This was fun. I was wearing my 4.8 pound ankle weights so my criss-cross was a bit slower than yours :( but 95 calories and average heart rate of 133bpm, as in the beginning I was trying to do 20 reps, then went to 15 and by halfway I was doing 10.
omg i loved these short workouts, for me are more effective because i don’t get bored due to the fast pace!!

でもこれはサムネイルのような、静的なスクワットでなく、ジャンプ多めのスクワットバリエーションで、サムネイルの動きが続くわけではないのが、ショックでした😢
同じ動きで飽きないのはいいのですが、半分以上はジャンプ、キックの激しい動きのスクワットです。サムネイルのスクワットは20秒だけでしたので、これからやられる方はご参考までに。
