It makes no difference as to how much you’ll improve whether you are training with or without the ball but softer surfaces are always better because they are easier on your legs and knees.

Why did I find that so difficult . Used to be a winger / attacking midfielder and always had the quick feet and speed now I come back and do it and I’m slow and unfit as fuck . Keep up the good work tho mate . I’m gonna make sure I do this weekly to ensure I regain my sharpness !
