How effective is the exercises with bands? I got myself a couple of them last year and started trying it. After being away from gym over 2 years day 1 was enjoying but after a couple of days it got boring as I did not feel the effects of the bands compared to real weights at the gym.
Do you have any write up I can read to understand the science behind this? Moreover how can I make my workouts with the bands more effective?
I doubled the band to increase resistance but at a point, it's either I can't use it at all or I'll have to go back to the previous resistance which is way light for me. I got fed up and gave up.
