      Take your time. Do a section. Add a little as you feel up to it.

    I always hear the term black collared pearl. Can you explain what that is and where I could find more explanation.

    I need help, I would like to try Qigong, but because of back issues and scleroderma, I can only stand a few minutes before I’m in pain, is there a plan where I can start from a chair? Thank you

    • @WhiteTigerQigong
      @WhiteTigerQigong  7 місяців тому

      Start gently. A few minutes can help. Try seated too. I believe we have a chair qigong video but you could modify standing to seated. Shaking is great. Dragon whips it's tail. Try even part of a gentle video. If you do a little each day, you'll probably surprise yourself at how much you can do

    • @kenhannigan9484
      @kenhannigan9484 7 місяців тому

      Can you help me find the chair video, also do you do one on one via zoom?

    • @WhiteTigerQigong
      @WhiteTigerQigong  7 місяців тому

      Sorry for the delay. I realized the one I was thinking of is in Japanese. ua-cam.com/users/liveI0UnNoy1yrI
      I will look for more. You an also modify your practice and focus on the upper body movement. Make sure you feel secure on the chair. Think of it as your roots. Once you've practiced with your arms, imagine adding the leg movement. Picture it in your mind. See yourself standing with ease. You may be surprised at the shift it helps you bring. Keep us posted on your practice!🙏😊

    11:55 I was baffled when she said we should visualize the energy being black entering the body. Shouldn't it be white? I thought black is kinda bad?

    • @WhiteTigerQigong
      @WhiteTigerQigong  2 роки тому +4

      Black is the color for the kidneys in Chinese Medicine and Medical Qigong. If black bothers you, use dark blue.

    • @happyfreeky
      @happyfreeky Рік тому

      That's odd. I always expel dark energy in my energy practices

      Sometimes dark doesn't necessarily mean bad :)
