UA-cam's already demonetized the video, unsurprisingly. If you want to show your support, sign up at patreon.com/officer401 . Whether you're a patreon or not, I appreciate all of you. You give me motivation to keep going with the 401 channel. :)

its sad that your dad, in his final months, felt regret for not having been there as much as he would've liked. There's plenty of dads who're there all the time and are absolute scumbags. What's more important than being there all the time is being someone who's worth having around, and your dad certainly was.

He drew his 357 and snuck up on the guy and pointed his gun at the back of his head. He told this guy to put his hands up. And, if he tried anything that he was going to end up in the hospital. I see all too often people in that line of work turn to alcohol and/or drugs and, in some instances, domestic violence because a lot of people don't know how to deal with the trauma they encounter. But not your dad. He seemed like a real hero who did his job successfully, AND loved his family with all his heart. That is a real hero in my mind. Your father was a true hero. Cherish the memories you have about what kind of man he was and always let that be your goal in life. Watching your videos, it seems you have many of his outstanding qualities. Thanks for sharing all of this and stay safe out there.

It sounds like your dad was an amazing individual. I'm so sorry he can't be with us today. I have no doubt that he would be super proud of everything you have done as a police officer to get to where you are now!
