with a Corsa Performance Xtreme exhaust on my 5.0 F-150. It’s only loud when I punch it, sometimes I forget that it’s there.

i have a 2017 150 lariat 5.0 any suggestions? i want the nice deep rumbles and loud but not crazy loud
Any downside to getting corsa xtreme exhaust, before rear axel side exit? Considering getting it soon.
Dumping before the rear axle will increase your cab noise compared to an exit behind the rear axle - that's the main difference! -Zach

Any of these that wouldn't work with a lowered truck? I know some of the over axle exhausts won't fit anymore.

It looks stupid when the left side tail pipe hangs in front of the differential cover
