    nakakalito mga tips ngayon sa soc med, yung iba sabi sa lat pull down bring your elbows close to your hips as much as possible tas dito nmn sbi ni sir jacob ung the other way around dko alam tuloy gagawin ko hahaha

    May alternative po ba sa pull ups pag hindi ma perform nang maayos kahit may resistance band or naka assist sa machine.

    Hi, po Ito sana itatanong ko kc malapad po ang upper body ko nag ggym po ako dito Lang SA bahay 2mos. Na kaso ayoko ko po Ng malapad Yong upper body ko. Proportion po katawan ko malalaki ang legs toned din kaso paano kaya maiwasan para hindi lumapad lalo Yong back ko. Thanks po

    To be honest, Mas magaganda pa mga content mo sa karamihan ng body builders na vlogger. Mas matututo mga beginner sa content ng videos mo. Hindi kagaua ng iba na okra okra or cofit lang chuchu. More power to your channel.

    Yoww. Bossing napanoud ko yung prev vid mo about sa back. Parang mas maganda yun. Wala kasing proper progression to. Una, ang dali lang ng 1 arm dumbell, form lang tatamaan na yung latissimus dorsi. Ang hirap ng kasunud. Para magawa mo yung pull up, kailangan mo ng prerequisite strength, mainly strong brachioradialis, developed biceps, rotator cuff, rear delt,etc. Naiintindihan yung progression na sinasabi mo na resistant band o spotter. Pero bossing 99% of the time, walang ganun. Kung meron man, ego lifter tayong mga lalake, pagtatawan ka bossing.
    Kinalulungkot ko. Hindi to magandang program. I truly respect you. Pero may mas magagandang progressive back exercises na libre (tulad ng previous vid mo) dito sa youtube.

      leomar doble and hindi madali ang one arm row. Baka para sayo madali pero I personally struggled with it nung baguhan ako. Most of the time mali form ng mga tao.

    Hahaha natawa ako... Pinaka mahirap raw na workout un one arm dumbell row tang ina 3 reps nga nga pull ups d ko kaya un pa pinaka madali sa inyo.. Un lat pull down pa un pinaka mahirap tang ina ayos ayosin nyo naman mag turo sa tao pinaka madali ang lat pull down sunod amg one arm dumbel row at pinaka mahirap un pull ups...

      @mohammad bobo ka talaga naiwan mo na utak mo sa gym. Panoorin mo maige 1:06 mahirap dahil madaming nag aakalang madali pero mali ang form tulad mo

      Anw what we meant was “mahirap patamain sa lats” hindi “mahirap gawin”. If maka pull up ka kahit d perfect form more or less tatama sa lats. If dumbbell row madali siya gawin pero mahirap i mind muscle for the lats. :)
