Santos MTB Park- BIGGEST features in Florida! Final Stop on the road trip - Ocala, Florida

- Santos MTB Park has over 50 miles of single track mountain bike trails that range from easy beginner trails to technical and challenging black diamonds. But we came here for the Vortex Pit and its huge features! After years of coming here during the winter I decided to man up and hit some of the jumps that have always intimidated me in the past! Mountain biking for me is all about progression and today we finally put our skills to the test on some of the scariest features Santos has to offer! I met so many amazing new friends along the way on this road trip down to the sunshine state! Thanks to everyone who showed me around and made the trip memorable! After a day spent pushing my limits we made our way to Green Bicycles right outside the park for some much needed hydration before heading back north to Asheville!

Have you ever taken a road trip to find ridable trails during the winter? If so where did you go and how far did you have to drive/fly? Let me know in the comments below as I am always looking to explore new trails!
No but I really want to go to Moab next winter.
I did santos a few weeks ago for the first time.I did the drop to the left of the one leading to the tabletop. About as sketchy as I got.
@@mountainviper3205 I am gonna have to make a bentonville trip soon! Think that will be my next destination spot
@@frankapple4130 D1 is no joke and can be super sketch if sent deep
@@MtbFrequentFlyer Sick! Can’t wait for it! See you a Kolo!
Wow! Awesome video! I am about 8 minutes from the trails. Santos is awesome. Thanks for sharing. 👍
It’s been a long time. I’m so glad to see that those germs are still there. It’s been five years since my accident.
Just sub. Thanks for the trail guides @Santos. Hopefully I can come out there in December.
I got to ride this place recently and the builders did a great job with what they have to work with overall. The "big" jumps are hard work to hit hard due to lack of speed it takes a lot of pop.
Nice
Thanks mate! Glad you are enjoying the channel !
That tuck no hander though!!!!!!😳🤙🔥
Alex was straight killing it out there with the full on DH bike in Florida!
good job
Love that you made the most of Florida and highlighted the best!

I live about 4 miles from Santos,an excellent area .If the wild stuff isn't your game the have a nice ,very flat series of single track that goes for miles and miles .
Took my mother to Santos for her first MTB ride and she had a blast! Definitely something for all skills
Next video, what set up you use to camp out on your travels, from tent to coffee maker. That’d be dope!
Coming soon!
Wish I could of said high again but was only there Sunday for fat tire.
I didn’t know they had a fat tire fest this year!?
What I want to know is how you ended up filming the entrance to the Marion Oaks subdivision lol. It's a little out of the way unless you drove over to the 49th ave trailhead. before or after going to the main trailhead.
I passed it on the way to my campsite that I stayed at, shangrila campgrounds
SPANDEX SCOTT IN THE HOUSE!
Lol the one and only!
Why that Rob character so awkward on camera? 👀

Hey Caleb, way to send it on the big jump, slayed it! Saw you Semi Sendy's video at the go nuts race. Are you part of that set up or just helping out. Looks like Squirrelly and Steady have a good thing going. See you in the next video. Cheers
I have been working with steady and the squirrelly man himself for the last couple months and it has been a hoot 🦉
I am right behind you. I just got to Santos today. It is fricking awesome!
Next stop?
I finished up my roadtrip but I would highly suggest grapefruit trails, carter road, and alafia as they all were awesome spots to ride and film!
@@MtbFrequentFlyer Right on! I have Alifia marked down. I will mark the other ones down too. Keep up the great work.
Cheers bro bro👍
