I am having some issues when PCing my bags - some are being force fed moisture from inside the PC and are sometimes melting/bursting. I like the sides and racks with cardboard but it doesn't seem to be super effective all the time

So after I sterilized my bags in cooker… I left them in pot overnight to cook off.. when I checked them this morning it looks like a small amount of mold has formed inside the bag.. is it normal ? Def looks like it from humidity maybe
No that is not normal, if there is mold in the bag it was not sterilized...
Has anyone ever had there grain sprout before they sterilized it and if so is it still ok to work with that grain?

Don't wash them. Washing them will make them slimy and nasty. Just dehydrate em
