Start by choosing your favorite prayer in your journal the one that when you wrote it came from a deep and personal space and experience choose THAT one to speak about when people ask you about your prayer journal......n see what happens!!!!! I Encourage you to make more of those prayer journals and if you are evolved in church start there . Morning routine!!! Being an entrepreneur my schedule is never the same but when I’m consistent with just being me and spending time with God before anyone needs me my days are better and time management improves.
For me it would be courage, I know I could get more business by being kore out there doing cold calls to find partnerships but I keep holding myself back I’m not sure if I don’t feel I bring enough or the whole aspect of rejection but I need to get over it and make this money

This month I will focus on small talk. Get started small for instance I started fasting, working out in the morning, eating healthy and vegan during the week. Right now I'm on a sugar fast and my mood, memory, focus, and skin is so thankful!
Honestly, the main theme for me this month is BALANCE. I want to be able to create a routine for my everyday life. Remembering that I don't need to juggle everything. Giving myself time to work & relax. I have the mentality of "GO, GO, GO" that I will get stuck on work/tasks. Then sometimes I forget to give myself self care, take a walk, be PRESENT. I am learning & growing with the skill to bring balance in my environment. To be a better version of myself & with my business. My ultimate goal is to create more balance in my life. I actually am going to focus on 2 this month. Communication and confidence. I am one of those people who hate small talk but I am v. shy when interacting with new people (networking). I have been trying to come out of my shell more and more. I feel me growing in these two areas, so this month I will continue to focus on growth.

Great video! Im in the financial service industry as an independent licensed insurance agent learning to become a broker. My perspective as an inspiring entrepreneur building my business is to have the right motives to helping others. I believe in planting seeds first before receiving a harvest. What we do as entrepreneurs shouldn't just be all about money. No I'm not saying go in business to become none profit what I'm saying don't use people by selling them all the the time just to make money only but plant seeds first by sowing into people. Sacrifice is one of the key words to entrepreneurship that many don't really understand. People like to buy but don't like to be sold so what are we doing to become influential to them wanting to support or be on board your business? How are we self developing? What bad habits are we working on changing? What weaknesses are we strengthening? I truly believe those are some questions every entrepreneur should ask themselves first and farmost. Be authentic in whatever industry of business you're in. Looks can be very deceiving. Your mindset and heart will reveal what's inside regardless of how well dressed you are on the outside. Work ethic is a take away from this video I love. There are 2 more basic game changers I build for myself as well; 1.Identity aka true good character 2. Skill set: being a student to mastering a main skill set. Who you are as a person weigh heavily on how successful you are as a entrepreneur or business owner. Dont let good intentions become wrongfully or harshly spoken of. Example: How can people trust your brand if you are selling vitamins, teas and weight loss supplements this year and next year you're now a credit guru fixing credit? 1 you're not a doctor, 2. What proven track record you have or creditals for me as a customer to trust you with my health and my financial portfolio and livelihood? Your intentions to have multiple streams of income may all well and good but it's a tarnished look on your face as a brand you may be trying to build. Who are you and how do you want your clients and investors to identify you and pay you for your skill set? It all falls back on self development as an entrepreneur. I say build character and master one skill set first making it profitable before jumping to another business venture. I see too many underdeveloped business owners jumping from venture to venture.
OMG! I really get irked when people want me to spoon feed them. They don't want to do any of the leg work on there own and the time you finally tell them to look it up; your'e not a good friend or trying to help them.?!... No boo boo. I read and learned everything on my own and I don't mind helping people; I actually love it; but I'm nobody's' fool either. I'm still learning myself and would love a mentor! I want to focus on "looking the part". I'm a maker so I'm mostly in a tee shirt and sweats because I'm either painting, gluing, printing etc. I tend to look the same when I'm out and about. I live in a small town (everyone knows everyone) so people always recognize me and ask about my products. Sometimes I feel bad because I should have gotten myself together better before going in public . I even have an invitation to be on a friends web show but I'm terrified because I feel like I'm not together!

I've been at work binge watching your channel for most of my day. What I need to work on most is small talk. There's a show I watch on Entrepreneur network called elevator pitch. It's similar to shark tank but the business owners have to explain their business and what they would like from the investors in 60 seconds while on an elevator. I'm trying to work on explaining my business in 2 mins or less. Happy I found your channel🙌🏾 Starting my 2020 off right!
Love your videos! So watching this I realized I need to work on my work ethic. When I’m working a 9-5 I literally give my all, push my limits trying to show that I’m good at my job.. right? Thank you Erin!!! These skills are essential. You covered it all. The only thing I would add to work ethic is discipline in other areas of life. Get started small for instance I started fasting, working out in the morning, eating healthy and vegan during the week. Right now I'm on a sugar fast and my mood, memory, focus, and skin is so thankful!

Honestly, the main theme for me this month is BALANCE. I want to be able to create a routine for my everyday life. Remembering that I don't need to juggle everything. Giving myself time to work & relax. I have the mentality of "GO, GO, GO" that I will get stuck on work/tasks. Then sometimes I forget to give myself self care, take a walk, be PRESENT. I am learning & growing with the skill to bring balance in my environment. To be a better version of myself & with my business. My ultimate goal is to create more balance in my life. And to REST! lol

I actually am going to focus on 2 this month. Communication and confidence. I am one of those people who hate small talk but I am v. shy when interacting with new people (networking). I have been trying to come out of my shell more and more. I feel me growing in these two areas, so this month I will continue to focus on growth.
One skill I'm working on is networking.. as an introvert it's hard to strike up a conversation with other people similar to things I do on my channel. I've been struggling on trying to collab with people simply because I literally don't know what to say lol that's something I'm definitely working on
Just started my small business and the very thing that I want to strengthen and improve is my communication skill. I can very well speak and write but I guess I've been so focused to myself that I forget strengthening and building my connections. Will surely work on that part of me.

Great video! Im in the financial service industry as an independent licensed insurance agent learning to become a broker. My perspective as an inspiring entrepreneur building my business is to have the right motives to helping others. I believe in planting seeds first before receiving a harvest. What we do as entrepreneurs shouldn't just be all about money. No I'm not saying go in business to become none profit what I'm saying don't use people by selling them all the the time just to make money only but plant seeds first by sowing into people. Sacrifice is one of the key words to entrepreneurship that many don't really understand. People like to buy but don't like to be sold so what are we doing to become influential to them wanting to support or be on board your business? How are we self developing? What bad habits are we working on changing? What weaknesses are we strengthening? I truly believe those are some questions every entrepreneur should ask themselves first and farmost. Be authentic in whatever industry of business you're in. Looks can be very deceiving. Your mindset and heart will reveal what's inside regardless of how well dressed you are on the outside. Work ethic is a take away from this video I love. There are 2 more basic game changers I build for myself as well;
1.Identity aka true good character
2. Skill set: being a student to mastering a main skill set.
Who you are as a person weigh heavily on how successful you are as a entrepreneur or business owner. Dont let good intentions become wrongfully or harshly spoken of. Example: How can people trust your brand if you are selling vitamins, teas and weight loss supplements this year and next year you're now a credit guru fixing credit? 1 you're not a doctor, 2. What proven track record you have or creditals for me as a customer to trust you with my health and my financial portfolio and livelihood? Your intentions to have multiple streams of income may all well and good but it's a tarnished look on your face as a brand you may be trying to build. Who are you and how do you want your clients and investors to identify you and pay you for your skill set? It all falls back on self development as an entrepreneur. I say build character and master one skill set first making it profitable before jumping to another business venture. I see too many underdeveloped business owners jumping from venture to venture.

OMG! I really get irked when people want me to spoon feed them. They don't want to do any of the leg work on there own and the time you finally tell them to look it up; your'e not a good friend or trying to help them.?!... No boo boo. I read and learned everything on my own and I don't mind helping people; I actually love it; but I'm nobody's' fool either. I'm still learning myself and would love a mentor! But i don't know anyone so for now I just do everything on my own.

I want to focus on "looking the part". I'm a maker so I'm mostly in a tee shirt and sweats because I'm either painting, gluing, printing etc.
I tend to look the same when I'm out and about. I live in a small town (everyone knows everyone) so people always recognize me and ask about my products. Sometimes I feel bad because I should have gotten myself together better before going in public . I even have an invitation to be on a friends web show but I'm terrified because I feel like I'm not together!

I think I need to work on being better read and looking the part. Being in the military for the past 19 years I’ve gotten used to wearing my hair in a bun, lol, so I need to actually get dressed and do my hair on my off days as I get ready to start transitioning. I've been at work binge watching your channel for most of my day. What I need to work on most is small talk. There's a show I watch on Entrepreneur network called elevator pitch. It's similar to shark tank but the business owners have to explain their business and what they would like from the investors in 60 seconds while on an elevator. I'm trying to work on explaining my business in 2 mins or less.

Love your videos! So watching this I realized I need to work on my work ethic. When I’m working a 9-5 I literally give my all, push my limits trying to show that I’m good at my job.. right? BUT with my own business I give myself the short end of the stick, I can be inconsistent, unorganized, etc etc.. so yes I’m definitely glad I watched this and that’s one of the soft skills I’ll be sure to perfect.
