Thank you to everyone who put in a guess of the weight of that little bass. Time was up last night at midnight but, we did get a pretty accurate guess that did not go over. I will be announcing the winner in the next video. Until then...cheers.
So what as the weight, the suspense is killing me?
@@michaeljohnson3913 me too!
Very creative. Sometimes I wish I had that talent. This is such an awesome idea. And cheap enough to not care if you mess up
Just to offer some clarity: I'll look at entries up to midnight tonight (local time). If there are two winners the one with the earliest guess wins. In case anyone was curious the dowel I used is 1 inch diameter. Good luck.
It turned out to be a very funny and funny bait, and at the same time catchy)))
I get lots of people asking me, where to begin...I’ll be sending them here!...love it, great vid buddy!
Awesome thank you!
Cool lures
Another awesome video. Thanks so much. Tight lines.
Thank you
the best lure...
Great lure! Great video again! From Australia 🇦🇺 My guess is 1lb 5.8 ounces
Thanks for posting your work. I use your techniques and knowledge building my lures. Awesome work. Cheers
Awesome, thank you!
👍Always nice work !!!
Thank you! Cheers!
When I use super glue on wood projects, I like to save the fine wood dust from sanding the piece, and I sprinkle that in the super glue instead of baking soda. If you want to leave the piece unpainted, you can actually get a pretty invisible seam/hole/etc with this combo.
That's a nice technique 👌
LOL~ As an ole crappie jig tyer, You popped up on my views. Every entertaining, informative, & interesting. I will watch your other vids. Keep up the good work. From a 76+ NE TX LIFELONG FISHERMAN. PS: I've a hardheaded young country boy grandson who loves to bass fish around farm ponds. I'm going to show him your channel. I hope you spark his interest.
Welcome aboard! And thank you.
what a crazy action!
That's pretty cool thanks 😎😎😎
Love it! Simple design, great action! With that shape, I'll make up a couple and paint them in sunfish colors. For pike I think I'm going try a heavier Lolipop lure painted like a fish head and tie a 6 or 8 inch long bucktail "body" on a larger treble hook. The Lolipop should give the deer hair a real nice swimming action. Thanks Franco and welcome back!
Sounds like a plan, glad you got inspired.
1.14 (1 lb and 14 oz)
I'm really amazed how good of an action this lure had. I was hoping you'd add a dressed hook.
Thanks again for your content. Really enjoying your work and insight
Wow, this shape I never thought about before. Cool, Learned so much from you.👍👍👍 And I guess that fish is about 15.88oz.

Love this one, definitely going to make these with my kids. Could do big batches quick for them to do with friends too. The fact that there is only one treble hook is a bonus for kids.

nice action and simple build, i like the lollypop crank! my guess for your catch is 0 lb and 12.05 oz
This is a really cool idea! Would a little wider lip make it five a bit more though?
Maybe a little more but mostly is would dive to depth more quickly. The shape of the lure limits its ability to dive deep.
@@EngineeredAngler that makes a lot of sence! Thanks for explaining
Nice. What about just using a 3/8" dowel with a couple of small hooks attached to it?
