I always suffered from severe headaches, fatigue, and exhaustion, and I used to relieve my headaches with painkillers. After I heard about the importance of vitamin D from you, I started taking it every day. Today, I am a new person. For three months, I have not taken a single painkiller pill.
@@arcelyparedess I assume by taking separately you mean not both in the same tablet? It makes sense, because if you think, or know, that you are getting enough D through your diet you may want to try only K2 for a while to help "distribute" it where it's needed, and see how it goes. You don't have the option of manipulating the ratio if you take both in the same tablet. If combination D/K2 works the ratio must be the key, so you want that option.
@arcelyparedess I used to think the same as I was told they compete for absorbtion being both fat soluble vitamins but I have since been told it is a myth that has been passed around.
I have been struggling with acne since i was 13. I'm now 31. In the last 15 months, my adult acne has been out of control. Dermatologist gave me antibiotics. I cut out all sugar from my diet. That yielded little results. I started taking d3/k2 and a B complex vitamin. Within 2 days, i had no new blemishes erupting.

@@creative45630well, just like you know from personal experience, so does she. Yes, the placebo effect can influence an outcome, but when results are as obvious as hers, it's more likely she's genuinely improving. Worst case scenario, if it is placebo effect, the extra D will not cause any harm, and probably even improve other physical aspects of her well being... After all, her results aren't a scientific study. So if she improved, one way or the other, the vitamin D is instrumental for that improvement...
@@creative45630Wow. Because she is telling her story and she knows herself better than you do. Good stuff! Please put a question mark after the video title - people reading the title and not watching the video will think you're recommending against Vitamin D.
My father has enlarged prostate, and he was having so much problems with it peeing many times a day and discomfort, he did tests and one test showed he had low vitamin D, but the doctor didn't tell him to take vitamin D, just some pills for it not to get worse. I told my father take vitamin D, he takes 2500 iu/day, and i kid you not, after a few weeks he stopped having problems with the prostate, and one year later he still takes vitamin D every day and has no problem with prostate, and on top of that his hair has grown thicker. He didn't do the surgery that he wanted to get.

150 grams of natto with curd and 60,000 IU of vitamin D3 every day keeps me healthy and gives me deeper sleep. I eat pumpkin seeds for magnesium and also take magnesium glycinate. It's crazy how much strength difference a healthy diet creates. All thanks to your knowledge, Dr. Eric Berg. If I hadn't found you, I wouldn't have been able to change my life.
my vit d level was 25 (low). I was depressed, felt malaise, off balance, brain fog, etc… just vague odd symptoms. my Dr. said to take 2000 iu daily. I didn’t listen & took 5000 iu along with Vit k. I feel so much more energy now, lifted depression, no longer off balance, way less brain fog. I still get sunlight as well. Vitamin d is needed in my experience and that of my family members as well.
But please also remember to supplement magnesium. Vitamin D requires magnesium for its conversion and activation. Very good bioactive forms of magnesium are citrate and glycinate.

Just before my father was diagnosed with lung cancer, his vitamin D levels were really low which he only discovered after having a blood test in Iran 🇮🇷 He was referred to have a blood test to check his vitamin D levels by the dentist in Iran because his tooth had pretty much disintegrated in a short space of time which was very unusual as he’s always had healthy teeth 🦷 Since increasing his Vitamin D levels, his cancer stopped spreading, his cough cleared up and he felt better than ever! Here is a summary of the key points from the video: The text discusses a study called the VITAL study, which involved 26,000 people and found that vitamin D supplementation did not reduce the risk of cancer, major cardiovascular events, stroke, or cardiovascular death. The author suggests this study is flawed for several reasons: 1. It did not test baseline vitamin D levels, so it's unclear if participants were deficient or already sufficient in vitamin D. This could impact the effectiveness of supplementation. 2. The placebo group was still allowed to take up to 800 IU of vitamin D per day, making the control group less of a true placebo. 3. The study only used 2,000 IU of vitamin D, which may not be a high enough dose to see benefits, especially for immune system and cellular effects of vitamin D. 4. The study only measured inactive vitamin D in the blood, not the active form that has effects on the immune system, inflammation, etc. The author then cites other research showing benefits of higher dose vitamin D supplementation (4,000-6,000 IU) for reducing asthma, autoimmune disease, cancer, and other conditions. The text concludes that despite the VITAL study, there is substantial evidence supporting the importance of adequate vitamin D intake.
My only inquiry is Do we take 4000-6000 IU daily? What about those who rarely or even don't get any sun (like night shift workers)? TYSM for this summary ☯️

When the governments, health authorities, and main stream media banned the use of D3 as a health benefit supplement over 4 years ago for whatever reason 😡 I did my own research, followed a lot of the advice from the doctors that were 'cancelled' for their expert scientific views. I've been taking between 2000 to 5000iu of D3 for the last 10 years. 2000iu's most of the time. Without the cofactors. I had severe hayfever all my life and occasional asthma attacks in the last 5 years. Been on different antihistamines for years. Chronic sinusitis every winter, and all these symptoms despite my Vitamin D3 intake. Since September 2023 I started taking 10000iu D3 daily + 50000iu once a month. Also taking K2 MK7 ( trans version ), Mg, Zn. Since my levels of D3 surpassed 100ng/ml I don't have any hayfever or asthma attacks, I breathe like never before and this was the first winter without any sinusitis. The effects took place in about 2 months since I started the higher doses. Currently averaging at 110-140ng/ml D3 in the blood and never felt better. Since I hit maximum of 147ng/ml stopped taking the 50000iu and now only 10000iu a day. Mid 30's white male.

World Health Organization has long wanted vitamins to be available by prescription only, and minimal dosages just enough to prevent scurvy, rickets, and other vitamin deficiency illnesses.
I used to host a radio talk show and reported on that about 10 years ago. Not only did they want to make vitamins unavailable over the counter, but they also wanted to place natural/herbal suppliments like Turmeric, Ginko Biloba, Saw Palmetto, etc under "prescription only" restrictions. Of course, no doctor would prescribe a natural medicine over a pharmaceutical, so it amounted to an outright ban of all natural supplements. I think they managed to get that to fly in Germany. I'm not sure if that's still the case.
I think it's actually the collagen produced by the body with enough vit D intake that might have helped. By Dr. Seneff's own admission, that "I may be wrong", her take on vitamin D supps. may, or may not be right! I think she's right in the way the mechanisms work, but she might be incorrect on how the body ITSELF breaks down, and reacts to the supplements. Obviously, each person is unique, so results will vary, but anecdotal evidence suggests that D supps. in higher than recommended dosages, especially in overcast areas where sunlight is in short supply, improves mental and physical health... Long term, only God knows for sure...

@desertbluesplaylist7550 it took me about two weeks to begin noticing the lessening pain and after about 6 weeks(ish) I have been almost pain free. My functional med Dr told me that inflammation was a great deal of my issues with the lower back pain and joint pain. I don't know about other issues, but at 55 yrs old, I was almost debilitated with the pain and now I'm at least 90% or better improved and have been for several years now.
I used to take 4000 UI a day, but recently increased to 8000. My serum phosphate level decreased under the the minimum value, and this is probably the consequence of the consumption of too much vitamin D. In fact, high vitamin D usually increases phosphate absorption from the intestines and can increase phosphate levels in the blood. So I recommend people not to exceed 4000 UI. No need to say I reverted to 4000 UI. - High vitamin D increases calcium absorption. - High calcium levels can suppress parathyroid hormone (PTH). - Low PTH can cause the kidneys to excrete more phosphate. - This increased excretion can lead to lower phosphate levels in the blood.
If I don't take Vitamin D I feel sooo off. I feel like I am going nuts and it's an awful feeling. I have narrowed it down to that and ha e been tested for low Vitamin D when I feel like that. So yes I absolutely need my Vitamin D

Vitamin D "supplementation" (not to mention "fortification" of selected food items in the United States) *is* a pharmacological intervention, just as estrogen replacement is. The fact that a handful of food items contain "vitamin D3" (AKA cholecalciferol) does not make it any more of a "nutrient" than phytoestrogens. The "natural" source of "vitamin D" is production in the skin and immediate release into the bloodstream, not ingestion. This process requires exposure to UV radiation, which makes sunlight the nutrient and oral ingestion of "vitamin D3" equivalent to replacement rather than supplementation. (Note also that the metabolite measured in the bloodstream to determine "vitamin D" status is calcidiol (25-hydroxy "vitamin D"), which is a prohormone derived from cholecalciferol by the liver shortly after the latter is released into the bloodstream by the skin.)

You don't have the option of manipulating the ratio if you take both in the same tablet. If combination D/K2 works the ratio must be the key, so you want that option.
I read k3 interacts poorly with blood thinners
@arcelyparedess I used to think the same as I was told they compete for absorbtion being both fat soluble vitamins but I have since been told it is a myth that has been passed around.
Vitamin D did very effectively reduce profits of pharmaceutical companies!

He was referred to have a blood test to check his vitamin D levels by the dentist in Iran because his tooth had pretty much disintegrated in a short space of time which was very unusual as he’s always had healthy teeth 🦷
Since increasing his Vitamin D levels, his cancer stopped spreading, his cough cleared up and he felt better than ever! Here is a summary of the key points from the video:
The text discusses a study called the VITAL study, which involved 26,000 people and found that vitamin D supplementation did not reduce the risk of cancer, major cardiovascular events, stroke, or cardiovascular death. The author suggests this study is flawed for several reasons:

I can remember when Congress wanted Doctors to prescribe Vitamins. NO more over the counter. They tried to pass a law.
By Dr. Seneff's own admission, that "I may be wrong", her take on vitamin D supps. may, or may not be right! I think she's right in the way the mechanisms work, but she might be incorrect on how the body ITSELF breaks down, and reacts to the supplements.
As a previous school nurse I noticed disproportionately high rate of asthma in dark skinned children. This makes sense.
My kid in one of them
You are worth! You mean to us. Thank you, Dr. Berg.
I was taking 30,000 IU daily during the peak of Covid. I only got Covid when I ran out of Vitamin D and stopped taking it for 5 days.
Thank you for replying!! Will definitely watch. 🙏☺️
Vitamin D or Hormones D the "GOD" of all vitamins.
I'm coming to the same conclusion.
I feel that there may a connection between the sun and the God /Christ energy.
Didnt some past civilisations come to this conclusion?
@@lsmith992yes, but its not that simple at all. Theres so much more involved.
Hahaha oh my . When it helps people heal or stay well and messes with 💰 they get all excited and start telling us it doesn't do anything.
Stay awesome Dr Berg!
This doctor needs to be cloned and put into every medical school to re-educate doctors with correct information about health. He is brilliant, and a gem of a person to anyone with common sense about how to improve their health in a sustained way. I just love learning from his simple to understand videos ... I respect this man immensely. 👏👏👏

Do you have a backup channel or a rumble channel? I'm concerned that at some point this type of truth video is going to be censored.
You can subscribe to his newsletter as well. I am anticipating many changes come Nov in the US and the world. Praying for our leaders daily.
He has an app so you can access any article at any time😊
Medical studies are always designed to show what the author wants to show before the study results. Our peer reviewed medical journals are jam-packed full of misleading information. Brilliant work Dr. Berg.
Appreciate your message, thanks for watching!
My hair stopped falling out and thickened up on high-dose D3 and K2!
How much you take and how long it takes to stop falling ?
@@ek6744 I take different amounts per week. From 30,000 to 50,000 IU a day + 1 K2 per 10,000 IU. And the change in my hair was immediate.
Cool. Thanks for sharing your experience. Take care.
I was spending at least 30 minutes a day, topless in the sun, right after working out. I felt AMAZING. A couple weeks ago I was feeling like shit, not motivated, low energy, low drive all around. I thought about what I was doing differently and realized that I hadn't been spending much time in the sun lately. I started taking a D3 supplement, 20,000 iu the first day and now 15k everyday, 10k in the am and 5k before bed. Improved all kinds of things in just a couple days. I won't go into details here but vitd3 is a Game changer when it comes to being and feeling healthy.
I just spent 2 months unable to walk, I couldn't get off the toilet because of weakness. My legs were becoming weak. My vit D level 23. 2 days of supplements and my pain was gone, I could walk again. My Dr gave me 50, 000 units weekly for the next 12 weeks. It's a miracle to me. And yep...my asthma is improved!
