Corona and quarantine has truly knocked me off my feet. Thank you for this video, Erin. I have a pile of laundry that is absolutely unbelievable to look at. I sleep more than I ever have before. I have no routine anymore due to the fact that I can’t go out for much. Being stuck in my house has been like being stuck in a time frame and it’s been a more than a year since I’ve had to start quarantining. Thank you so much for this it of motivation. I have two streams of income right now and it’s been so bad due to my lack of motivation to do anything lately. I’m determined to start holding myself accountable to have a basic 9-5 routine by the middle of the year. And to realize that to be productive doesn’t mean I have to do something to bring money to the house. I can be productive cleaning the house or taking the time to improve both my businesses.
I am loving your channel. The content is top notch plus you are direct, organized, easy to follow, thorough AF 🤣, appear down to earth, and experienced. Sidenote, love your style (hair, clothes, etc) as well!
I am a stickler for momentum. Even if something is not precisely how I want it, I will still do something to maintain momentum until it gets to where I want it to be! Maintaining momentum means a lot as it relates to building and establishing good habits! 👸🏿
Omg that intro.. you were straight talking to me because I started working out in the beginning this year and was motivated but as soon as I skipped 2 days I stopped overall! Nooooo!! Need to set some better habits and self control. Such a great video and awesome tips!! Although for UA-cam.. I’m consistent and I’m really good at uploading regularly lol
How did you know I’m STRUGGLING with my habits!! I read Atomic Habits and trying habit tracking but yooooo. I can’t stick to them lol. Thank you for producing such helpful content - the one on tips for waking up early has certainly helped!
Ooweee! Consistency is definitely 🔑 Under consistency comes DISCIPLINE for sure. I love the second tip as well... baby steps are still steps, we have to be grateful for all of our wins no matter what. We got this 💪🏽

I’ve been trying to go to bed earlier. I’m now in the bed at 11:45-12am 😂. Working on that to be earlier. This was awesome as always.

Loved this video; I'd usually try habits by going all in, and as you said, it never worked out. after a few weeks or so, it would all be over. I recently started trying different techniques, and I've learned that rushing myself and not being honest with myself has led to failures. I'll definitely try these tips as well.
