Lool. I personally could not wake up at 7:30 am. I’d feel like half the day is gone 🤣 I like to wake up with or before the sun (5-6am), otherwise I wake up, the sun is blazing & I feel like I haven’t had a chance to warm up into the day.

Girl yes! My wake up time is 7am. I tried that 5am thing and I’m usually less productive cause I’m so tired 🥱

Definitely me! I don't like to wake up early I'm a severe night owl and I still get things done. Thanks for highlighting that productivity is posible at any time time of the day as long as you're focused👍🏽

Awesome video! As someone who prides myself on being productive, I put extreme pressure on myself to have a routine, wake up at the same time everyday (too early), and so much more. First of all, be careful with the plug on your computer Erin. It looks like it wasn't in all the way, and after all that editing, you do NOT want that to thing to slip out. Also, I learned this from the channel POWERED BY NATURE, that before we drink in the morning, make sure we rinse out the bacteria our mouths have collected overnight, before we have our water. We don't want to swallow all of that (on a regular basis). Also your freckles are dope. I love seeing freckles on POC. Thanks for the tips as always!
I love how you did this video. It is different than others I have seen in that it can work both for entrepreneurs & traditional workers 💕 Starting small with one habit rather than trying to transform completely over night has definitely helped me as well! Don’t despise the small beginnings for God rejoices just to see the work begin ~ Zechariah 4:10
