What I eat in a day on a weekend. I wasn't CC Saturday yet, but it was still a really healthy high protein day. Having a healthy lifestyle and eating nutritious foods is important to me, but I also want it to be balanced. You can use this video for meal plans ideas or just general motivation.
Breakfast Banana Pancakes. My own recipe of 2 x eggs, a banana and 5g of wheat bran for added fibre, all blended and cooked in a pan then grilled to cook to the top, served with 0%fat greek yogurt and berries. So good!!!!!!
Lunch Tuna mayo and sweetcorn wholemeal pitta with salad.
Dessert Kvarg pot.
Drinks, coffee, squash throughout the day, then a single gin and light tonic water x 2. Sprits are a lot lower in kcals than wine and beer.
Dinner Chicken shawama rice salad, which was amazing!!!!
Dessert greek yogurt, blueberries and choc shot.

Super easy! Just 2 large eggs and a banana then I also add 5g of wheat bran for added fibre but this is optional. Then just cook in a pan with fry light and then I grill the top rather than trying to flip them x
