    Speedy houmous
    This home-made Slimming World houmous takes no time to make and is perfect for packed lunches and picnics. Serve with stacks of crunchy crudités to dip
    FREE
    10 minutes
    Serves 2
    Ingredients
    Method
    400g can chickpeas, drained
    2 garlic clove, crushed
    2 tbsp lemon juice, plus extra to taste
    2 tbsp fat-free natural Greek-style yogurt
    Pinch of smoked paprika or cayenne pepper (optional)

    Thank you for the great ideas, awesome. You can make the kale crisps in the microwave on kitchen roll. Slice cooked beetroot really thin and do crisps from it in the micro. I know they're not speed veg but you can do the same with parsnips, absolutely gorgeous. Spray any of the veg with fry lite and maybe sprinkle a little spice on.

    yes heard them all but forgot a good few of them so thanks for reminder , my fav low syn supper is 2 crackerbread = 2 syn s top with laughing cow light , sliced egg , sliced tomatoes and sliced ham , gherkins , there is so much topping that you only need 2 crackerbread

    Thanks so much for all the ideas! My go to snacks are beef jerky (3 syns) and the Mini Ambrosia Custard pots (30% less sugar) for 3 syns heated with a Bonne Maman petite tartlet for also 3 syns!

    Please do more of these type of videos as I was addicted to Your Slimming World videos and I I follows you when you done all about Slimming World 🤣 now it's all mixed and matched I don't really watch you as much but as soon as I noticed there was a Slimming World one I clicked on it on it to watch😁

    Started back at a new group and have about 6 stone to loose .I've failed many times and always eat the same things .this time I'm trying different recipes so not to get bored and I can't wait to try some of these snacks xx thanks I've subscribed xx

    When I’m 100% focussed, I use the Broccoli Test.....if I wouldn’t eat broccoli then I try and just have a drink instead x

    Thank you for this vid, I've piled on 1 1/2 stone since the summer 😞 and although I'm still in same clothes they are soooo tight and leave marks on my skin! I'm refusing to size up so I want to get back into it like most this time of year. You were the very first channel I watched when I joined SW a couple years back and I still turn to you for ideas etc xx

    Love cold beans.....& cold mushy peas, one of my favourite snacks is gherkins wrapped in wafer thin ham, have heard of most of these great ideas, but it never hurts to be reminded & keeps us mindful of the plan, good informative video as always, thanks Nikki x

    Since watching another of your videos (think it was What I Eat in a Day) I’ve become addicted to Mint Chocolate Carb Killa bars. I know they are quite high syn but I don’t mind using my syns for a bar on days when I’m not drinking alcohol. The protein is very filling as well. I have hidden them from my husband and daughter though, otherwise they would be gone in a few days! 😀

    Happy new year 😀. Always good to have a little recap of ideas, especially at this time of year. I'm with you, bring on the cold baked beans. Sometimes if I'm feeling uber snacky I will choose to syn exactly what I'm fancying because if I go for the speed first I know I'm going to end up eating my first choice anyway so why add to the cals.     My favourite healthy snack is some prawns in some Heinz saucy sauce served in little gem leaves and some chopped up cucumber, I don't follow sw but the amount of syns is dependent on how much sauce you use x

      If u spray with frylite and salt pop in oven or microwave but just a minute at a time in micro they burn very quickly,they are delish

    Is soup good to help u loose weight? And is slimming world worth 5 pounds a week ? How many sins can u have a week ? And I love walking if I walk or cycle how long should i do this for each week ? Thanks jack

    Just eat a healthy balanced diet with everything in moderation . I couldn’t be doing with syns and counting food up

      Dawn Brook that’s what SW is. Very easy to follow and very balanced. The only counting bit is syns but not always needed anyway

      +Dawn Brook Hi Dawn yes you are right, unfortunately it isn't always that simple for some and they need help and support. You only count syns, the focus is on free healthy filling foods
