23qt Presto pressure cookers have gone up a lot recently and are not available in the UK for the same price as a smaller one!

@DeadMartyr84 Got mine on ebay from a user called "moderntrendy" however the shops shut down now, ive just looked for it. Prices have took quite a leap on ebay too unfortunately.
Amazon have 25L - 13PSI models like this and you could add 30 minutes to the sterilisation times which should work. Also buying a 15 psi regulator weight and using it would work too.

I'm making do with a 6l Prestige hi-dome atm. They reach 15psi and you can pick them up for cheap second hand. Fits 2x 1l Mason type jars.
Love your videos mate! Thank you…. I have a basic pressure cooker and I don’t have the rack. Would it be ok to cover the jars in foil and rest the jars on the bottom? Is there a key thing to know when sterilising. I don’t want to get it wrong. But I have such a basic pressure cooker!
No the foil will likely scorch if you place on the bottom. You can put a wet cotton dish towel or spare jar lids on the bottom instead?
Alright but foil on the top.of the jars ?
Yes put foil over the top it stops moistuer leaking into jars and keeps the filter dry
