👏 Awesome video on managing knee injuries with practical exercises and solid advice! 🦵 It's so helpful to understand the distinction between acute damage and repetitive strain. Plus, your tips on progression and consistency with recovery routines can make a huge difference for anyone dealing with knee issues. 🔑💪 Being mindful of our body's limits and gradually building strength is key to recovery - almost like how the endocannabinoid system aids in balancing our bodily functions. Remembering tip #3, consistency is definitely a game changer! 👍😃 Looking forward to more enlightening content, keep it up! 🌟🎥

I do, it depends on many factors, but generally to get you to the gym training pain free you need 6 to 8 months of rehab 👍

Hlw doctor i am from India 🇮🇳, and i want to ask you a question. I have a cervical disc bulge problem and i want to ask you that ( if the disk that is bulged out will reabsorb in its original place over time?? Or it will remain in the same position place for the rest of life ?? ) i know that the pinched nerve symptoms will be gone on some day but my question is that will the disc bulge will reabsorb in the spine or it will remain like that forever ??

No one can answer that, we know some disc bulges / extrusion does reabsorb but no everyone has it. 3 factors that’s maximise the chances of reabsorption is highlighted in this post. 👇
