I always stood away from machine, and always forgot chest retraction and back arch during bench press. Also stretched too much in the flies. Aapke tips lifesaving hain. 👍 Kal chest day hai, corrections apply karunga sir. 🙏

I started incorporating 80 and 60 degrees of inclined bench press in my chest workout since like 2 months on the advice of Jet Salal and the gap between my front delts and upper chest started filling in. I have been doing workout since 1.5 years.

Sir I have 2-3 doubts First, I heard that there is not much difference in Chest Press & Chest Fly, means both gives same impact to the muscle. But I have seen people doing Chest Press, Dumble Fly, Cable Fly & Pec Dec Fly on the same day. So could you please share your thoughts on this. Second, I heard in your old video that we should change our workout plan because muscle gets used to the same workout. So after how long we should change the plan - 4 WK, 8 WK ?? How would we know that muscle is used to this workout & now it's time to change workout ?? If we increase the weight, then also is it required to change the workout plan ?? Will increasing weight will not effect ?? Third, in most of your videos, you talk about full range of motion. So many questions... First... Bench press and dumble press are ment to target pectoral major while flies and dumble flies are ment for Pectoral minor...so..you have to train both part to grow chest... Second... It's your choice how much frequently you wanna change your exercise routine(depends how your muscles are growing)... But I personally prefer 6-8weeks... Third... If you are bigger you have to do exercise in full range of motion... For proper contraction and relaxation of muscle... But at advance level (6-8 years in gym).. It doesn't matter than much....
