Just completed my 100 th day of belly workout today excluding 15 resting days ! Finally I hit the century ! Yippy ! I am so proud of my self almost four months of dedicated belly workout ! Surely my body should thank my mind for instructing and leading it in a healthy noble way !
I like this channel youtube, because eleni fit always start stretching relax before workout, and in the morning i always booty practise intens, and now i get booty medium.

If the time of sports without jumping is a little longer, i.e. not less than 30 minutes, it will be perfect. so that we can fully exercise
