how do y’all measure all your protein intake exactly? when i’m eating like a home cooked meal or something from a restaurant it’s real hard. especially when i’m not the one making it
Thank you for being so open in showing what you do! My only concern is the quality of those macros and ingredients. For example, to reduce toxicity load, its best to get dairy and chicken from organic pasture-raised sources that are not reduced fat bc most often that means they add more sugars 😐...and then nutella has many synthetic chemicals and sugars... Those are just examples ...simply curious to know if you have thought about that as I often see athletes focusing so much on the grams/calories of macros but not paying attention to the quality of those nutrients and then often still have gut issues or other health issues 😔

You really don’t need 150 grams of protein per day. I am 5’11 male with full time job, training 6 days a week intense soccer and 3 times a week strength training. I eat 80 grams of protein per day and I have big and defined muscles. So as a woman who is also shorter you definitely Don’t need 150, it’s overkill.

Chicken is king when it comes to protein. One avg size chicken breast is usually roughly 50g protein.
