Thank you for getting right to the point! I have no patience for all the talk about all the muscles and everything else that takes forever before they get to the actual exercise. So thank you
I'm in my 60's, been disabled for 20+ years due to 2 spinal problems that cause me to lose my balance & fall a lot. Bone spur in my neck growing inward into my spinal cord & fractured vertebra with slip disk in my lower spin. I hope this will help me with my balance before I start breaking bones from my falls all the time. Just a lot of bruises. & cut now.
Yes, excellent and well explained. I have tried the single leg stand which has been challenging, but your recommendation to master the weight shifting phase I first makes so much sense. Thanks
Yep. I'm a PTA and I take pride in improving my patients balance. I work with walkers and foam pad/blocks sometimes. But its the same, I progress to staggered stance, staggered stance with single arm support, etc for patients on walkers and for people high level I do similar to what you did here, but usually with single HHA. I also do a lot of graded manual resistance seated hip/knee and ankle strengthening.
Thanks for your informative video. I get impatient with those people who spend a lot of time explaining things - too much detail. Your video just gave me a quick intro, and some great ideas to try. I appreciate that.
Excellent, balance exercises are a staple of my exercise routine. I currently try for 60 seconds of balancing, each leg, sometimes with a dining table chair too!
SO good, thank you! Other videos go on and on, with me hoping I'll learn something useful. With your video, I had immediate knowledge and was able to try it. Now I'm going to the next video, thanks!
Thank you for the "right to the point" presentation. ❤ I broke my left hip April 2022, and my balance is terrible now. At 81, I've a lot of practice ahead of me! Hoping to improve it!
Thank u. 🙏 I had my Bilateral knee replacement two months back. Now I am doing excercises and walking inside my house. But I can't do this single leg raises. How many more months is needed for this? How to improve?
how many months in a pregnancy? Be patient, be positive! I am 961/2 ,practice every morning at the kitchen sink and counter and am improving, stay with it!
Thanks. I’m 70 and I’ve found my balance gets more precarious when I put on a little weight. ie up from 64kg to 69kg in my case. This suggests a steady weight helps maintain good balance in the elderly.
Oh, my gosh…how young he looks. I am 76 and have forgotten what it was like to have smooth skin. I am going to physical therapy now, in order to help balance.
Hey I wanna go to a PT school and I love PT but there's one last thing I need to consider What's the average salary? Did you make any video about it in 2022? If yes then please send me the link and if not please make one thanks 🙏
Wonderful video. Thank you. But do you have to talk so fast. We don't all assimilate at the same speed. I have had to slow your voice to 0.75. So many presenters talk too fast, and it's very off putting. Still, I feel that these exercises are of great benefit. Best wishes.
Short, simple, directly to the point with an articulate presenter. Well done!

At last, someone who doesn't waste time with fluff and delivers what you need in actionable chunks. Great job.

I love how you got straight to the point. Thank you. I will be doing these exercises every day.
Thank you. Straight forward. Simple. Definitely superior to other videos that have too much unnecessary talking and annoying, off-putting music.
This is very helpful and thanks for not wasting my time with unnecessary explanations!
SO appreciate not getting a lecture on the actual muscles we're gonna use or why this exercise works and all that. Just show the exercises! Great job.
Thank you. After I broke my hip my balance has been off. Looking forward to your videos. Going to go practice right now.
Thank you for getting right to the point! I have no patience for all the talk about all the muscles and everything else that takes forever before they get to the actual exercise. So thank you
