Jeet I have a question for you...if someone is doing repetitions till failure then obviously his arms will tremble a bit but you're saying that your last reps should be like your first reps so in that case what should we do? what is more proper? because I've learnt that the last reps are the reps which counts the most and even Mr Arnold Schwarzenegger has mentioned the same.
