    The way you fixed your clothes every now and then during the workout, i really connect with how real & authentic you are! As that's what we all do when we workout as well. Majorly people edit it out but you show it, making me feel that you are one among us and that's what I really love about you!💞💯👏

    Love this abs set. Can feel where the exercise is targeted and while the words 'fun' and 'abs' don't usually go together, this hits the spot!

    I have been working out for ever. Got injured in 79, severed all the ligaments in my anke on my skateboard. It was almost a year of recovery and I promised I would no longer sit on my but again. so I know stuff and you are sooooooooo fabulous!

    Thank you for making your workout standup and with no jogging or jumping involved. These can be done by everyone and without heavy impact on joints and still getting a great workout. Great video.

    Simple and good. No weights, no dance steps and its only 20 minutes, so easy to fit into a busy schedule

    A year since I first did this! Standing abs are a welcome variation from floor exercises, though changing routine is important. Standing seems to put less strain on the lower back when you need to build up the core.

    Thank you so much for all the wonderful videos, esp. the abs workouts. I am finally starting to see my belly fat decreasing. A lot of the big belly comes from the types of food that I personally eat and also the amount of food I eat. So yes, working on no more snacks before bed and salads at lunch and portion control. The positive results motivate me to work smarter, not harder.

    I have been enjoying your work outs and like your calm laid back style but wonder there is a phrase you say quite often and I can't tell if you are saying "squeeze your abs or squeeze your ribs?" The first would be more isometric and the second would be more like a crunch! Look forward to doing a lot more with you :)

      You're very welcome Brooke Davis! 5Kg is a bit much, but I mostly recommend doing about 3 to 4 cardio workouts with 2 strength workouts in combination with a good diet :) Marischa

    I've been doing your great workouts, thanks. I however find similar moves in some of your other workouts to the one between the 8.45-9.45 mark.. I really don't think they're good for the back 🤔

      I felt some discomfort in the lower back on just one but i just switch it up with another one to replace it as were working out.. This is an amazing workout.

    Is there any remedy of avoiding muscle pain after doing exercise?

      Eat immediately after working out helps.. but also keeping at your own pace :) Doing it more often also helps :) Marischa
