Thank you. I really need the feature to reduce the presenter view screen to see my virtual meeting screen, but I'm on a mac and I don't have the buttons on the top right of my screen to do that. I'm guessing I'm just out of luck because I'm on a mac, but please tell me if I'm wrong.

I'm having an issue using the dual monitor presenter view over Zoom. I don't find the slides come out very clearly with the current monitor. Secondly, I have numerous videoclips embedded in the presentation and the people listening to the presentation over Zoom said they had trouble hearing the clips (but no trouble hearing me). I've previously given this presentation over zoom but not with presenter view and there were no issues with the sound of the clips. I have checked the optimize for sound when doing the screen share. Can you help?

When using a second screen, it is important to make sure that Windows sets the resolution properly for the second screen. In the Windows Settings under Display you can check the resolution of each monitor. Sometimes Windows chooses a much lower resolution than it should but you can change it in that dialog.
When you share the screen in Zoom, make sure the Share Sound option is checked. This shares the audio from the computer. Checking the optimized for video may not also select this option so double check. Sometimes the optimize for video is not needed so checking the Share Sound option results in better playback.
      I hope that helps,

Another Tip is to have shared the PowerPoint with a co-host that can take notes and edit the powerpoint to your request while your presenting

I tried to select keep content updated but I cant select the check box, online it said file must be on one drive and the file is saved on onedrive. Any other suggestion on how to fix would be appreciated. I have forwarded this to my brother and son. I though this was very useful

I'm glad you found the video helpful. In addition to being saved on OneDrive I think the AutoSave option must be on for the file so that any changes are automatically saved to OneDrive as they are made. This option should be in the top left corner of the PowerPoint window.
